I have been to europe on several occasions and i must confess there are funny stories here and there, last time i was in plumstead London, there was this pot belly landlord who was on his kneels appealling to his wife because the wife threatened to lock him out of the house. I cant go into details of the story but what actually happened could never have taken place in Nigeria.

I am a bit disturbed about marrying a Nigerian based lady and taking her abroad though i believe in the equality of both sexes but we cannot forget our culture at thesame time, trust me a lady can easily open eye and allow this independent thing enter her head,  i can only pray mine doesnt do that in the negative way.

Fix naija and people will stop migrating illegally and dont come up with some funny rules because some naija guys will gladly devise means of breaking them! If you wanna confirm what i mean senators , go and ask the British High Commision!

:oI tire for some Nairalanders oooo, because Nigeria lost a world cup match does it mean Joseph Yobo should be stripped of his right to defend himself for whatever reason best known to him? If he feels aggrived he has taken the right step by suing for damages and that doesnt mean the judge will award him all the N500 million should he win. Its part of the lawlessness that is prevalent in our society,anything goes whether true or false!

It baffles me why an average Nigerian is always  afraid of taking his/her case to court, this is why our leaders keeps feeding us with shit and we cant stand up to them,we are somehow "Court timid".

Do you know what it means to have a lie printed about you and pasted on the front page of a newspaper.

Please leave Yobo to defend himself and stop blaming him for super eagles failure, because he didnt put a gun to anybody's head to be selected into the team or to be made the captain of the team either!

And CS had better get their facts right for a proper defense or else they will be a scapegoat for junk journalism that is prevalent in Nigeria.

My brother i am really sorry if your story is true as related, but i have reasons to believe you because i have been a victim of such occurence which i dont like remembering.

Marital issues should not be decided in a hurry because it has a long term implication, you need to calm down and do some thinking, ultimately its your decision that counts but in deciding what to do ,kindly consider the following factors:

1. Your wife had an unprotected sex, it only points to two things either she isnt intelligent ,matured, or she wanted the pregnancy anyway damning the consequence , imagine if she caught HIV in da process , you would be infected by now,and remember she wasnt raped that could have been a different story.

2. How are you sooo sure that it was a one night stand,and that she hasnt been sleeping around when you were away.

3. Ok lets assume she had a one night stand but she kept the information away from you,this is somebody who you should be able to trust with your last breath is that the quality of a life partner? , and what if you happen to discover the secret through an outsider maybe 5 years down the line, will your heart not be irretrievably broken?

4. She probably knew you werent responsible for the baby when she took in, yet she kept it for you so that you can father another man's child ,is that not a heartless attitude,do you need such from a life partner?

5. How are you soo sure that she wont repeat thesame thing in the future and are you sure she really loves you? If anything bad should happen to you as you are presently,are you sure she wont do a worse thing? She may actually be in love with the father of that child but she wants to marry you because of some material/ephemeral reasons, you may be delaying the evil day, so think deeply on what to do.
