I rest my case
Good. Maybe now you can work on your Adab and stop insulting people

When I said you should check out Mufti Menks twitter handle, I really meant it because his writing is very informative even for a non-Muslim like me

So trinity now also means unity
Of course it does. One in three persons is not disputing the unity of God.

Am i the one engaging in Taqqiya or you, give me the name of any Islamic scholar that had any issue with Tawheed(Oneness in ALLAH), any Muslim who disputes GOD is more than one.ALLAH is the only one who uses "We" for Himself, its HIS Honour,no human can be talking and be using we for himself or herself, people might think the person is sick in the brain.
Since you don't know Arabic but you know singular and plural, the "We" of ALLAH used in the Qur'an is singular not plural.
And ALLAH clarified in the Qur'an,HE is not two or a 3 in 1 weak god,HE is one,ALLAH
You cant even explain it properly, the "we" is called a "royal we" or "majestic plural" that is used for rulers or monarchs. This is why Allah refers to Himself as "we" in the Qur'an.

You are busy insulting people's faith when you cant explain simple grammar

Terrible

There is/are Christian sect(s) that do not follow Trinity doctorine, they believe GOD is one.
We all believe God is one, so you have no point.

God is one in three persons. This is not the same as saying that God is more than one.

At least I am not the only one who has noticed this deflection tactic of throwing tantrums and spamming anybody who says a word.

People tend to believe in different things, even atheist believe in some ideas.Praying 5 times a day is not for any human, its for ALLAH alone so you will enter Understand basic Arabic in 5yrs, you must be a Joker.Basic Arabic that you will understand in 2 days, its just like learning A,B,C,D.I only know Basic Arabic as you said, and I can recite the Qur'an in Arabic just that basic understanding without any problem.
Modern Standard Arabic is not the same as Qur'anic Arabic. Even native Arabs have to sit and study it for years before they can understand it fully.

Being able to recite Qur'an because you can read the letters does not mean you have any idea of what it means.

Like I said, just humour us all!

I didn't stop you from using your analogy,I just stated the truth about your religion."yeye" doesn't mean I'm insulting you, I'm just amazed at how people can believe in some strange beliefs.
Even the Trinity belief had existed among the Idol Worshippers long long time
It is not my analogy, its yours. Have you forgotten?

Yeye doesnt mean you are insulting me, in the united republic of nairaland right? So what does it mean huh

I marvel at how you people believe that drinking zamzam water will cure your ills

That listening to music is a sin, when it just cant be

That it is a sin to draw a living creature, when it isnt. It isnt!

That it is actually practicable and effective to stop what youre doing 5 times a day, repeating the same thing thousands of times a year, in an ancient language which takes at least 5 years of continuous study to understand at a basic level, when it clearly is not

I marvel at so many things you people do yet I cant describe you as yeye during a discussion so just humour all of us dear.

Yes, the trinitarian ideology and idea of sacrificing a son has been around for a long time before Christianity came, that does not mean that it is not true.

The idea of a God and a prophet has been there since, does it mean Islam is a lie?

You are just being facile for no good reason. Facile and arrogant! Like I said, serious Muslims dont talk like that.

Oga,stop trying to justify Christianity, its fake, everything about it is from the Pagan worship,be it Reincarnation,be it a god dying for your sins,be it celebrating Christmas,New year and Easter. You just copied everything from pagans and Re-Visioned it.Yeye people.
You are just nowhere to be found, you started the phone analogy but you couldnt maintain it so youve resorted to throwing insults

So you came out of your Jumaa prayers and just to curse your fellow People of the Book? Shame.

There is nothing wrong with celebrating New Year, even you people celebrate Islamic new year, again I say shut up! You dont even have the intellectual capacity to discuss these matters

Muslims with any kind of intelligence dont even talk the way you are talking

Even the Mufti Menk dude that was just here, check his twitter feed and see how a Muslim talks

Let’s wait and see what Flavour has to say about it. In many cases of the dad leaving the child resembles the father very strongly. I think it’s an adaptation I’m yet to understand.
Thats an interesting concept but may be psychological or spiritual. Maybe to remind people around of who the dad is

Replacing the old gods with ones, its like saying I changed my Iphone 6 to Iphone 11,are you still not using Iphone.
We did not change the iPhone, we changed the Sim card.

iPhone here represents the innate human aspiration to connect with a higher power.

Human beings will always yearn to worship a spirit of some kind, the issue now is which is the correct one to follow

Having the iPhone is not a crime, the issue is what network you are using to operate it.

Look at the excuse, you are just doin it.
Well, I'm sure you know December 25th was a day the Pagans used to celebrate b4 Jesus came at all.The Church just rebranded it.
Christianity=Paganity=Idol Worshipping
Oh shutup! If I talk about the sun and moon gods that were prevailing in ancient Mecca now you will declare a Fatwa on my head, shut the hell up!

Every ancient religion that has been adopted by human beings retains some aspect of the culture of the people who spread it; if we use the Pagan Gods day to celebrate Christmas and Easter it is not a crime so long as we no longer worship those old gods but replace the old pagan practices with new ones

what is good about nysc? It has outlived whatever usefulness it had.

Established after the civil war for reintegration and there's been killings and mayhem since then till now
Nysc was not supposed to be the only solution to ethnic strife.

How do you expect nysc to carry all the responsibility on its back for social cohesion when even our government and educational systems havve been marred by corruption and tribalism?

Just because there have been ethnic tensions since nysc was launched it doesnt mean that its purpose has been lost

I don't mean one should be totally inactive. But for you to enjoy whatever benefits exercise has to offer, you have to be healthy enough to do the exercise. I did a lot of gymnastics in my younger days, but at some point my health started failing me, and it got worse the more I tried to be active. I would regain my stamina after a long period of inactivity. It happened that after one of such recoveries, I embarked on a very serious physical training and I broke down again after about 4 weeks. I've not regained my health again since then. This happened 20 years ago. I used to be a very active person. Gymnastics was my passion. I used to enjoy long walks. I could undertake a journey of more than 20km on foot. I used to complete a journey of about 12km within 2 hours. But now every little thing I do makes me feel ill. The thing is that there was an underlying neurological illness that got worse as a result of overstretching myself. If I heed to the warning early enough, I wouldn't have got myself into this mess. This is my own story.
Firstly I am sorry for your health challenges, I hope you find a solution soonest.

From what you have written here, the problem was not actual exercise. The issue was that you were unaware of your underlying problem, which was exacerbated by vigorous exercise.

When you say you had "recoveries", were they at home or did you seek medical advice? Because if the doctor had picked up on the fact that you were ill, you would have been able to adjust your training regimen.

Plus it sounds like you were actually a trained athlete, which is different from what we are discussing here. Athletes need constant guidance and monitoring by competent professionals so that they wont, as you put it "over-stretch" themselves.

Most people in the population are not sick, and most people are not athletes, so taking a jog somewhere once in a while wont actually kill the majority of people.

They can faint, vomit, fall down and other stuff when they are not used to it, but humans are not so fragile that they just die like that.

Nigerian factor means that we are always rushing about from pillar to post but its just that its stressful, not that it automatically kills.

Am getting to understand him though. He might not be guilty after all but his actions speaks a lot abt him. I guess he might just be one very emotional creature who gets to attached at what pple say. I can only hope we ain't bullying him if at all he his innocent
From the beginning of the thread I have been totally open-minded as to whether he is innocent or guilty.

But his conduct has just been terrible; if you look at that post I quoted earlier, you will see what I mean

It has gotten to the point where you cant even sneeze without him descending on you with threats of lawyers and court cases. If truly he is innocent then he should make targeted, useful comments instead of crying and lamenting everywhere whenever anybody opens their mouth.

Can he stop any of us from speaking our mind? No! So why not be logical and prove your detractors wrong with methodical technique and not just bombarding my mentions with long, off-point rants even when I wasnt talking to him huh

At least somebody has already acknowledged that all the monickers in here are crazy, he cant just do what he feels like and think he can bully us into silence with lawyer and Shoprite.

Plus, he quoted actual rules as the supporting bases for his grievances.
And this is part of your response:

healthserve:
Now for you, can we meet at any police station of your choice, you and the chief accuser anytime this week and you can say these things to my face let's see what my lawyer will do about it!

Until then continue. You guys don't hlknow what character defamation is and what its consequences are. If you do, you'll never call anyone anything you're uncertain about.

Smh. If this continues next year I'll track the digital footprint and move all I can to sue for defamation cause I don't know which of you I speak with offline let alone collect money
Now, anybody reading this can just explain to me how that response is appropriate for what I said or how I can be implicated in a defamation case for asking a simple question.

You are just trying to distract everybody by going about attacking people for breathing, just like those fake miracle pastors bamboozle people with fake signs and wonders so that they won't ask questions.
