For crying out loud, a 14 year old would ordinarily be an SS1 student in a secondary school. Even a 10 year old girl that is indecently touched will say "uncle leave me alone" and might start crying. The girl in this case is old enough to know how to rebuff undesired sexual abuse. That she allowed the actor to handle her for 30 minutes without calling for help says a lot about the evil set up. It is not impossible that the girl actually prompted the act and of course, that part would be edited out of the CCTV video before the Police view it.

The man ignored the calls and Princess had to send a message that she wanted to give babaijesha a role in a movie.
That was how the man accepted the invitation not knowing he was walking into a well scripted trap. Everyone knows that child sexual harassment is bad but we should not ignore the fact that Princess and babaijesha were in a relationship 7 years ago. If the 14 year old girl had not be instructed to play along, she would not just keep calm and quiet and allow a man to lick her her fingers and caress her body. There's more to this case than we know!

All her cries was just to distract people from thinking rationally and objectively. She wanted people to think emotionally.
There are a lot of loopholes in the story.
Princess got married in mid 2013 and the marriage broke down.
Between 2013 and 2014, a 'relationship' developed between Princess and the actor. Princess said she assisted the actor financially on many occasions. It was during their friendship that the actor allegedly molested a 7 year old girl.
Babaijesha got married in 2014 (7 years ago) and cut contacts with Princess.
Suddenly in 2021, Princess decided to punish the actor for reasons best known to her by inviting the man to her house. She even told a lie to convince the actor to come to her house.
She set up a 14 year old girl to trap babaijesha. A 14 year old girl is not a baby. A 14 year old girl would refuse or at least try to struggle her way out of undesired sexual advances. She would even shout for help.
A 14 year old girl would not follow the actor to the kitchen like a dummy to be sexually abused UNLESS she had been instructed to initiate the game and play along.
The stage was well set and monitored by Princess on her mobile phone. Everything went according to plan. The police arrived immediately to arrest the actor. Mission accomplished.
Babaijesha would definitely need a good lawyer to defend him.
If the general public cannot view the video of the molestation and confession, his lawyer cannot be denied access to the video.

The more pertinent questions to ask is the relationship between the woman and babaijesha. Is the actor sharing an apartment with the woman or are they neighbors in the same building. How come babaijesha has access to the young girl since the age of 7 to 14? Why is the woman always comfortable leaving the young female child alone with the actor? Where is the young girl's father? We need to know if the woman hires the actor to look after the young girl. Does the woman has other children? So many questions begging for answers!

The bridge does not need to be pulled down. Seriously speaking, the bridge is inadequate for the kind and volume of traffic that passes it every day.
Another bridge could be constructed near it. The construction would only be costly and the Berger bus terminal could be relocated so as to use it's space.
Any amount of money spent on building another bridge would be really worth it!
