@pukkah, sorry to say, but you're making unneceassy noise here. inteletual arrogance at best.
there are errors and there are errors. some simple typos; others, like the one by our lovable firstlady are. . .
Poster was just highlighting the fact that such humungous errors are not expected of someone of her standing. |

The weather could also be a factor that could explain why Februrary/March is comparatively low--wouldn't want to set the sheets on fire while frolicking during the May/June heat wave. |

I don't know about November being a result of the valentine phenomenon.
like Jarus said October seems to be populated with birthdays.
during the preparation of our yearbook, out of a class of 77 students, about 20 persons (about 25%) were born Ocotber. No other month had that kind of number. |

Politics › Re: The Mindset Of Average Tribalist On Nairaland. by muyoto: 9:43pm On Nov 15, 2011 |
Due to this egregious trend ethnocentrism that is ravaging this nugatory social network, i've found out that most of protagonist of despicable act of tribalism are not more a mere indolent , improvident and loquacious low lifers, unlike, what they portray themselves to be. The average tribalist here loves being garrulous and vindictive with the achievements of past generations without coming up with what they've achieved or intend to achieve personally. This nauseous act suppose to have gotten to the stage of where we'll ask ourselves whether we are retrogressing or progressing, otherwise, i wouldn't see why we'll keep swirling around the anachronistic achievements of the past generation. This notion of, " my tribesman achieved this or that" should transmogrify to, "i achieved this or that". Pls, i'm not trying to insinuate we should stop hallowing the past achievers, but, we should stop beind vindict with what the suffered for. engrishhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Politics › Re: 'Though We Are From Different States, Nigeria Still Remains Our Continent' by muyoto: 10:01pm On Nov 03, 2011 |
Ymodulus: and poster ther is actually nothing wrong with this statement. When she said nigeria remains a continent she is talking from a figurative perspective and not conotative or literal piont of view. First notice her use of climax from STATE =) CONTINENT. this is to show with much emphasis what shez trying to say. Take an example George Bush once made a speech after a racism case saying though you black, white, yellow or whatsoever color america as long as you stay in washington you live we all live in a continent. Would you say he was wrong? No i guess because you blive hez white and should know more. But the truth is he his not neither is patience jonathan. So poster free this lady jor. Now i see i shouldnt be angry when my statesman(Beaf) put you guys in your proper places. btwn your vacuous attempt to justify the unjustifiable, and the original blunder made by our amiable first lady, its really a challenge to decide which is more laughable. She goofed. no biggie. life goes on. . . |

prospective employees are always known to embellish their credentials to bolster their chances of clinching the job, so nothing new here.
However, I do think there's a line bwtn embellishment and outright deceit, which i believe you've crossed.
not that I'm wishing you bad luck, but if your employer happens to be financial institution they may ask for it |
