Denikayan:It's basic physics, an adult cow weighs between 500 to 1000kg, consider the SUV was moving at say 120km/hr and suddenly brought to a halt by a 1-ton object. Force F= mass x acceleration Mass of Innoson SUV= 1815kg acceleration = 120km/hr = 33.33 meters/second (distance covered in a second is one-third the lenght of a standard football pitch) therefore force acting on the car = 1815 * 33.33 = 60493.95 newtons Imagine the crazy force at play here; this force will continue to act on this SUV (inertia at work) even when a 1-ton cow thinks it should do otherwise ![]() I think Innoson should make use of this opportunity to generate some free good publicity and get the man a new Innoson just likeToyota did to that nurse's truck that survived the California fire or offer to repair the SUV for free ![]() |
They had guts and got lucky. Imagine what would have happened if they were caught? They'd probably be killed after collecting huge ransom. Now that the police is aware of the kidnappings going around the axis, I guess they should better keep a secret look at that part. |
These guys will always look for a way to get a good guy in trouble. Because of these fraudsters, genuine dudes can no longer transact business. I spit on all of 'em! They have no conscience, all they think of is the money they will get. OP kindly return items to the sender with a note that he is being scammed. To hell with fraudsters! Case dismissed! Arise. |
haibe:If you can afford a solar hybrid inverter plus the batteries and perhaps solar panels, I'd advice you go for it as you won't regret it. But you may still need the generator (occasionally to charge the battery in the event there's no NEPA and the weather is not sunny) I'm assuming you are going to use solar panels to charge your battery. You can always start small (buy only inverter and battery) and incorporate solar panels with time. But if you can afford all, go ahead you won't regret the money spent. This is just a recommendation, always follow your heart ![]() |
dragnet:This looks like something that may work. Give it a try. |
UyaiIncomparabl:In every thread, you'd notice the troll. They usually say something very outrageous, if you feed 'em by replying they grow fatter and say more outrageous things. But if you starve 'em like they are supposed to, they die off ![]() |
Don't feed the troll. I repeat do not feed the troll. |
My friend has never used a battery balancer or desuphator but his battery life is just great. Surprisingly, he's using a chinko battery ![]() |
Rakiticbarca:Are you browsing on 4G? Check the amount of data used to be sure you did not use all that you subscribed. |

dapkin:Like I said before, he was not being straightforward with you on the deal. It's sad when people do business this way. If you leave your customers unsatisfied, you won't get their business or recommendation for a second business. But most business owners just want that one time penny, forgetting other businesses ahead that may get that rich. It's myopic and that's why some business owners struggle for years to break even. I'm glad you've learned your lesson, the dude that cheated you won't still be better off. Keep your head up. |
Reference:Sadly, fossil fuel will be here with us for some years. But those who think of the future are already thinking of one without it. That is part of the reason that made Tesla the most sold out automaker in the USA in the last quarter of this year. A world without fossil fuel consumption is possible. |
MarianaTrench:Funny you should ask that. Where do Nigerians charge the things they use? What happens to charging it via a solar powered station? It can go 400 mile on a charge, it's not like it needs charge after every 100 meters. If you can afford a Rivian, you can as well afford a solar powered home to charge the car any time it needs it ![]() |
I'd buy me a Rivian. EV is now a way of life. Fossil powered vehicle are going extinct soon ![]() |
dapkin:Even though it's dishonest to renege on terms of the agreement after payment on a deal, I'd say you got a sweet deal at 3k. I'm assuming you've used the account since March till now. A friend got an account from Grammarly at 23k for a year during their promo. Still, it does not make what the seller did to be the right thing. That is why I always walk away from claims that are too good to be true. No one can sell a Grammarly lifetime account unless of course, the person works for Grammarly. I see a lot of people touting lifetime Grammarly use, it is not like you can hack the account as it is not an offline software, you have to log into their server in real time to access the premium (and even the free) features. I think what the sellers do is to subscribe to Grammarly, then sell the login to as many people as they can to cover the subscription they did. Then some of them deliberately mislead their buyers by claiming its a lifetime thing to get them to commit. That is a low key scam. |
OkaNaUbe:I saw a Bankole Wellington that donated $1000, it could be our Banky W ![]() |
OP why did you not link the gofundme account for him? ![]() Edit: I see they have raised $3420 out of the $50,000 that he needs |
donkaz2:This is BS. |
dzing:Try the nearest, they have a way of identifying which post office it may be at. Sometimes they don't call, or they may and your number didn't go through and due to volume of calls they make may not remember to try your number again. Just go to the nearest post office with your tracking number and means of identification (preferably national ID, driver's licence, or voter's card). |
Folarinibrahim1:Buy a low budget xiaomi phone from China ![]() |
owillowill:I hope you know what they say about an offer too good to be true? It definitely always turn out to be so. I have to say that this offer can never be true. If true, the OP won't ask for a paltry N1500. |
The thieves making sure Nigeria never gets better. |
1nigeriamyfoot:Surprisingly I never heard of the website till you guys started discussing it here. After the ponzi fever, which I never participated in, but seeing how it burnt a lot of people, I vowed never to be a part of any online business which involves investing money on faceless people for a promised return. If I can't see you physically, and your website got no standard escrow service backed by solid firm, I ain't sending you a dime. |
Akukaria:Always explain what the person did in your post. |
Demela:Why should the members of this platform trust you? For the life of me, this could be another scam. |
Deluxe8000:You are welcome. |
Deluxe8000:This is a tough question to answer. First, one can calculate how much panels based on factors like number of hours sun shines in the area. Others also include on whether the battery will be in use during the charging. What load may be connected to the battery at the period it is charging. I'd hazard a guess and say two 250w solar panels may just do the trick. |
Deluxe8000:It depends on the battery type and size. It'd require some measuring device and some patience. Eg get a clamp meter to measure the dc current the charger outputs. Also, measure the voltage of the battery. I've seen many chargers and inverters stop charging at 13.5V for a 12V inverter or 27V for a 24V inverter. The problem is once the inverter senses this voltage, it'd cut off charging the battery. The battery meanwhile may require additional voltage and current applied to really bring the battery to full charge. There are sophisticated chargers that can automatically handle the charging. But the sad reality is if the combined wrong charging plus high load might have irreversibly affected your battery. In that case, you have no other choice but to replace the battery. |
bluefilm:People shouldn't hold off on their happiness, especially when they are not doing anything illegal, simply because some certain group of people may not approve. |
