In another thread on here I totally bombarded the OP with my irritations at his behaviour which led to the other posters getting annoyed with me. Not because I didnt have a point, but because of my tendency towards being too forceful with my argument to the point where the dude also got angry and refused to answer me anymore. Such is what is going on here.

Not everybody is going to see what you are seeing straight away. The mods who he is appealing to are also human beings and there is more than one element at play here. He is only doling out the facts (mostly based on speculation) without taking note of the other aspects in a wider context. This is partly why he is not being taken seriously, even though he has not been banned or intimidated off the site either.

We know that Nigeria partly operates on particular notions which are sometimes overemphasised to the point of negatively impacting how we handle problems. Its wrong, but thats just how it is EOD. Some of this fracas could have been avoided if he had calmed down and observed some of the dynamics of this case, some of which I pointed out earlier even though he does not see the importance of it:

- We live in a society in which

-Corruption is an entrenched reality, and

(a) People are so used to it that they are sometimes sluggish or not as bothered about it as they should be, due to "I cannot come and kee mysef" mentality

(b) though it must be dealt with, cases must also be examined from all sides before taking action because they are sensitive and at times a lot of people are relying on the "format" to keep body and soul together, which will sometimes scupper any attempts at enforcing corrective measure. This is why his "multiple monickers" defence is not working.

-People are wary of being cheated to the point of becoming hyper-vigilant and our law enforcement is failing woefully, which is why people often indulge in jungle justice without knowing the full facts and sometimes get it totally wrong

- Respect for seniority/seniority of position is valued more than the truth. Just look at the Kiki and Kemi saga. Who won? Who should have won?

-Due to the feeling that we are somewhat powerless and at the mercy of the faulty system people are constantly engaging in minor power tussles and will actively refuse to do what you recommend if they feel that they have been disrespected in any way, even if they can see that you have a point

- Lack of employment opportunity means that more naive and unexperienced people are beginning to venture into agriculture, so they may seem as if they are moving suspiciously when they are just genuinely mistaken, like OP here.

- Because of all this, there is a high tendency to defer to both the "man-know-man" and "I be your mate?" paradigms rather than being totally impersonal when dealing with affairs

This conflict is partially affected by social dynamic and psychological intrigue.

- Healthserve has appealed to all those emotions that I alluded to earlier, which we have been complaining about until we finally got him to tone it down. In fact the only reason he got nabbed on that was because he was overzealous in it by replying to every single mention off-point and wailing and complaining when we can all infer that Pistotita was correct. But he has not annoyed people as much as Pistotita has. This has been his saving grace.

- Pistotita has aggressively pursued his campaign and to some extent, to his own detriment. He has alienated some of the people who should be taking it seriously through his "shaking tables" technique. How can you shake a table that almost everybody is sitting on?

- Jumping prematurely to point out the flaws in somebody's posts will only appeal to some people. Some other people will equally find it irritating or see you as "over-sabi", especially when your accusation turns out to be wrong and it leads to the thread being derailed as it has been here

If you keep ranting, insulting and pissing people off, and getting your posts deleted due to your pugilistic nature, where then lies the usefulness of your discovery?

I personally think he should have kept a lot of this behind the scenes/ become more subtle or "underground", especially when it became clear that

- Uboma was not going to take the case further, either because he does not have the power to so, he is too personally irritated or offended by Pistotita's conduct to do anything, he believes that he has already dealt with the matter accordingly or maybe (I SAID MAYBE OH) he is implicated in it somewhere (as he has previously been accused, though he provided evidence that debunked that possibility, for the most part)

- The bigcowhorn/easternprince, Khia/khiaa dichotomies were beginning to distract from the main narrative. Even if he is right the rule is not currently being enforced strongly enough to indict anybody; the healthserve issue was his main purpose but he ended up roping other people into the stuff which was not necessary. He is telling us not to be distracted but still distracting from his own point by trying to kill so many birds with one stone in the name of highlighting a "pattern". But this particular pattern is not robust enough to cause any real wahala. So it just became a "comedy" like so many people said

Pistotita should be more realistic. Even if what he is saying is true, his "bull-in-a-china-shop" method is too frenetic to deal with the sensitive matter at hand.

While you all want me to nail him through finding people he has duped (because that is what healthserver keeps saying to the extend Uboma fell into the trap too), I decided to use opening duplicate monikers agaisnt him.

It is simple. NL has the same punishment for scamming and usage of multiple accounts. The monikers are getting deleted. I simply decide to use the latter rather than the former. And I made my case stronger by adding two more cases so they really understand my point.

Let me take you to spreading false news on social. No one is saying there should not be punishment for it, but Nigerians are saying that capital punishment is too harsh. When everyone was shouting bla bla.bla and government went further by using the first lady to promote it, good people realised that the game has changed, and they tackled Aisha Buhari back by reminding her that the same China she used as excuse has the same law that corruption carries capital punishment in China too. Therefore, if government is bent on going forward with capital punishment for false news on social media, governament must also upgrade the punishment for corruption to capital. Lol. The OP was healthserve, and he deleted this moniker afterwards when he was bursted. The intent was that he posted this with a new moniker asking for money. And then, he used healthserve to make it look like this guy (himself) is legit. So that more people could buy into the business. And then, he can continue communicating with the investors, collects thier cash, and takes off. Or do otherwise. But you know that healthserve with a long history and reputation of posing himself as consultant paved way for this new moniker to be easily trusted. That is his way of doing things. Healthserve has boasted he is a made consultant, so he wouldnt come out that he needs money himself. But does he really need the money to do the many businesses? Na scam.

Account of the person who made the offer deleted again.
This one posed like someone with N1.5million. The person was the same healthserve. And then he used the moniker healthserve to move the discussion into partnership offers to lure people with money who will want to partner with the deleted account. He did not propose that he would be his farm manager ...or gave free advice of what to do, but quickly proposed partnership. The act is called "synchro-cology".

Check it out. He is always trying to synchronise the threads into luring readers to partner with his many useless ideas. And the irritating thing is that those making the offers are mostly day old monikers.

After nabbing him, he always quickly find normal people to pretend as if he is advising them genuinely. I remember a goat thread that was opened within 30 mins that he was criticised...and the said op praised him in the first post. That happened during one of the days we confronted him. Such people are like you. He is using you to cover his tracks. And a mod (i rhink uboma has a hand in it) deleted all the comments. They made that thread look legit. He is like 10 steps ahead of NL, but I am 30 steps ahead of him. He cannot deceive me.

I was not being purposefully lazy but I didnt understand the need for an entire explanation because I believe that most times a concise summary of events will do, before expanding later on the intricacies. You are giving an account of actual processes and not events, which is why you kept including all those minute details.

What actually interested me was why you kept being suppressed and insulted from all sides and why your words were not being acted upon, when really you had a point.

This is why I erred towards the analysis given by bigcowhorn rather than your explanation, but in the context of your greater concerns about the impact of these activities on Nairaland, most of what you wrote there was necessary though I disagree with some of your colourful language and tendency towards premature accusation. Such is what put me off reading some of your writing.

A lot of people take pleasure in spewing insults for insults sake because they cannot cope with a superior argument. And some of your accusations have not been accurate. Such is the angle I approached reading your posts from and you must admit that some of your violent trial-and-error approach has detracted from your position. Just because the Qur'an never said it, it doesnt mean people dont believe it. Its widely known that people go to extreme lengths to drink that water believing that it will cure their diseases even though some of it is fake and some of it is contaminated with poisonous metals.

The Qur'an is not the only source of guidance; what about the hadeeth, fiqh and modern Islamic scholars? What about Islamic culture, literature and art? So many people do not have a good enough understanding of Qur'anic Arabic to be able to read it themselves which is why they have to rely on other sources.

Excuse me, why should God tell us that Arabic is the best of languages? So all of us who dont speak Arabic, our languages are sub-standard or stupid or what Arabic is a beautiful language but no language is superior over the other. This idea of Arabic language supremacy is why some Arabs look down on other practising muslims and also why a lot of muslims suffer from slave mentality and inferiority complex when in the presence of Arabs.

"Hob" means love and "Raheem" means mercy; I do not see anything difficult in translating those words into English and I do not see anything superior about the language that people should be forced to pray in it.
