As a youth corper, she can be called to serve by the nation in any capacity! Being a corper does not limit your capacity to perform. What the issue should be is whether she is being paid salary as a minister or allowance as a corper. Because she is not suppose to receive salary as minister but can collect the allowances of a minister. 😂😂😂😂

See them! Children of hate. So one has to be a member before one can lobby individual nations of BRICS? Going there is an opportunity to meet the member countries and lobby them (in one place) , instead of junketing around the world like Peter Obi who was campaigning in the Bronx as if those living there will vote. 😃😃😃😃😃😃
Politics › Re: Atiku's Gameplan Is To Unseat Tinubu Through Disqualification by Misterone: 7:17am On Aug 26, 2023
gidgiddy:
Former Vice-President Atiku is one smart guy. He knows that having come second in the Presidential race, one way he can still become President is if he can find a way to disqualify the incumbent, Tinubu.

The electoral act states that if a candidate makes a false declaration in his electoral form, his or her candidacy will be naullified. Even a discrepancy can lead to disqualification

So how does Atiku intend to disqualify Tinubu? I dont think Atiku is interested in Tinubu's Chicago Degree. The real reason why Atiku is petitioning the US authorities to release Tinubu's academic records is to find out how Tinubu secured admission into Chicago State university.

When Tinubu ran for Lagos State Governor in 1999, he claimed in his electoral form that he attended Government College Ibadan between 1965 and 1968. People like well known social critic, Femi Aribasala, openly said he was at the same School between the 1962 to 1968, and never saw Tinubu there. To this day, no one earth has ever claimed to be Tinubu's Secondary School class mate, or even met him in any Secondary School.

So why would Tinubu lie about the secondary he attended? When Tinubu ran for President, he left the primary and secondary schools he attended blank! He only claimed to have graduated from Chicago

No University on earth admits a person without WASSCE or its equivalent, or other qualification. If Tinubu had WASSCE or equivalent, that gave him admission to Chicago, why wouldn't he state in his electoral form? Why would he be fighting for his academic records not to be released?

The reality is that if Tinubu was admitted to Chicago State University disingenuously, his Degree will be withdrawn and his candidacy will be naullified

His academic records will say the truth, and Atiku believes it will be in his favour

Time will tell
The train has left the station. Whatever the outcome of Atiku's adventure, it cannot affect the election case because
1. no new evidence can be introduced at this level.
2. If the outcome is not favourable to Tinubu, then, it becomes a criminal case which cannot be used for the election petition. There has to be a trial here in Nigeria which will take time.
3. The accused can only be found guilty if its proven beyond reasonable doubt.

How do you hide fatality? The person has no relatives? What would be the point of killing a person just to hide it? Those that engage in such killings want the world to know it happened

The Lagos/Ibadan expressway media and their Northern cohorts have been trying to hype up the security situation in the South East to what it is not

Just the crime level in Lagos is more than the rest of Southernern Nigeria combined
we've seen multitude of pictures of dead bodies killed by ipob and hidden in deep wells, that 9f farms is also a constant case.
Politics › Re: 2023: Southeast Ranks As Safest Region In Nigeria - Punch by Misterone: 9:45am On Jul 07, 2023
Fatalities is the SE are under recorded because most killings in the SE are hidden from the eyes. While in other regions killings are done openly. someone is killed and the body is left in the open but in the SE the body is taken and dumped in deep wells, rivers, farmlands, septic tanks etc. To confirm this, check the number of missing persons in the SE, the number of kidnapped without return, etc. SE is a killer zone.

10mw is 10,000kw/hr. Check you prepaid meter. You can't use 1kw/hr, you use like 0.3 or 0.4 kw/hr. If you use 1kw/hr for 12 hours, that means that your bill will be 12×56×30 = 20160 in a month. I doubt you can pay that amount for 12hrs power everyday in a month for home appliances.

Yes but a state like Ogun is more industrialized than Abia state.
For state like Bayelsa, the kind of tax just one oil company pays to state account alone, can amount to what Unilever, Dangote, Nigerian breweries and nestle will pay combined to Ogun state.

Ain abia, they have Unilever, ginuess, Nigeria bottling company etc but the state is not as industrialized as Ogun state. Commerce and illegal production is still the major source that drives economy
Oga, this your story no make sense. We have three levels of tax in Nigeria. Corporate tax collected by the FG, personal income tax collected by the state and rents collected by the LG. You pay store rent, advertisement, ground moeney, etc to the LG. If the state is not organized enough to collect PAYE, who is to blame? Don't blame others, blame your governor

Goodnigga:
Why compare Adeleke case and Obi case? did you read the 3 responses from the Adeleke-Oyetola judges properly? One major case of Obi is prayer point #5 of Inec not complying with their own electoral laws with back up evidences making a 100 page litigation. Will the court overlook a drug case too with evidence and reinterpret the 25% FCT? Please try not to reason with the anus.
Drug case my foot! You that's reasoning with your brain, see what you wrote. If you must know, a guilty verdict anywhere in the world, does not mean same in Nigeria. You have to go on trial in Nigeria for you to be found guilty in Nigeria. This is because our laws are different. An offence in the US may not be an offence in Nigeria ( people found guilty of drug offences and sentenced to jail terms outside Nigeria, after deportation, they undergo fresh trials to be sentenced under Nigerian laws). The tribunal is not cut out for such criminal cases, therefore your Obi is wasting his time. On the 25% brouhaha, there's nothing there. The FCT is a mini state, it cannot hold Nigeria to ransom, that's why it is called a territory just like Lagos Island when it was the seat of power.

That Law was done to be an advantage to a Candidate who is not able to get 24th 25% spread out of the usual 36 states.. The candidate can be declared Winner if he/she the required spread in 23 States & FCT.
Simply said, FCT can be considered 24th State for a candidate who have a spread in just 23 States of the Federation. The intent & the spirit of that section of the Constitution is not more than this.
True talk. The FCT can be used to make up the 24 states require by law. It is not necessary for any other purpose.

Court Cases are different. If one failed with a particular prayer another person may succeed with the same prayer in the same court. It's not yet time for jubilation.
Meanwhile, Court proceedings are all about evidence. The judges claimed Atiku has no legal basis to institute the case. If your lawyers Provide enough evidence the case is yours nomatter the locus
see this one! That is the first thing the court will adjudicate on before going into the case proper. Once the court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the case, no matter your evidence, it is thrown out. The court has said this is an internal issue within the party and a case on this cannot be instituted by anyone except members of APC who feel aggrieved by it. Therefore, Obi is just an interloper.
Also, in the Osun guber case, the court said the issue of forgery by Adeleke has been settled severally and therefore threw out the case. The same thing with the Tinubu cases. It has been settled severally and will therefore be thrown out of court.

Abiola was very popular and likable that in every region he got at least 46 to 50 percent of the vote been casted. When he was denied the victory Igbos ,Hausas , Yorubas and other tribes joined hands in demanding the restoration of his mandate.

Tinubu won but how did he win.Is there any jubilations that accompanies such victory?. The struggle will continue even if he had
victory in the law court .

Unfortunately for him Peter Obi is focused and very witty person and he has the financial muscle and international connection to fight this battle with him.Majority of the elites from south west are tired of Tinubu's dominance in the south west and are very ready to give him wahala if possible unsit him

And because many people did not vote for him there will be serious agitation from all over the nation that will make his administration ungovernable. Oduduwa,Biafra, Niger Delta, Middle belt etc agitation will increase.

The allegation of his involvement in the drug dealings will make his administration suspicious and open to attack by national and international media.

IF I AM IN TINUBU'S SHOES I WILL BOW OUT TECHNICALLY TO AVOID WHAT IS TO COME.
Jubilation my foot, those that jubilated in Abia are now eating fried rice abi?, As if Jubilation is a means to an end! Oga, this is not the time for Jubilation but a time for sober reflection. Tinubu wants to hit the ground running. We his supporters are focus on the journey ahead. We did not elect a king for us to be jubilating, we elected a servant to work for us.
