yes Hispanics are awesome. i love the way the Mexicans talk. it sound so funny but yet refreshing. I now have a funny Mexican boy in my class. he always cracks me up. On the first day of class, while introducing himself, he stood in front of the whole class and said quote" I'm Legal, i have my green Card". The whole class was rolling.

that right there was funny.

my bank suntrust charged me $35 because i had bought some shoes like 2 months ago that had backordered so i had to wait. i had a store credit with the company so my balance was .99. so just recently they sent me shoes and took their their .99 from my account directly. i guess because i was already at negative, the stupid bank decided to take their crapy fee of $35 leaving me more at negative. i was pissed just because of .99.

i don't call it a taken over. They are just expanding their boundaries. I have live in places where there were no Spanish people(hagerstown) and now i live in north Carolina and there are many. I love the Latinos. I also love mexican food.

oh i love them two. i've lived with hispanic neighbors my entire life. there was this panamian lady we called aunty doris, she was so nice but she had a carribean accents.

well i know in the county in MD where i live, you better start getting familiar with spanish cuz they taking over in everyones neighborhood.

Hey, friends does anyone know bout universities in u.s or canada? I want to apply but i'm looking for any that their tution fee isnt more than $5000 and if its a good one. Some will offer you job, if i can get this too, i'd be glad. I need their website

the best you can do with $5000 is going to a community college (2years) and when you are done, you transfer to a 4-year university, which of course will cost more than the community college.

Just because a country translate directions/instructions into other languages for people who speak that language to understand doesn't mean that is Bilingual.

no one ever said that it was bilingual. we are just saying that they(america) still manage to translate signs for other people.


People are saying that Spanish is going to take over English pretty soon in the states. i don't see that happening at all.

i think it is. they are growing faster than ever.

i heard that their food is nasty. i watched that episode of college hill and they where complaining about the food but that was only days later cuz they first day they came, they loved the food, so maybe it was the resturant.

so what is the big fuss about african immigrnats getting more degrees than african americans?

immigrants period get more degrees than americans.

i don't get your point exactly because its kinda wishy washy. but from what i think i am getting is that you are trying to say that in absolute numbers, african americans have more degrees that african immigrants. but in comparison, i think we are more in having a degree.

Oh sorry Somalia. There are some many Somalian refugees in some states that English, Spanish and the Somalian language is accepted and translated if needs be.

oh i didn't know that (but obviously certain regions in the us have different nationalities who reside their) but i know here in MD/Dc a lot of stores/signs are translated in english, spanish and amharic (ethiopian language).

i didn't know what to think until you posted this. they might be conservative a little things that mean nothing but everything else, they seem pretty liberal.

O.K I was right. So there is no need to be bilingual since they accept most languages. Even Samolian language is now being widely accepted.

samolian as in someone from samoa or somalia(my eyes playing trincks on me, looking at this computer all day) cuz i never knew that.

technically, america doesn't have a national language.

i don't know much about the porn thing, but i know in Maryland, you can't but liquor/ alchohol i think sundays because you go to work on monday and you can't buy it before 6am and after midnight (i think) on other days.

why even compare the two because out the 2 only one made really made it(bow wow) and the other one (romeo) landed on a show on Nickelodeon and just gets rich because of his dad.

they should because it would benefit a lot a people but sometimes i feel left out when i see some stores and signs in spanish. you'll think they would translate for the non-spanish speaking folks.
