Ideally, the funds should be in your account except used in paying your fees or other associated costs. This helps to prevent you from getting stuck if say, UKVI refuses the application due to an error you made and you have to reapply immediately.

Buy dollar and deposit in you dollar account. Better still, if you've got someone you trust that has easy access to dollars, the person can pay for you while you give the person Naira.

Pls don't advice wrongly. It has to be the parents' account(s) - not siblings. Be reminded that a birth certificate is also required as proof of relationship with the person whose account is being used.
Except your siblings was appointed as your legal guardian by the courts before you turned 18, then it might be possible.

The count should be from the day after the full money hits your account or just pick any day (as long as it fulfils the 28 day requirement) if you've had the money for over 28 days. You don't necessarily need to have a transaction during your 28-day count.

Bro what if the there is no transaction on the day I started counting? I am thinking they start counting from the first day of transaction on the statement. For example I want to print from 1st may to 28th may, and the first transaction that reflects on d statement was done on 11th, will dey start counting from that 11th?

Can someone please clarify me on these, my TB test (family) was rescheduled for 25th June in Abuja, I received a text and it reflected on my portal too. I was about to make payment today and discovered that it's now 16th of August. I already booked our flight cos' we stay within the North central. I've been trying their numbers but it's not connecting. What do you suggest we do please? The only evidence we have is the text we received.

No, you can't pay at the centre. Payment needs to be done physicallyat a bank or online. Your transaction receipt is proof of payment - print this and take to your appointment. Pay before the day of your test to give time for your payment to reflect.

Search for Centrepoint cargo, London on google to get their contact and rates. Last time I used them, I paid N700/kg but not sure what their rates are now. I used them between 2017 and 2019 and they delivered from between 5 -14 days.
You can also use Google to search for others to compare rates

You submit your online application to UKVI. TLS is just a middleman who helps UKVI with biometric registrations of applicants and help with applicants' documents uploads.

You can use CityDoc or Boots. CityDoc cost £200 as at December while Boots was £120 but Boots required a booking 28 days in advance of test date as at December, not sure if that's changed.

You're applying in April and your TB test results expires in May. I don't see a problem with that.

It's correct. You'll pay £470 *2 for the 2 years duration of your course + £235 for the extra 4 months that will be added to your visa = £1,175.

Spousal and fiancee visa applications are for those with permanent residence in the UK. Dependants of Tiered visa holders need the dependant visa application. Pls make sure you fill the right application form to avoid stories that touch.
For dependant visas, the maintenance can be in either the main applicant's account or the dependant's account.

Your total paid should have been £14,600 with the balance as £9,400.
You'd have also had to indicate how the total sum would be demonstrated as paid and this should have been indicated on your application as listed on CAS (there's a part of the CAS where your scholarships, cash payments and outstanding balance should normally be indicated).

Did you include the scholarship on your application form? You might have indicated the wrong tuition balance on your application.

I need your urgent advice. I did my biometrics on 1st Feb and paid for a priority service. On the 4th of Feb, I got a mail that my student visa application has been refused. The reason stated was that I did not provide sufficient funds as my total fees (tuition and living) is £25k and I provided £19k. Immediately I realised that the difference is my tuition discount (7k scholarship). This scholarship was stated on my CAS and I am disappointed that my application was refused.

I am eligible for an application review. I have done that (Feb5) pointing out the issue backed with additional evidence. I have followed the thread and realised that the review can take up to 3months which gets me upset the more. My question is, will my priority service be considered for the review. Also, I have not gotten a mail to pick up my passport. Will I be contacted for it or until after the review?
