Lagos to Texas is about 12 hours or more and I spent 36 hours on the road.

I left Lagos on the 2nd of September and got into Abuja on the 4th by 12midnight.

Rule of thumb when you are traveling by air try and identify one or two people going same route and keep an eye on them. Even if you don't hear they will always alert you.

The last time I traveled by air, I missed my flight because of that useless " intention please" that that yeye woman will be saying.
I was at the airport 1 hour before boarding.
I was sitting at their departure but I didn't hear when they announced my flight
After like 4 hours, I was complaining that they had delayed the flight only for a concerned passenger to tell they had called the flight..I went to that useless Air peace stand to confirm and lo and behold it was true..I almost died.
I had to pay a " no show" fine.
All my appeals fell on deaf ears and I had to join another air peace flight.
Getting to Lagos, see my luggages that were already on board the flight I missed scattered on the ground, because I wasn't there to claim it.
Thank God nothing was missing..it was a terrible day for me that day honestly.
Air peace no dey try at all and besides isn't it high time they taught that lady that announces flight how to pronounce words properly ?

the reason people are using air transport these days is because of bad roads and insecurity.
The last time I traveled by road, I spent 2 whole days on the road just because a part of the road at obajana caved in. It was dreadful.
A lot of commercial and private vehicles were on the longest traffic hold I ever witnessed..it's God that caused the kidnappers usually on that road to either be sleeping or on vacation that day. If not ehhhh!!!! I was still on the road, while my friend that he and I left Lagos together had reached the US while I still dey road.
Na him come dey call and text me severally because he was afraid for me.
I love road trip, but person go save 90k, then pay 9 million as ransom.
The flight sef is not safe.

The scandal broke out shortly after then Speaker of House of Representatives, Salisu Buhari had perjured by submitting a fake certificate from University of Toronto in Canada and was forced to step down. You’re still complaining of armed robbery, banditry, kidnapping, cultism. All these are child’s play in comparison to what will engulf & kill of all you should these brainless bastards in government tamper with the subsidy.
