.While grieving,pray,sing,pour your heart out to God,ask him to comfort you,to help u and carry you through...if you pray this from depths of ur heart ,he will answer you.dont isolate urself from people,go out to places,just go, even if you sit alone...just leave the house and hang out... attend church services,where u interact with others..

Find a job or something to keep you busy, to help support urself and ur family.You will get better and better gradually,be patient.
