debokaz: Not all sites are deemed OK for visit.

Lets tread with caution.Jazakumllahu Khairan.
was gonna write that too! That's VERY important. I'm gonna take my time soon to 'review' the sites listed here. Even OnIslam I posted here, iKnow of some controversies surrounding its founder.
One -ish that does occur is the use of 'personal opinion' as an Islamic position by some of these people. All the same, we were told to seek for knowledge even if it's as far as PRC, hence it beckons on us to make proper research via the Qu'ran and the Sunnah. I'll open a topic soon on how Pakistanis are constantly seeking fatwas + blasphemy law.

eduson33: @mustay,what are you insinuating?. . .l
Can you see? Yo still doin' the same thing. The fact that a "Ibraheem" fornicates or drinks doesn't mean it's Islamic. Well, like it's always been said - religion and ignorance is a terrible mix.
IslamRe: A Directory Of Islamic Websites by Mustay(m): 10:22am On Aug 05, 2012
@eduson33 Islam is a religion. Muslims are those who supoosedly claim to follow the religion. In this part of the world, we are always trying to equate both - taking actions of a muslim as 'Islamic'. Even though that's supposed to be the case, it necessarily isn't.

I wouldn't mind the moderator hiding all derailing posts (including mine) for except one has been on NL for a long while, it would be difficult to understand why it reads - for muslims only.

Proessay: gud day sir,pls hw do iconnect my htc glide to browse on pc,is dere any setting or step by step guide ican follow, really need help hav tried bt head way
What's "HTC Glide"? There's nothing like that or do you mean slide?

Under the settings, the only thing you should do is just input your APN in the internet settings e.g. 'internet.ng.airtel.com' for Airtel, 'etisalat' for Etisalat etc depending on the network. Don't bother entering anything else, just the APN of the network, that's all.

https://www.nairaland.com/928597/pls-htc-s620-browsing-configuration#10743377

Usually, for the WM, it's a simple thing. Just connect the cable to the PC, on your phone go to "Internet Sharing" and press "Connect" - once the status shows "Connected" on your phone, you're good to go.

valarinz: pls how do i download android market to my htc touchpro 2, I use a test version and there is no pre-installed market on it. alternatively, would like to know how else to download apps to the pnone without d android market. Thanks

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.finsky&hl=en

You can download files without necessarily going to the market by searching the internet - there are lots of sites that offer this. Android files are with extension '.apk' so just browse online for sites or if there's an application you want, just type the name and 'apk' beside it to search for it. eg. type "Nimbuzz .apk" on your search bar and browse through the results.

You cannot download 'Airtel 1GB',you can however subscribe to the Airtel internet plans but the BIS would be better for your device -

HQ: PLEASE!! Take this off the internet before some American racist website picks this up shocked
Apparently, Nigerians are even more ethnocentric (permit me to use racist).

Someone translates an individual putting up a cap to be BH while another translates guys being in a mosque to another ridiculous stuff. Sometimes, I want to believe it's 'awaiting admission' pikins thatpost these comments.

The same OP would be disgusted if an American termed him a fraudster as a result of being a Nigerian. Shallow mindedness indeed!

teetee123: This creates a barrier between moslems and others. The cyberspace is free for all. Comments should be handled with maturity and wisdom. Ramadan Kareem
On NL, that maturity is rare. Religious intolerance is growing at a ridiculous rate even among the so-called literates. More often than not, guys deter the thread and turn it into a 'religious supremacy' battle and a debate thread.

Ah! How could I forget this beautiful site. .. . www.quran.com

That's a very detailed site about the Qu'ran where you can get the translation, transliteration, narration on each verse of the Glorious Qu'ran.

I'm a stand kitchen man. Don't care about the stereotypes or whatever anyone else thinks or adjudges cos na persin wey wear shoe sabi wetin dey pain am.

Sometimes, I could 'StumbleUpon' some stuffs and start buying but women are always the experts with pricing - one still asks them how much it would've cost them after/before buying.

Methinks a responsible man cares less about other's views about his family business especially when he's doing the right things.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Picture Of Young Men With Laptops: Yahoo-Yahoo? by Mustay(m): 7:56pm On Aug 04, 2012
These days, people create 'news' via 'Picture Caption' competition. Just reminds me of how they accused Obama of looking at a woman's behind when the original video of the incident proved otherwise.

@OP it seems you've taken a stand (conclusion) before your supposed inquisition.

PoliticsRe: Plan To Demolish Mosque In Onitsha: Muslims Protest by Mustay(m): 6:39pm On Jul 29, 2012
manny4life: if you do a survey, I'm sure the result WILL NEVER lie about how people view Islam. Be it as it may, like you said, religion is not compulsory, however, whoever decide to practice Islam, must do so within their own confine. I wouldn't want a religion of Hate, War and Violence spread like a plague around us.
You see. I can tell you that after the 9/11, alotta oyibos took interest in Islam and some did convert. You can visit BBC's 'Heart and Soul' page or do some googling yourself but it doesn't make a Tunde Bakare revert to his former religion neither does it make a Femi Abdl Lateef Fani-Kayode removing the 'Abdul Lateef' from his name.

'tis is the same way some foreigners term ALL NIGERIANS corrupt.
Brother, it seems you're in 'vexing mood activated' but whatever the case, I'd like to refer to one of my favorite quotes -
". . .there are only two types of people in this world - the good who do good deeds and the bad who do bad. That's all my son, there's no other difference".
CareerRe: 6 People You Need Around You To Help You Succeed by Mustay(m): 6:13pm On Jul 29, 2012
Success really is relative. Whilst 'successful' people get 'there' via different pathways, iBelieve we all got something to learn from people's experiences 'cos we certainly can't have the same storylines - "photocopy, ko easy" as 9ice did say.
PoliticsRe: Plan To Demolish Mosque In Onitsha: Muslims Protest by Mustay(m): 6:04pm On Jul 29, 2012
manny4life: Everyone is entitled to their opinion whether it's irrelevant or unimportant, that's a right we can't take away from you even if we wanted to, we won't. Nevertheless, it doesn't negate the fact Islam isn't a religion of peace BUT war and violence.
It also doesn't negate the fact that your opinion is right anyways.
Religion is not by compulsion. You just contradicted yourself in the post by trying to make statistics out of a personal conviction of yours.

nitrogen: @op, when you are 6 fts under the ground, thats when it is late to get a degree.
Obviously.

It's just a state of mind and perhaps, social phobia that limits us from doing certain things. At least, the last time I checked, the minimum age to enroll to a university in Nigeria was/is 16.
