i dont know the circumstances of this issue BUT....as much as i fully understand that a pet is part of the family etc, i also understand that if a dog wanders around and "possibly" become aggressive towards strangers (especially children), then what happened above would be a normal solution.

when a dog attacks a person, you dont have time to think about it being someone's pet etc... you just want it to stop attacking you or your children etc. so what would be more important here is that OWNERS MAKE SURE THAT THEIR PETs ARE ON A LEASH AND SECURED AT ALL TIME. it is an owner's duty to make sure that their pet is not a danger to others.

there are many ways to educate people, but giving them only one sided narrow minded views is counter productive.
- instead of telling them that premarital sex is bad, educate them of the possible outcome of such action.
- instead of telling them that premarital sex is bad, teach them how to do it the right way and protect themselves.
- instead of looking down on premarital sex, try to understand why some do indulge in such act.
- remember, if someone wants to have premarital sex and/or no sex before marriage, nothing you say here will change that.

as for my children, i teach them about the dangers of having sex (whether before or after marriage) so that they fully understand the consequences of doing such act. but, if they wanna do it before marriage, so be it, and if they want to wait until marriage to have sex, so be it.
here is a simple clue: if your child wants to have sex before marriage, NOTHING you do or say will change that. so instead of trying to brainwash people online, why dont you people on how to protect themselves the right way if/when indulging in such act?!
