if your score can secure you ITA without doing ECA for spouse, please save your cash and dive into the pool asap. Best of luck.
That was one of the most basic questions you just answered. I hope you're ready to answer more.

Best bet is that the update to page 1 stops so that everyone and anyone can ask their questions here and get answers immediately, just as your beneficiary just did.

The link to the list of documents required for the express entry application process is right there on page 1. This one posted by smslive2 above has also been added to page 1 but I'm almost certain that a similar question will come up again in the near future.

Goodmorning everyone,

I am having issues identifying which of the NOC that best suit my Job.

I have one year of experience in Accounting field (NYSC) and 3 years work experience in Document Control, I have Bsc in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance option), and rounding up with my ACCA.

The Problem is looking at NOC list, my job description falls under the following skills

Administrative Officer
Administrative Assistant
Record Management Technician ( which may require Bsc in IT or Management Technology)

Gurus, Please advise which of the three is best suited.
I do not know what your job description is but the stated NOCs fall under category B which is okay. You now need to match your duties to the one that's closest to what you have been doing for the past 3 years. It's also possible that your duties during the various years span across more than one NOC. I that is the case, then you must provide reference letters to corroborate same, and the periods you occupied those positions. In other words, for each NOC selected, you'd need a reference letter to back it up.

The BSc in IT requirement won't affect a thing. It's only an employment requirement when you do get to Canada

Wow! Sorry about that loss but I think you shouldn't distrust your woman based on that and other experiences that turned sour.

You should as soon as the baby arrives. You'd be given time to process a travel document, run the necessary medical tests and upload for him/her

This is my present situation bothering me ... I need advise... Now my girlfriend told me last week she is pregnant...Prior to this have been only thinking to apply as a single applicant... Though am about to enter the pool based on the Ielts results that was released today... Both Mothers and Child are not accompanying for now.... Please I need advise on what to do and how this will affect my PR application....As I don't want to be a victim of misrepresentations...

And coupled with the fact that she may likely give birth during the PR review process....

Please Advise... Thank you
You should still continue your application as a singe applicant since you two aren't married yet. If you have the intention of making her your wife along the line, you may then add her to your application after you do, advisably after you submit your application.

Congrats on the expected arrival of your baby.

Good evening everyone. I'm new here, however the Lord sent me to this thread, said I should ask for ifeoma77 specifically. He mentioned other names but I no remember again. I want to know how possible it'll be to get EE considering I don't have a BSc in my field (Computer Software Programming) and no certifications cos I learned on my own. How do I increase my chances of making it? Or are there other channels of entering Canada other than EE that are viable for me? Also I'm 25. What is this ielts y'all speak of?

Please don't tell me to start reading from page 1,I've been reading travel threads since Wednesday my eyes are about to fall out. Please. I beg you guys.
Which Lord sent you? A Lord that doesn't know real names, is that one a lord?

Anyway, you cannot do this if you do not have an educational certificate. Complete your degree, gather at least 1 year of work experience and then come back to ask your questions.

Please I just started the process. Do I need an agent to apply? Agent asking for 700,000. I don't have such. What are the first steps? And does myself and hubby need to evaluate out results? I have a master s degree. He has a bachelor s (3rd class)
You can do this yourself but if you desperately need a "facilitator", hire me. wink wink

Weeellll, technically they can, just not as a polygamous family.
Husband should apply with the first wife as a common law partner, then the second wife should apply as a single woman.
When they all reach canny, they can live happily together as husband, wife and concubine.
The beauty of a free society is that as long as you're not breaking the law and not hurting anyone, you're free to turn your house into a harem.
So as long as they don't call each other husband and wife (second wife) they're good.
Warren Buffet lived with his wife and girlfriend in one house, they graced red carpets together as a trio and snapped/sent out Christmas cards together, is that not polygamy? If not in letter then in spirit.
If Warren can do it why not our great nairalander? grin
Do you really think this will work with Nigerian women? Who'd want to be the "side chick" while the other remains the "main meal"? I quite agree with you but he had better reasoned it thoroughly before delving in.

if you are so worried, why not do affidavit of one and same. It looks straight forward but an overzealous agent could send you an ADR for that or reject your application based it.
Of course not. This isn't a ground for refusal. I do not even think this will be an issue. The names are the same and also spelt out in full. Placement is the only difference and I think that won't matter.

It's a simple case of substance over form

Hi Everyone,
As I prepare for ITA on the 5the of Sept
What’s the processing time for PNP applicants in CIC stage as I recieved nomination from Manitoba

I booked for medicals in Qlife for Sept 14 as that’s the next available date

Am waiting for ITA before PCC as I have FBI police clearance and Uk police clearance

Most of my documents were written to Manitoba do I have to get new docs addressed to CIC or submit the Manitoba own like that?

Thanks in advance
I know you from the Manitoba group (Yo~). That's by the way.

- Processing times may vary between 6 weeks-6 months. I was surprised to see one of 6 weeks not long ago, for Ontario. I believe that was super fast
- Choice of medicals is okay
- I think you should proceed to get the PCC already. Why tarry when ITA is sure? Choice is still yours anyway
- When you say documents, which do you refer to? I'm assuming work reference letters. If that be the case, you can still make use of them, provided they come in the format prescribed by CIC.

Hi guys,

My Tbills certificate will expire in 2days and I am yet to receive PPR, still in IP1. Would it be a problem? Can I re-invest the money again? and if I do, do I have to send them the new Tbills certificate? Or I should just leave the money in my account when it matures.
You can go ahead to re-invest the money but you do not need to update CIC on that. If there's a request for updated PoF, just send the current certificate with an LoE to back it up. That's what I'd do if I were in your shoes.

Good day all, please i have a question regarding PCC. My spouse spent more than 6 months in a row in Congo in 2006( which is more than 10 years ago). Are we to get PCC from Congo despite the fact that it is more than 10 years ago?
No, your spouse won't be required to provide a PCC for Congo

Thanks dear, below are my details

I got 7.5,7.5,7.5,6.5 LRSW. 30 years old. Going wit my spouse and my baby. I have done Wes result verification and don't have Canadian experience nor relatives. I intend to rewrite my ielts and get my husband do his Wes
The 350 looks more like what your score should be. You might have made a mistake while inputting your details the first time that got you the 413.

You need to have your spouse sit for IELTS and do his ECA. You also need to max out your IELTS score and likely obtain an additional certificate to help boost your score.

Err well they claimed that I obstructed justice by not submitting a letter they brought to my office. I remember they took my finger prints and a mug shot too. Like I said I was there for two days before I got bailed out. Does this still affect anything? Am sceptical ooo
You don't have to be. This won't affect your admissibility in any way. In fact, even if one was charged to court and the court finds them not guilty, they'd still not be adversely affected.
