Yes. IREV is not even mentioned anywhere in the electoral act. IREV is just a result viewing portal and not a collation center. Even results given to police officers on duty and party agents can be used to collate result and declare a winner.

Peter Obi's agents were given the result of all the polling units in the country. All he has to do is collate his own result based on the copies given to his agent and take it to court as evidence instead of looking for IREV result.

If we are to apply the David Lyon Supreme Court judgement, Atiku Abubakar should be disqualified because Sadiq Abubakar is not the same person as Atiku Abubakar. APC should also present this argument to the Supreme Court since we are now dealing with a rabid and common sense bereft opposition elements.
