Its an idiotic idea, how do you expect a state to produce power  and send to the national grid, others that have not bothered to make any investment in this area will free ride on them. How will they be compensated. Where will they get all this power from? Until we address the upside down structure of our power sector and address pricing we are just joking. we will not get ANY private investment until the electricity reform programme is implemented. Obviously poster doesnt drink. Let me put it this way, its like madness u wont know how it is until u get involved. Moderation is key and too much also messes up your libido- gives the desire but takes away the ability if u know wat i mean.But on the whole shak is good.
