There are somethings you don't post in forums even though it's good for members especially FTB secrets.  I don't know why Nigerians are so carried away with any knowledge they come across, what is meant to be shared discretely will be in the open freely and sold openly in the streets.  Don't You know that in places where there is law enforcement, the admin can be sued? In USA even users of FTA Stbs have been arrested and such stbs confiscated!  Be wise

if you no my TV direction turn your dish like 80 degrees to your right while standing behind, or left while standing in from then raise am up more than DSTV. You need 90cm dish to receive it.

If you have a compass, calculate 7degrees east, starting from the south position

After going tru greater part of this thread, I decided 2 convert my hithieve 2 FTA. I sweat a lot b4 I discovered that the minimum elevation of the dish is still 2 high 4 pas 7/10. I had 2 apply no 6 to bend the mounting rod 2 achieve d desired elevation. Now I can watch ALL e FTA channels. D problem I have now is that d % is low except 2 channels which I suspect are not on pas10 but on telstar. What should I do?

On your strong receiver enter secret key menu by using XXXX,

edit the Cas tab to CCW
Ident to 00 00 00 00
than enter the other Key given of
STATION
KEY : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
exit the box and save changes.

Key in pin XXXX and the Biss key dialogue table will appear,

enter STATION
KEY : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
key on the first line and your STATION channel will activate.

Repeat this step for the other channels

I think this is the same company as the Freesat in UK.  They broadcast mostly FTA Channels through one bird and make revenue from adverts.

No luck with etv either on 902/c or intelsat 7/10k using 4663x. Maybe you're talking of the new 4669x.
but why bother with etv when you have so many other replacements?

It was because of this I ordered for the Opticum 9500HD but it is like there some unresolved issues with the stb and it has been withdrawn or production stopped. So my money was returned.

I'm avoiding the DAARSAT decoder because of issues like this. most PayTV STB's a custom made by the manufactures for the PayTVs and there are no software support, except for the PayTV owner's upgrades.

self-employment isn't paradise for everyone, some entrepreneurs can't even afford to send their kids to decent schools. so it's not something one should go into because you want to be like your boss. if you feel you're being exploited it might be best to change jobs, and not just jump into the self-employment wagon. it's wrong for CEOs to earn so much and pay meagre salaries, but then remember they bear the risks. odd thing is, many people who are crying 'entrepreneurship' now would also pay little or nothing to their future employees.

although after much skewing the LNB is not aligned with the scalar because i loosened the nut holding it to get allowance to rotate

Has anyone being able to access sat-mac recently?

I tried but no success.  I think the site is under attack, its called DDoS (Direct Denial of Service) most satellite tv forum sites experience this from time to time.  These type of attacks most time in FTA world is masterminded by the Pay TV operators or from another competing site.  When you register and tick option of "RECEIVE EMAIL FROM ADMINISTRATOR" most sites will send email to you about a temporary site address you can use. I just got one such mail from one site (not sat-mac)

I posted something similar when the Ani site was under virus attack

but this kind of attack is different actually what happens is that the server is overwhelmed with request such as 1million computers login in at the same time with wrong passwords etc. so the server cannot respond to real users.

Can u sent me the site u got the keys from. My receiver shows the encryption to be viaccess whereas u sent ccw keys.

This is how I nail both birds with single dish. For your information there is no single frequency common to both birds. So you can try my style
go to manual scan while on w3a, input the Globecast freq 12.605 V 29.950

then move the dish a little to your left and upward if standing in front of your dish
or move the dish a little to your right and upward if standing behind your dish while watching your tv screen for green signal.
When you are successful, now go back to a known working TP on W3A to confirm it's still showing green i suggest you use Free2View TP 12728 V 30,000. Once you can still get it others will be ok. you can tweak your lnb skew and adjust your dish for best signal

Mbc users you can scan your satelite for the new channel(ils launch) but still dont know what is all about

you should have seen the live broadcast of W7 satellite launch on 24-Nov-2009

Please specify your decoder model. It will help in determining the how to setup, but if your are using the common Strong decoders.

1. Go to menu
2. satellite setup
3. dish setup
4. choose the satellite then move to diseqc
5. if it's displays "off" us your left key and change to 1.0
6. If 5 above is done correctly, another menu will appear below
7. choose the number for the dish eg, on the diseqc swith if w4 is connected to 1 make sure the setting for w4 is on 1
8. go to step 4 and choose another satellite, it will display a message that your settings have change "do you want to save, cancel, take save
9. choose W3 and assign number it is connected to as in step 7 then exit and save

hope this helps
