I had this boss one time...

The very first day I met him I thought he was a driver because of the way he was dressed...he came down from his car with worn out pam sandals and a slacked round necked lopo(not polo) he came with his well dressed and pleasant looking friend so I assumed his friend was the boss, even though I greeted both of them warmly.

This boss of mine hardly spent money on him self... If we had gigs outside kaduna he would buy tickets for staff to travel by air,while he would go and board those luxurious busses and arrive a day later. Infact some one even said he never paid for a seat but would pay for standing so when a passenger dropped along the way he would sit.

This is a man that had wealth and could afford most things if he wanted.

I never really gave much thoughts to his actions but like most have stated on this thread I agree that it could be poverty mentality tied in inferiority complex. This man came from a humble background and built his business from scratch. Maybe he felt he didn't deserve the good things in life.

The peculiar thing is he had no qualms spending on other people. His staff had the best welfare packages compared to competitors, he also had better salary scale and never had any problem giving people gifts or helping them financially - he just never spent on him self.

Maybe other things gave him satisfaction!

You are right, and no where have I said that women who messed up do not have high status men. But the chance is slim. Its like me telling you that people are winning Betnaija daily, so you should start gambling.

I have had on Turkish exchange student that refused to date guy while she was in school, all because it will be hard for her to get married in Turkey if she loose her virginity.

Turkish men will hardly accept her and see her as unfit as a wife, and for that reason, she kept herself virtuous. If Naija men have such standards, infidelity will reduce.

On your last paragraph, maybe you thought you're talking to someone that is a novice. Like i told you earlier, i have run things with your gender and know them to some extent.

For this our generation, many don't enter marriage for true love. The last girl i dated, few months to her wedding, she still visits me and we keep having intimacy. The man about to wed her calls and she tells him she is in her room.

Don't even mention true love again, because i know some married women having affair outside their marriage with men below their husband status.
