Idiagbon called the shots and it was him that lead the no nonsense anti corruption stand and War Against Indiscipline [WAI] when buhari was left to manage PTF without Idiagbon's support, corruption was the order of the day. If buhari can't fight corruption in a "tiny" PTF how can he fight it on a national scale?
