Their is no need to sweat to much about it, the question is supply and demand. How many houses are they building there per year compared to southwest and southeast?

and cost of living too. Those things makes all the difference

Nnamdi kanu can only be transferred to prison custody tommorow and not release. If you believe Buhari will just release nnamdi kanu just like that after breaking international rules of engagement as regards to the illegal arrest of this young man ,then I can't help but laugh at your infant brain

if these people know the extra miles Buhari went to capture him, you will know he can't be released just like that.

Buhari is making a point with him. Best option for Nnamdi Kanu currently is to remain in lock up. The conditions that will be attached to his "unconditional release" will most likely include him singing the national anthem on national TV and denouncing Biafra after that.

He's in for a long while at least until better part of next year until 2023 elections where his release will be used to appeal to his followers

@michlins thank for your input. I believe the cause for this level of rust just after 2 years of installation is the salt in the air in that area. In fact I observed other using an iron frame and wood to construct their gate in that area.

Can nothing be done to prevent rust?

Do you have any experience using anti rust paint/spray on your gate fabs?

I also noticed these hand railings didn’t rust. Pics:

this level of rust under two years is basically cause of inferior choice of materials.

As it is now, I will suggest that you cut off the area that has been affected, use angle bar to frame it all round and then spray anti-rust paint first before proceeding further to paint it completely.

These paints goes for about 4500 each cup and the volume is just 1.5l. There are other brands like Sharon and Dulux depending on your funds

Getting ready for the start of this project, we usually laminate and paste all government and community development receipts on site before we start working.

This is to prevent issues of people coming to stop work or seize tools because of any perceived non approval misunderstandings that might delay our work.

Work goes on today.

Omo you set out fully prepared. You have understand the Nigeria situation so well

You are not a licensed professional like a Pharmacist who can stock controlled substances and you are fully aware that it's illicit, yet you bought it, used it and now gleefully announced it to the world after it's taken over your rational state of mind, trust me, you can immediately be of interest to the NDLEA and I guarantee you that you must have thought those who keep going back had not previously promised not to go back to it. SMH. You are already manifesting the side effects including restlessness, excessive talking ,change in behaviour etc.

I honestly don't believe that anything you put up there is educational, it's glorying in a criminal offence that can put you behind the bars for up to 8 years. That you wrote those things up there while you are under the influence of the drug alone is symptomatic and I think you are just being reckless.

Nothing you wrote up there is a deterrent , as a matter of fact you listed the urge craved by those who depend on it to cope; you literally advertised and recommended an illicit drug!
Information on meth is not new or not available on the internet for anyone who desire to know about it to stay away from it.

The best education to stay away from illicit drug is to stay away. Simple. This thing you did may turn up during advanced background check on your internet activities.

You need to upgrade the rules to forbid advertisement of controlled substances and illicit drugs before they start using nairaland to promote the addictive and destructive ' good feeling ' of taking illicit drugs as being done here by the OP.

you read the part where he said it's for educational purposes but you don't understand it.

His experience is needed so others wouldn't want to try it themselves. At least you have a first hand account of how bad this drug is.

Everything he explained here about his experience is very much on point.
