im not sure abt international drivers license, they may and may not let u use it or u might have to get a US license.

as for car insurance, its mandatory. there are different companies that u can call up and get a approx rate and from there choose the insurance plan that best suits your need and that is affordable.

and as for the latter part of your post, me, yea i would do that, like if i meet someone from a certain place, i might say "oh i know a friend from there" then thats it. end convo. sometimes they might ask "oh what part is your friend from and whats his/her name" then we go deeper into discuss but i would never assume that they know each other bcuz they come from the same place or have the same ethicity.

haha lol, thats quite common. i went to this american gathering some time ago and this my mom and this lady where talking and the lady (who's originally from california) goes "I have a friend name (insert name) she's also nigerian, let me call here (in california)" then she gives my mom the phone so that she can converse with her and "exchange #s". my mom is not going to call some random lady in another state bcuz she's nigerian lol. i just thought that was funny and unusual, who does that?

but i just think that some americans, even if they are not able to travel out, atleast do some research and humbly ask questions, dont just blurt out any nonsense.

9/10 there's nothing you can do abt it. you can make a dark patch lighter, and i havent heard of making a white/light patch darker, by use or cream or whatever. sorry.

my skin has suddenly become extremely dry. I dont know the cause but av tried using neutrogena body lotion but it doesnt moisturise my skin enough. Am contemplating buying aveeno daily moisturising body lotion.
Any ideas please on products effective for dry skin?
Should i discontinue the olay bar soap am using and get a body wash instead?

i know some aveeno creams/lotion contain soy which is used in evening out skin tone but it'll darken the skin just a lil teeny weeny bit (nothing major or noticable) to achieve it.

More than likely its not aveeno thats darkening your skin (but i could be wrong), and its probably something else that you are using that is doing that. also one more thing, sunscreen does not really prevent tanning of the skin.
