happytbaby: It does not matter. Someone had a very similar issue a week or two ago. Like I said, people continue their education elsewhere so they cannot use that as a basis for denial or delay. Be silent about it and if they send ADR on it, do LOE that she will finish in October, that's like 6months away sef, after ITA, you still have 90days to submit, by then Madam don almost finish joo.
Carry go, nothing do you. My exact thoughts. Moreso, since she is allowed to land after you, she might have to stay back to finish her studies and join you at a later date if you are in a hurry to leave like some of us. A win-win for you. |

anaxagoras: Hello good people,
I have my ECA (Just got my report today) and IELTS result. While creating my profile, I discovered that there is a section for spouse education. Spouse hasn’t completed her BSC as she currently In her final level.
I want to know if I choose the option “Not completed” would impact our application negatively. Or should I take off her education completely ?
Any suggestions would help. Thank you. What do you mean by "negatively" in this context? If you meant rendering your profile ineligible, then the answer is NO. How do you intend to take off her education? |

Ethelia: Please my good people any help with this will be appreciated In my opinion, you should reflect the Australia, China and UK trips. My reasoning is that since you are neither a PR nor citizen of any of those countries, you need to disclose those trips accordingly. In addition to that, you may also want to indicate that you are in the UK at the time of application. You'd lose nothing giving those details.
There could be better suggestions from the others. |

Do i print out the form and hand-sign it then scan for upload? or just input my names (using adobe on the system), which of the above validates the document.
cc : mcstan18 , newmum0615 ,canadianfly et all For all such editable pdf forms, you can do the following to append your signature: - Sign on a plain sheet/piece of paper - Scan and save the paper containing your signature as a .jpg image - Open the form and find the "place signature" function from the "Fill & Sign" tab at the top right pane - On the displayed dialogue box, check the "use an image" option - Select the saved signature image from your computer drive - Position and resize appropriately in the space provided. Note that the form picks ONLY the signature without the white paper background if you do this correctly - Save and enjoy

SLEEKCHIC2: There's a lot of preparation that goes into immigration. Unfortunately, so many times, you may be asking people that do not know any better. So many people went to Canada and suffered before they were able to settle down. Asking those people may not help you because they can only tell you what they know. Having access to reliable information is very important if you want to succeed in Canada. Canada is truly a land of opportunities and with God, nothing is impossible.
I am in Canada and I strongly recommend this site for new and intending immigrants www.immigrantcircle.com
They cover every aspect from immigration to pre-arrival and so many other things. Wish you all success

Temas: I still need a little clarification here. Firstly.... Under work history, am i to include all previous employment apart from the one am claiming points for?
Let me be a bit clearer, i worked in company A for 3 years ( 2009-2012 ), then went for my Msc during which i worked with the school computer center 2 year ( 2013-2015). It was a par-time graduate assistant position. Although i work 9 hours a day monday to friday. finally came back and join company A in 2015 till date. Work experience with company From 2015 till date gives the max point. Can i just fill this in my EE profile and leave the rest till i get ITA.
Secondly....
Under education, i am to fill all formal education acquired or just the one i have ECA for? i have ECA for just my Msc. thank you.
kindly ignore my writing ooo na 6.5 i get for ielts
@mcstan18 @glitteringstar Let me make an attempt. - Yes. Since you had two stints at Company A, I assume they'll include both in your reference letter. Claim the maximum 3 years as you wish pre-ITA. You may then proceed to include the rest (including Company B) experience in your personal history post-ITA
- The excerpt from the site says: "Enter the highest level of education for which you: earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate or had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) if you did your study outside Canada. (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)"
Note the bolded. So, I think you're fine with what you have. I hope these answer your questions. |

Please I have another question again
Which website is best for getting exchange rates? I read on the thread that we should also include a screenshot of the exchange rate of that day and include it in pof documents (or something like that) You can use http://www.xe.com/ OR https://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/. They are reliable and well recognized. I believe CIC would recognize them too but I haven't verified that yet |

Ethelia: hi everyone, I have a question.
So I'm at the final stage of the application where I'm cross checking documents to ensure all the details are correct...
Regarding NYSC, do I need reflect the 3 weeks camp period in the personal history section? Because currently I have listed it as unemployed (I am using my 1year NYSC work period as my work experience and my reference letter clearly mentions I was there under NYSC)
Any response is appreciated Yes o. Please reflect it. In fact, you should show the full 1 year and you need to get your PPA to reflect same on the reference letter. Afterall, 'soja' was using the 3 weeks to train you for your PPA work |

Fruitfulmum: weldone all. I have been a silent reader here.i want to start this process too... How else can we improve our crs ranking. We are happy you broke the silence . I shall attempt to answer the bolded question. - Get a diploma of at least 1 year duration - Get a PGD - Get a masters degree - Learn French, write and pass the assessing exam - Apply for a provincial nomination as a last resort (I expect the next question to be "what is provincial nomination?" )
Either of these would help improve your CRS score. |

demiiii: Hello guys, I have applied for this before only to be disappointed in myself because I didn't get to enter pool fore low score. I am starting the process all over believing God for his mercies upon my life.
Will be writing my IELTS again for the last time on March 24. I am so determined to pass it. Am ready to give it all it takes. I have been inspired by stories I have read here.
Questions are
1. I had completed my Wes application in 2014 and have been evaluated on 2014. We are currently in 2018 and I have just been informed that Wes Evaluation is for 5years. Does this mean the evaluation will expire. Did they not evaluate the same results _ masters and bsc?
2. Does it mean I have to upgrade my evaluation from documents to document evaluation -- course by course evaluation. 1. ECA reports generally expire after 5 years after which you have to do another evaluation. If When you eventually pass IELTS at this attempt, we'd hope that you get an ITA soon enough as not to need to do another evaluation. God's grace upon you.
2. No you don't |

demiiii: Hello all, please how did you make payments to Wes. I picked western union online transfer. But I can't move from that point. I have been to the bank and was informed they can transfer from the account. But where and how do I get there account number. No no no. Don't pay via bank transfer. It'll cost you dearly and there are other issues with that process when transferring from Nigeria, I tried it but failed. It's easier to pay with your debit card. Just select the "credit card" payment option and input your debit card details. I believe that was how most, if not all of us here paid. Just save yourself the stress. |
