unclesoyo: The rave of the moment, Success might have just dropped another catchy phrase after she said to comedian Ushbebe: No be my nature to dey brag.
Success was captured in a video where she met with the ace comedian and the duo was engaged in a conversation.
Ushbebe had asked her why she mentioned in her viral video, that her teachers will flog her until they get tired and the little girl responded saying she was extremely pissed at them.x
Her reaction while responding to the comedian made him laugh and asked her to always calm down as it seems she brags a lot.
Then the little girl responded saying No be my nature to dey brag, meaning, it is not in her nature to brag.
Little success is already destined for success everyone associated with her is already getting blessed by her good fortune including the lady who posted her video on the internet miss idolor. A popular pastor in warri who owns mercy Land church has just given miss idolor #2m with a brand new SUV car after she complained of not been rewarded by the public for making little success video go viral.
yepapa0005: The Senator representing Akwa Ibom north-west, Godswill Akpabio, has revealed that some clergymen in Akwa Ibom State called him a herdsman after he defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Akpabio dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in August 2018, to join the ruling party.
In an article titled ‘The Lies and Liars of the Election’, the former Governor of the state revealed how the men of God turned against him following the decision.
“I am happy that God is not like some of His priests.
“Ever since I decamped to APC, they have been praying against me and they have joined in peddling the lies about me. Very well known Church prelates and Bishops that dined with me for 8 years while I was governor, despite my benevolence to them and their families joined the fray calling me killer herdsman for joining APC.
“But some of these men of God were in this same Country in 2012 when the farmers/herdsmen clashes claimed the lives of over 1000 people in the Benue/Plateau/Mambilla axis. At that time, a Christian was the President but was not accused of being a killer of Christians. The farmers/herdsmen clashes predate Nigeria’s Independence.
“The clashes have occurred under various leadership. Yet the “men of God” have been unconscionable in accusing the current President of masterminding genocide against Christians because he is a Muslim. I am happy that God does not condemn a man based on one man’s testimony, but He sees the heart and judges our motives and intentions. Whether one is a Christian or Muslim, we all worship the same God WHO will at the appointed time judge us from our deeds in words and actions,” Akpabio wrote.
Akpabio should just shut the f.... K up every reasonable person knows quite well that buhari and the apc are to be blamed for allowing innocent christains farmers in the middle belt to be massacred mercilessly by the fulaniherdsmen. This massacres can't be tolerated in any country here in africa or elsewhere if the govt in power are not conspirators.
nairaobserver2: Nigerian popular online female officer, Uju shares beautiful pictures in police uniform as she get promotion to next level in commander OPG.
phranklean: The Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC, has faulted the President Muhammadu Buhari government’s position on the hijab saga.
The Government was quoted last week as saying that it would not interfere in the hijab imbroglio which has embroiled the South West.
In a press statement issued to DAILY POST on Tuesday by MURIC and signed by Professor Ishaq Akintola, its Director, the group said, “The Federal Government cannot afford to close its eyes to this serious human rights abuse within its domain.
The whole country is FG’s constituency. Isn’t FG concerned that the girl child is being chased out of school on account of her religion?
“Schoolgirls in hijab were locked out of the school gates in the University of Ibadan International School (UIS) and Federal University of Technology Staff School, Ogbomosho. The same has happened in Abeokuta and Lagos. Apart from this, the courts in the South West are saturated with hijab cases.
“The court cases underline the need for FG to direct the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation to invite all the commissioners for Justice in the affected states to discuss the issue. There are serious implications involved in this hijab imbroglio. It is more than just a simple denial of a head cover. Those who deprive female Muslim children of the right to use hijab are engaging in child abuse, stigmatization and profiling. By treating the Muslim girl-child with contempt and derision, they expose her to ridicule, assault the dignity of her human person and rob her of her self-confidence.
“In addition, they promote child depression and education-fatigue in the girl-child because their hostile and illegal action is capable of discouraging the Muslim girl-child from attending school. This is paradoxical because various state governments have criminalized failure to attend school by any child of school age. Failure to indicate interest in the hijab affair in the South West will defeat FG’s campaign for girl-child education.
“It is equally important to add that FG’s lack of interest is already breeding impunity in illegality as other federal agencies have made it their cardinal duty to persecute Muslim women who wear hijab. The excesses manifest in the immigration department where Muslim women in hijab are forced to remove it before ‘capturing’ takes place for processing international passports.
The same is currently happening in the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) where women in hijab are subjected to this humiliating demand before ‘capturing’ for driving licences. The involvement of federal agencies in the victimization of Muslim women makes it more imperative for FG to show interest. It proves that the problem is not limited to the South West. It has a national spread.
“It requires strategic thinking. FG must rise to the occasion before it is too late. The Muslims are complaining now without being violent. We are still fortunate that MURIC, which is spearheading the matter is a non-violent human rights group which employs civilized methods to make its demands. We must not wait until extremist elements hijack the struggle. We remind FG that justice is the soul of peace. Those who deny one cannot enjoy the other.
“We, therefore, advise FG to issue a circular criminalizing the harassment of women in hijab in any government office in Nigeria. Furthermore, FG must educate these government functionaries on the illegality of disallowing hijab-wearing women from performing their civic responsibilities. Government must also go further by ensuring that any civil servant who is caught doing so after the enlightenment is duly punished.
The Nigerian constitution is rich in guidelines but compliance, implementation and enforcement are the problems. Refusal to allow a woman in hijab to perform a civic duty is a breach of Section 42 of the1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which stipulates that:
(1) A citizen of Nigeria of a particular community, ethnic group, place of origin, sex, RELIGION or political opinion shall not, by reason only that he is such a person:-
(a) be subjected either expressly by, or in the practical application of, any law in force in Nigeria or any executive or administrative action of the government (or its agencies-addition ours), to disabilities or RESTRICTIONS to which citizens of Nigeria, of other communities, ethnic groups, places of origin, sex, religion or political opinions are not made subject.
stephenduru: A man identified as Aminu took to Facebook to mourn his younger brother who was killed by Boko Haram. He earlier survived four deadly attack by the insurgents.Below is what he wrote.....
'I remember like yesterday when you were born in 1992. I with our father buried your placenta. I dug the ground, placed it in the hole and covered the hole while Baba watched. Growing up, all you wanted so passionately to do was serve Nigeria as a soldier. All efforts to discourage you failed. After trying thrice and failing, we thought you would give up especially since you were already earning money in Minna. But again, you tried the 4th time and succeeded. You finally got what you had always wanted from childhood. Your first major posting was to go face Boko Haram. Many felt you should leave but, you would always say "its a job I took for Nigeria". Four times you escaped deadly attacks with many of your colleagues killed in some cases. All the times, you would ask us to keep praying for you rather than asking you to leave because you won't. Again, this Monday evening, your team of FIFTEEN men came under attack. The vehicle you were travelling in was bombed by Boko Haram. All your colleagues we were told died except you. While most were beyond recognition, you survived with shattered legs. We found a way to thank God that at least, you survived. We didn't know your survival was going to be brief. We were to be told later again that you couldn't carry on. The Nigeria you were passionate to serve, you died for her. How could I have imagined that you would go before me when I buried your placenta 27 years ago. Thank you for your passionate service to Nigeria. Rest in peace my brother. Akeem my brother, its painful to bid you farewell. But, who are we when God has taken a decision. May Allah in His infinite kindness turn all your suffering in the Army which you severally narrated as restitution for all your sins. May He grant you His Rahama and forgive all your shortcomings''
Bokoharam is a political tool of the north they know exactly what they are doing they can put an end to it if they truly want to but some northern leaders are using it to play politics and also to enrich themselves.
uche87: The last is yet to be heard about the controversy between Charly Boy and Deji Adeyanju over a suspected slush fund allegedly given to the former by Festus Keyamo.
The money which runs into millions of naira was paid secure the political support of the 67-year-old Charly Boy for President Muhammadu Buhari while Deji Adeyanju languished behind bars for over 70 days.
Charly Boy in his latest interview with Roots TV Nigeria has questioned the motivations of Deji Adeyanju and his foray into activism.
He revealed in another interview that he will make fresh revelations about the controversy which is capable of shaking Nigeria.
Here are 6 key things Charly Boy said about Deji Adeyanju during Roots TV interview:
(1) Deji Adeyanju is a PDP poster boy.
(2) Deji is passionate about activism but he is looking for publicity and quick fame.
(3) Deji prayed to be arrested but he didn't know his detainment would last that long.
(4) Deji wanted to boost his reputation with the arrest like Nnamdi Kanu.
(5) Deji lacks an understanding of what activism is all about.
(6) Charly Boy claimed he was already working on reforming the OurMumuDonDo movement and probably doing away with Deji and his men as they didn't have serious streams of income.
olujastro: It should be easy to understand voting patterns across the country but it seems intelligence is a rare commodity, especially on Nairaland.
Firstly, no northerner alive can defeat Buhari in the north. That has always been a known fact (one not obvious to PDP because it's full of dumb people).
Secondly, majority of Nigerians are politically informed so they vote for the candidates, and not the party (except the politically blind people who prefer to reelect a failed PDP governor because APC is a "satanic" party to them).
In summary, the people of Sokoto, Kano, Bauchi, etc. chose Integrity over Kleptocracy in the presidential election; and voted differently according to the credibility and performance of their various state governors. Shikena
Modified: Let me take the chance to tell you what the very predictably dumb PDP will do in 2023. They will pick another northern presidential candidate thinking northerners vote for fellow northerners, while APC will likely pick the most credible candidate it has from the South (West). Again Nigerians will vote for credibility and performance and APC will win.
The true definition of the word integrity has been turned on its head by apc members how can any sensible human being still believe that the likes of buhari, ganduje , tinibu etc have any integrity still beats my imagination? It's now I really understand why the apc is deeply hated by reasonable people in Nigeria.
farem: Things are happening in Nigeria. Our women are actually toughened and I respect their attribute of multitasking. Please what do you think of this picture and where do you think the supposed husband and father is now?
Drinking Ogogoro somewhere or equally working?
This is surely going to be an uhrobo woman in delta State they are extremely hardworking u can find some of them in building sites mixing and carrying concrete in groups while their very lazy husbands idle away in ogogoro joints.
Regina Daniels is among those actors who started acting at a very young age. She started acting at the age of seven.
For some years now, there have been side talks about her controversial age which is 16. Many claimed she has been on that age for long.
As young as she might be, she has acquired some properties multi-million properties recently which has also raised eyebrows as to how she amassed such wealth.
She first of all started with buying herself a Mercedes Benz ML350 SUV; she got a mansion for her mom and few hours ago, she got a Mercedes Benz C300 for herself again.
This time around, she is spotted sitting pretty in a Rolls Royce Wraith. We don’t actually know who the owner is. Can you guess?
Nice pics let her enjoy herself very well haters should go and die do they even know what she would have worth by now if she were to be a Hollywood actress?
fergie001: Garba Shehu, spokesman of President Muhammadu Buhari, says the president will neither interfere with the supplementary polls in five states nor ask the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to change results in favour of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a statement on Sunday, Shehu said some APC leaders expected Buhari to abuse his office by usurping the powers of INEC to turn the tables in their favour.
He said INEC is fully in charge of electoral matters in the country, advising party leaders in the affected states to work hard to earn the votes of the people.
Shehu said unlike the past when presidents influence outcome of elections, Buhari would not deviate from upholding the constitution.
He said some members of the ruling party are unhappy with Buhari over the stance but the president would do only what is acceptable by the law.
“The presidency also rejects unfair and ridiculous criticisms of President Muhammadu Buhari’s apparent disinterest in the upcoming elections in some states by party members who wrongfully assume that the President will abuse his power by changing results to favour them” he said.
“Past presidents of Nigeria were known to interfere in inconclusive elections, and that is why party members appear to be upset that the same thing is not happening now.
“President Buhari is a different kind of leader. He swore to defend the Constitution and he will not veer off from that.
“The Constitution of Nigeria gives the president no such powers. It is unfair and ridiculous to criticise President Buhari for not going against the Constitution.
“Party members in states where there will be supplementary elections then need to be reminded that they need to work hard to earn their people’s votes, rather than expect President Buhari to manipulate INEC in their favour.”
He said while APC members were expecting Buhari to interfere, the opposition too had concluded that the president would use INEC to assist his party to victory.
Shehu said Buhari would not play to the wishes of anyone in the supplementary elections, insisting that the APC must work hard to earn votes.
“Interestingly, while members of the ruling APC party were criticising the president for not interfering on their behalf, members of the opposition were condemning the president based on their assumptions that he would definitely interfere, as many in the opposition did while in power,” he said.
“Under President Buhari, INEC had been and will be completely independent throughout the elections, free from any interference.
“President Buhari is a man of conviction, and the manipulation of election results goes against everything he stands for. INEC is completely in charge.”
Andrewkinggg: It baffles me how people would believe a comported news that a whole saraki a two term governor, a senate president will send criminals to go rob a bank? How can you believe that?
That's how far hatred have driven the apc supporters but in their hearts they know saraki it's very innocent.
nwaanambra1: Yusuf Buhari - May Heavens Grant Him Total Healing.
I saw Yusuf Buhari's NYSC discharge pic and he was looking so haggard and clearly still suffers a lot of pains.
he use to be a very cheerful and nice looking guy.
you see him you instantly know he is the kind of guy that wants to make everybody around him happy. its very clear he inherited his mothers kind heart.
but look at him now - look into his eyes and tight lips and you will see he still suffers so much pains from the bike accident.
in as much as i don't like his father largely due to his meanness and nonchalant attitude to other peoples pains , i still believe yusuf doesn't deserve what happened to him. sins of the father shouldn't be visited on the offspring.
besides, its not yusuf's fault that his parents are very rich therefore he has every right to enjoy his father's wealth. if he chooses to buy a private jet, so long as he can source the fund for it, he should buy it and it should take him to wherever he desire with it safely!
I wish Nigerian youths should just STOP bashing him but rather say some prayers for the poor innocent boy he has really suffered enough.
We as Nigerians are generally known for our kind heart. please find it in you to say a little decent and healing pray for this innocent boy.
May healing find him. may heavens grant him total healing. Amen.
Karma doesn't know all these, all those innocent kids that have been wasted by the fulaniherdsmen all over the middle belt did they not also deserves to live? The bitter truth is that more worse tragedies are coming for buhari and his descendants prayers can't save them. The holy bible says that the wicked will never go unpunished either in this life or in the one to come there's nothing anyone can do about that.
EngrHumble: Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) has described the 2019 general elections as an ‘expensive joke’. Falana, who was a guest on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily, urged Nigerians to organize themselves by going back to the drawing board if the country stands a chance at having credible elections. “This country spent over N250 billion from public purse on this useless enterprise apart from what each of the governors and political party spent, which is more than 250 billion. If we want to get out of the crisis of monumental dimension, we need to go back to the drawing table, beyond the two major political parties. Nigerians must organize because this expensive joke cannot continue.” On the issue of reported violence across the country, Falana believes that no matter the amount of preaching, electoral violence cannot end, except there is an effort by the human rights community and the electoral offences tribunal to follow through the cases after elections. “We have close to 40 million illiterate adults, the majority of them are roaming the street. In such an environment, you could preach till the second coming of Christ, but that will not stop people from getting involved in electoral offences and other acts of criminality.
All those who have been caught disrupting our elections are agents of politicians. The police and security agencies have arrested in the last 6 months, over 2000 electoral offenders, what do we do with them, once the elections are over, our attention will shift elsewhere.
An electoral offences tribunal are to take over these cases like the EFCC or ICPC and investigate them thoroughly and charge those who have been indicted, but the suggestion was rejected. From the human rights community, we are trying to partner with the police and the INEC to ensure that we can assemble young lawyers to take on the prosecution of the cases of behalf of INEC.
Otherwise, everyone will go back to business as usual as soon as possible.” Falana also suggested that the option of ‘E- Voting’ would be problematic, citing examples of its use during the elections of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN, and the Nigeria Bar Association NBA.
Just drastically reduce all the bogus allowances and salaries these elected politicians are currently collecting the killings and rigging during elections will surely reduce.
Mrakeli: The governorship candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) Uche Nwosu has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withhold the declaration of the winner of the election until the constitutionally outlined provisions are fulfilled.
Nwosu, who addressed journalists via a telephone chat, noted the leading candidate, Emeka Ihedioha, to be declared a winner must have met the mandatory 25 percent votes in at least two-third in the number of Local Government Areas where the election held.
According to him: “The constitution is clear that for a candidate to be declared a winner he must have the mandatory 25 per cent spread in at least two-thirds of the number of local government areas in the state.
“In this instance, the candidate of DP did not meet this requirement as he scored the mandatory spread in only 12 whereas it should be 18.” Nwosu also alleged widespread irregularity in the three local government areas of Aboh Mbaise, Ahiazu and Ezinihitte.
He wondered why the three local government areas could return such huge numbers in an election marred by voter apathy.
The AA candidate said: “This result is totally unacceptable and I am calling on INEC to declare the election inconclusive and arrange a fresh election within seven days as stipulated by the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
He also frowned at the conduct of INEC officials, who he alleged colluded with the PDP candidate to inflate the figures in the three contentious local government areas.
He is surely going to loose again if inec conducts a rerun the margin is going to be even more wider this time. Imo indigens has since waved bye bye to okorochas familitrocracy kind of governance in imo state.
franchasng: Rochas is an illiterate mad man!! He doesn't even know how to rig just like criminal Rotimi Amaechi is doing in Rivers State!
How can Ideato South have 70,000 voters when the total registered voters in that LGA is not even up to 20,000 voters and the Imo State INEC collation officer who collected huge bribe from Governor Rochas Iberiberism accepted the nonsense, what kind of nonsense is that
APC has destroyed Nigeria!
Rotimi Amaechi, Rochas Okorocha, Barowo Ganduje, etc are all products of APC the party of witches and wizards
This is what Buhari have turned Nigerian into under 3 years, just 3 years oh and everybody is crying, herdsmen are crying, farmers are crying, students are crying, politicians are crying, market women are crying, everybody is crying, just 3 years oh
I will keep blaming Buhari because he is the CinC and he refused all forms of electoral reform act passed by NASS last year, if not all these nonsense would have reduced to a barest minimum, Buhari is anti people, anti development, anti progress, anti prosperity, anti fairness, anti equity, he is a bad omen
It's a pity nothing good really comes from the north the better south is doomed with them as one country.
CollinsWeGlobe: Reports sighted by Mandy News that Bala Haruna, the Bauchi man who fulfilled his vow to spend ten minutes inside a gutter and drink the gutter water should Buhari win the presidential election has reportedly died.
According to multiple reports flying around social media, Bala was rushed to the hospital after complaining about severe abdominal pains and severe stooling of blood for two days.
Bala, after series of tests conducted, was diagnosed with Gastrointestinal bleeding including hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia which was contacted from the gutter water he drank which was contaminated.
He spent several days in the hospital before he gave up the ghost early Tuesday morning.
Amatarasha: Just yesterday hausas and yorubas are jubilating t Buhari will wipe igbos and minority christians from nigeria when he resumes office ,they claimed that is the documented plan by buhari somewhere in the north ,that it has started in oshodi and will be spread to all parts of west and north ,Am so scared!
Please God dont allow your people to be annihilated like this ,What is our offense if i may ask? Fulanis has been killing and everyone loves them ,My people are just there doing business _Maybe business in another persons land is a terrorism, God if you choose to wipe us out so be it. Note: MOD PLEASE DONT DELETE MY TOPIC ,I KNOW WHAT AM SAYING
Fear not if the hausa/fulanis, the yorubas, the whole minorities in the entire north and south combined with the russians, british and the arab world couldn't wipe out the entire igbo race during the 3 yrs biafran war when the world was not even yet that civilized is it now in this 21st century that only the fulanis and some greedy envious yoruba people are going to achieve that feat? Their evil plans have surely failed before it was even conceived I don't see how the british and the americans including the oppressed minorities in the middle belt and the niger delta are going to be backing them this time around to carry out another genocide on the exposed igbos it's impossible.
EzegeNG: Here is a footage made available to us, concerning the way an APC lawmaker, Hon. Farouk Adamu claimed the Oil in Bayelsa and Delta State belongs Jigawa State.
He equally threatened to use everything in their power even their blood to protect the Oil in Bayelsa and Delta State.
In a video going viral on social media, the lawmaker was heard saying;
"The oil in Bayelsa belongs to Jigawa .The oil in Delta belongs to Jigawa.
And we shall do everything in our power even our blood to make sure that we get uninterrupted supply of the oil in Bayelsa and Delta".
Mumu northern leaders they don't even have any clues that this same free oil money they are currently stealing and enjoying and also willing to die for will become irrelevant in few years from now. I really wonder which plans they are putting in place now to feed their massive illiterate population by then am sure that the populace will surely be revolting against these leaders by then when they no longer have access to free oil money.
Nigerdeltaent: In spite of the chronic power shortages in Akwa Ibom state, the $1.6bn QIPP power plant being built in Ibeno, Akwa Ibom is going be to supplying power exclusively to Kano.
The Kano State Governor, Ganduje has signed an agreement with the managing director of the transmission company of Nigeria that ensures that all of the power put on-grid by the power plant will be delivered equivalently to Kano.
Governor Udom Emmanuel has not commented on why Akwa Ibom state will not be receiving any of the power generated, in spite of announcing the initiative at the South South regional workshop and stakeholders forum on the ease of doing business in Nigeria held, in Uyo.
Akwa Ibom citizens are perturbed at the development, at a recent forum of engineers held in Abak, the discussion was heated, with many engineers insisting that the state government ensure that at least 100mw of the power generated be reserved for use by Akwa Ibomites.
The state government has not made any moves to fulfil the requests by the citizens and has not offered any comments so far on the matter.
What type of greed is this? A time will surely come when that power plant will be blown up by the host communities. This buhari administration is too filled with arrogance and hatred for the people ss and se.
The igbo votes will definitely be higher if you consider that majority of the people who voted for atiku in the south west and the north are actually igbos residing in those areas.
