Babajide of TVC will not like this idea. That man is paid to destroy Nigerians businesses.
I quite agree with you. That rotund man that speaks English like a Bush man is definitely a sadist.
He is on fat salary and he is advocating for a draconian lockdown in Lagos knowing fully well that 90% of Lagosians are in the informal sector of the economy.
When I started disliking him was when he said Electricity is cheap in Nigeria. He pretended not to know that people spend almost half of their earnings to run generators for businesses and at home.
There is no doubt that he is being paid or expects to be compensated for some of the things he says on TVC.

Seeing that malaria is common in Nigeria/Africa, all malaria patients would pass for covid 19 patients. Meaning that many of the reported cases are actually malaria cases.
You are quite right!

"The economy my foot"---- you said.
You seem NOT to be aware of how hard life is for many Nigerians. Which govt will revive your personal economy when it goes under? Which govt will pay your bills, cater for your loved ones and put food on your table? Which govt? Yet you said govt will revive the economy? The economy that matters most when the chips are down is your own personal economy.
The Lockdown is NOT a solution, it is taking away people's livelihood, ruining lives and making other equally important & serious health challenges to be ignored. Isn't it clear with what we have seen after the last one, that lockdown is NOT a solution for our own situation.

[
You also talk about the economy! Awww what a kind way to show how much you love the economy, ECONOMY MY FOOT! T
The economy u love so much is being manhandled by the ruling elits who plunder and loot from the proceeds of the economy, while the poor man on the street is left to die!

My parting words to you seun DO NOT WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT THE ECONOMY BECAUSE WHE THE ECONOMY GOES DOWN , GOVERNMENTEven theKNOWS HOW TO REVIVE THE ECONOMY
Even the Governor himself keeps saying that Coronavirus infection is not a death sentence. The chances of survival is so much higher than death. The problem here in Nigeria is that every illness and every death is now tied to the Virus. If there was no Coronavirus, people will still get sick and people will die of one ailment or another!

huptin:
How has Mrs gates been proven right? Number of deaths is 150 out of 200 million people compare that with over 60k deaths in her own country!
The actual numbers of deaths caused by Coronavirus in Nigeria is not up to 150. A lot of those deaths are due to other ailments in addition to old age. This is why NCDC don't give details about those deaths!
I want to add that if Kogi state is left alone and nothing like mass deaths or serious illnesses happen in the state, then the SCAM of NCDC will be exposed for everyone to see and that is why they want to roll out Fake positive tests figures for Kogi state by all means to cover up their nefarious activities!

This govt is the definition of insanity. What has the previous lockdown achieved? What will the new one do? This governor just proved any idiot could be in position. He is so clueless and lacks initiative, and he exhibits some aggressive traits.
The Governor is under tremendous pressure from people benefiting from the Coronavirus thing!

These ones are the reason for the need to lockdown. Boarded a bus in the Ajah axis. They have zero compliance for the two a seat. I've got a car and can drive around but I wanted to see the level of compliance. For an extra 50naira these ones are ready to compromise the entire health of the state. They are the reason I support the lockdown until they get sense
And are you going to feed them until they get sense?

What will it achieve?
Fantastic question. The Lockdown will not achieve anything at all. If he lockdown now and ease or reopen later, he will see exactly the same thing he is seeing now. So how many times is the Governor going to lockdown Lagos.
I believe the Governor is under serious pressure to close down Lagos and it is not because of Coronavirus. (I am not saying Coronavirus does not exist in Nigeria)
I advise him to ask God to grant him the wisdom of Solomon in this delicate matter. If the Governor is not part of the SCAM at NCDC, he should be able to discern what is actually going on!

The only way you can know if your state is covid 19 free is by testing people but you choose to ignore it believing that the virus doesn't exist. I prayed what happen in kano doesn't affect cross river and kogi state because of nonchalant attitude of their governor.

Because Yaya Bello refused to join d league of audio covid-19 team. God will expose NCDC DG,Health Ministers and the Governors Forum who are using Covid-19 to milk Nigeria.

There are less than 30 real positive Covid-19 cases in Nigeria.
I repeat ...less than 30 real positive cases and most of them have died after returning to d country.
Nigerians are d most easily deceived people in d whole world.

The scam

Nobody question who many people NCDC test daily to arrive at their figures.
Where they are tested , their physical presence in each state.
Pictures and taking videos are banned in isolation centers.
Names of recovered patients are forbidden to be published or mentioned.
The treatment drugs are forbidden to be known by d public.
Most of the kits and reagents used by NCDC are rejected by some African countries as being false positive. Yet,they continue using them.
The presidency is weak @ d moment, so the other gangs(governors forum) are milking d country.
Even the NCDC officials have refused to be tested by their kits cos they know it will come out positive.
Who is deceiving who?
Thank you. I stand with you 100% on this post!
