toslad: There is nothing contradictory bro. It is just either of the three. Either CPAA or IPA or CAANZ. I assessed with CAANZ for instance while praiseisgood did with CPA. So you can go with IPA. Thanks toslad but how many years of experience have you got and what was your course of study in the university? Are they related? |

bellong: @Mannimaker,
Your only option is Engineering technologist.
@Mcstan18,
If your English test is very recent and appeal date has not passed, I think you should appeal your writing and speaking scores.
External auditor is assessed by three accounting bodies and I believe they have some course contents they require you to have in your education before being granted positive assessment. I don't know if they do experience in lieu of qualification.
What you can do is to go the website of these bodies to check their requirements. Alternatively, you can align your experience to that of a mathematician. Thank you for your response @belong. There isn't the possibility of appealing at the moment. 2. Do you mean my work experience has to be in sync with my academic qualification before I can get a positive assessment? We know this is usually not the case in Nigeria where people who studied Pharmacy and Engineering work in banks and teach Nigerian languages in secondary schools. Does this imply that such persons don't stand a remote chance of migrating to AU? My degree is in mathematics(pure & applied) and I do not think there's much direct relationship it has with finance/accounting/auditing (except for a few courses in optimization and probability theories). My findings revealed that the assessing bodies are CPAA, IPA, CAANZ but it was written as "CPAA or IPA or CAANZ" which contradicts what you stated above "assessed by three accounting bodies", except I understood it wrongly. |

Update: 14/2/18mcstan18: Dear Brethren,
...for the Egyptians [BC and IELTS] whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The day has come for us to be set free from these Egyptians. They have somehow given me some sort of mixed feelings though. Nevertheless, I am extremely grateful to God that my morale didn't wane down to a nadir.
L - 8 R - 9 W - 7 S - 8.5
I'm considering a remark in the W, I need that 3 points badly. What do you, my e-family think? On a lighter note, someone here was touched to give me a hug the last time while I was seemingly downcast. Now is the perfect time, with all the RED theme everywhere. Shall we pick a rendezvous already? |

MurphzBee: The maximum number of citizenship's a person can have is two. An individual will have to renounce one of the citizenships in the event his/her eligibility is for more than two different nationalities. Are you certain about this? Does this include your country of origin? I ask because;
Case1: I have a cousin who moved to the UK(Scotland precisely) 8 years ago as a medical doctor, got his British passport late last year and has now moved to Canada last month. Does this imply that he'd have to renounce his British citizenship to be eligible for a Canadian citizenship?
Case 2: His first son was born in the US and now holds treble citizenship after he was issued a British passport alongside his parents last year . What's the implication of this, going by what you said? Wouldn't he be allowed to add a fourth? |

Macy4real200: Am so happy right now. I wrote to WES telling them to forget about sending my ECA through intl courier. That I will rather pay 7 dollars for standard mail. Initially, I was to pay them 322.05 for my evaluation. I was surprised to log in this morning and see they had changed my payment amount to 233.97 dollars. Am so excited. I've saved over 20k. Thanks guys. You made me realise I could use the e-result WES will send pending when the hard copy arrives See what a structured organization should be like. We keep employing every cost saving technique we can conjure up. In this journey, every Naira counts. Still on the matter, can the agbalagbas who have completed the journey assist with cheaper but subtle ways of doing some of these things? Sometimes, you only get to know there's a cheaper alternative after you must've executed.

You will soon become a Newmum again .
Going by the content of that profile creation, there's no provision for 0 (i.e Zero) for those loners like us. So I guess if you are travelling with hubby, it should be 2, plus your child 3 and the one doing your body somehow... just keep it secret Newmum0615: Good day my people. Please permit me to ask a somehow question this afternoon. I am about to create my profile. What do I answer to this kweshun: How many family members do you have? It's me, Hubby & Son. Is my answer 2 or 3? Do I exclude myself and answer 2 since i am being asked the question?
Please don't be angry. Body is doing me somehow at the moment. Maybe, the family members will soon be 4 sef |

A quick one please.
- I have a little over 4 years experience as a financial auditor with one of the multinational accounting & consulting firms around and my role before I exited was that of a Senior/Supervisor. With this experience, my NOC job code is 1111. - I have since resumed another job as a manager but have been at it for barely 9 months - How do I bring in my managerial experience of 9 months when I'm set to apply? I haven't really looked up the NOC job code for this job role. - Do I necessarily need to include (or use) it instead of the former which has the longest duration? - The title of the latter job is "Manager, Internal audit, Inspection & Control" and the roles mirror same.
Someone please advise. Thanks fam |

Macy4real200: So grateful, do u know I stupidly chose courier that will cost me extra 85 dollars. And I've submitted my WES application and yet to pay. Don't know if there is a way I can edit the payment to chose the standard mail of 7 dollars? Any ideas? Since you haven't paid, I think you can still edit that option by clicking on the "Modify my order" button on your WES account (see the attached image for reference). It isn't editable for me but I guess it's because I've already made payment

Macy4real200: Good afternoon good people. While trying to pay for WES, I discovered I can't use my first Bank mastercard(debit card). My colleague has a GTB card. Can I use his card to pay WES? Hope it won't be a problem. I need ur suggestions pls YES! You can. I think First bank has been having issues lately with card payment gateways cos I also faced same problem. Initially, I thought the problem was from WES that I almost attempted dollar transfer that would've cost me circa $25. However, I decided to try a colleague's GTBank card and voila! it went through.
So speaking from direct experience, you may proceed without fear.
PS: The Naira equivalent of what was deducted was about 69k, in case you wanted to ask
Cheers! |

I'm a little nervous but I'm looking forward to sharing my testimony here by December 15. and this is where one doesn't need anxiety at all so that it doesn't make you stutter and/or forget what you intend to communicate. IELTS does not test you based on the level of anxiety though but just ensure it doesn't significantly affect your articulation, flow and coherence. That anxiety been hold me too, I no go lie. unstoppable1: Hello everyone Please help with an answer on how to go about sending certificate to WES via fax. I have read the two threads for over two weeks and can't seem to figure it out clearly. I - Visit https://app.hellofax.com/home - Click on "Get started" - Sign up with google or create an account using any email address you operate - You may only be able to send (but not receive) fax messages except you pay a subscription fee
I have used this service and WES received my document and updated my profile accordingly in less than 4 hours. That's how efficient it is. I am sure the hard copy I sent via post would still be on its way while this one had already resolved my issues. Enjoy! |
