It's the one they prepare in Lagos they use potash. In my village, they use akparata to make abacha sauce and it tastes better and purer than this Lagos potash version that will almost be tasting like soap.

Very good..I will read up a bit about it.

I was told that gotten from palm tree flower is best for the abacha, nkwobi etc...Rather than potash..Potash is too tough for one to consume sef...It can even aid abortion, purge etc...Very risky.
