All I can read from that letter is a certain set of Ibibio men in APC being paid by the PDP led state government to write rubbish against Senator Akpabio.

I am not doubting what you said though but I am trying to point you to the the fact that his argument in his thesis may be different and that even using a different composite and/or composite with the so call asbestos you mentioned could make it innovative. But I repeat, you needed to read his Thesis first at least chapter 2 before you can make such a statement that you made. or What do I know self?

Read carefully and ask questions before you make comment. Let me tell you that Akpabio has a very good case as the INEC REC out of "certain inducement" had to reverify the election result of the only 2 LGAs in that senatorial district at Uyo even when results had already been announced by at the LGAs and then announced his own result.
Truth is the election needs to be cancelled. The constituents want GOA while PDP from Uyo and Eket senatorial districts are bent on doing anything to influence that result.
