Most politicians are 'thieves' ! Don't you know that the people are aware that Ibori stole from them ? They all know this and would love to do same if they find themselves in such position. Ibori may be a thief but i think this 'man of God'sure want's the people to assist the needy and also give support to the handicapped as it was one of the good sides of James Ibori the thief ! We all have our weak sides but we sure have strengths !
Positive news does not sell like the negatives ! Contextually speaking,'the man of God' may not have said Ibori is a good man worthy of emulation but that men should imitate the good side of Ibori which is arms giving and helping the less privileges placing them in advantageous positions !

Nice piece though ! But below highlighted isn't healthy at all for Christians:
So once again the church is attempting to evolve in order to keep up with the rest of civilization. That is how a religion survives. Its belief has to be flexible enough to stay somewhat relevant to current or the public will abandon it.
The church and her traditions can evolve till infinity to catch up with civilization but definitely not the word of God ! It should be civilization evolving to catch up with the standard of God and not the other way round !

'Who are my to judge ! I think this is the fad for now and it approves anything that goes against the word of God ! All must opt in becos if you don't,you will be termed a hypocrites !

manny4life: When you go to a court to rule, whether you're a plaintiff or defendant, do you know the criteria on how the judge will deliver his ruling? The best you can do is follow the simple rule of law of the land, and leave the rest for the judge and jury to decide your faith.

That is my point here: NO ONE, and I repeat NO ONE knows how GOD will judge, GOD gave us specific instructions, like the the OT, he gave them the 10 Commandments, in the our NT, he gave us newer laws through his son Jesus Christ. No one as asked you to claim ignorance, but like I said, the Bible did not specify how GOD will judge, but how you should live your live and the greatest commandment is LOVE.

As for the second paragraph, if that's what you advocated, then simple it is...

Am I a believer in the Word? The way people have tagged "titles" in religion is amazing, which one is "believer in the word"? Well, I'm a Christian and I believe in the word of God and the principles our Christ laid, so yes I believe. I have read the Bible several times that I know how to react in situations like that, I will not allow religion dictate for me, because if my religion dictated for me, I would be in direct contradictions to the word of GOD.

From the accessories I wear, to the food/water I eat/drink, to the place I work, I mean EVERYTHING will contradict GOD's words, AND the Bible STOPPED SHORT "Sabbath was made for man, and not man for Sabbath", so it means Laws of Sabbath were created to serve us and not the other way. We're not under the OLD Laws, though Jesus said "we should not throw away the laws and the commandment (Romans 1 and 1 Tim 1 so YES,) and what was the greatest law/commandment? I will react in a GODLY way like Christ commanded (preach the word and testify LOVE) and LIVE MY LIFE.

OF COURSE NOT LIVE AND LET'S LIVE ! We will try to correct them with love ! And if they refuse,we will retreat and continue to intercede on their behalf in prayer !
