I'm 100% with you on this. The people in charge of drafting these soldiers needs a brain check! How can a sane person keep a soldier in war zone for 36 months without break? Damn!

Even if they can't put ramp on the front door due to design of most rotary security door, except for the likes of those used mostly by the First bank (which is wide and open like a large door), they should at least have a ramp on the side door usually used as emergency/fire exit so that people on wheelchair could access the bank through that way. I saw one in one Eco bank that was built that way. That should be the standard for all banks.

Most people drive as if half the devils in hells are after them in densely populated areas. There should be speed limit in residential quarters. People should be more careful. It's very likely that the man riding his bicycle was not at fault. But now we will never know. Most highways cross residential areas, it does not take anything away from a driver to slow down in such areas.

Mine was after two weeks or thereabouts. If they call you, tell them you are trying to raise the money. They'd soon get tired and return the package.

Note: this process is not for the faint of hearts. I was super pissed, it makes it easy to do what I did. I just did not care anymore. Telling me to pay 30k+ for a 100k phone is pure robbery! And I wasn't about to get robbed by the thieving lot!
