I'm a young hard work guy who's planning to settle down someday. I have a girlfriend whom I have gone to see her family with my own family , as in, we have done our introduction, what was remaining was for us to fix a date for our wedding.

But this girl started showing some nasty attitude. There was a day she came to spend weekend with me and I gave her some money to buy some food stuffs to cook, that day i received the greatest shocke of my life , my fiancee warmed me never to send her message like that again that she is not my slave.

As if that was not enough. Another day she came to spend some days with me but when she got to my house I was not at home that day. She went to the bathroom to get some shower but unfortunately there was no water running in the bathroom because we didn't had light for 2days so we couldn't pump water. Normally when there's no water like that we usually fetch from the next compound. Though I live in a room and parlour self contain with water running in my kitchen and bathroom.

To cut the long story short, my fiancee refused to fetch water for herself to take her shower. She had to call me on phone to come home and fetch water for her to take her shower. When I eventually got home at late hour, I took the bucket went to fetch water for her to bath just for peace to rain. I later asked her why she had to call me to come and fetch water for her to bath knowing fully well that I was not around. She said in her house, she does not fetch water that her dad usually call Aboki's and buy water from them. She told me that she can't leave a suffering life of having to fetch water, she can never do it.

Please nairalander is this a good sign or bad sign to watch out for?

Even if they advise you with all the RED flags, u wil stil go ahead to marry her. Its very obvious she sees you as a SIMP. If u are one of those who STANDS THEIR GROUNDS, she would try all these sh*ts with u..

Please what type of skill can one learn to fetch him money. I mean a skill that's not over crowded in the labour market.

If you very good with eye to hand cordination, learn barbing... With that you can make some money that you can use to sponsor urself in school even while in school.

What i woukd only advise you is to BE CREATIVE IN YOUR ENDEAVOUR..
FIND A NICHE WHERE OTHERS ARE NOT EXPLORING IN IT YET...OR VERY FEW ARE EXPLORING IT... and build on it.

Every skill and endeavour has this.. And i5 comes with experience at d job.

Asking your partner to marry you should be an agreement between two of you and not a public thing (my take).what if everything you plan don’t work you will make yourself look a big fool in present of everyone.. listen how I did mine.. after good knacking for better hotel room where there’s no camera.. Yesterday was the first time I would be seeing my former secondary school in over two years since I relocated from my former area.
To say I was shocked with what is left of the school is an understatement, it was an eyesore.
No teachers, no chairs, I almost shed tears.
Bushes has almost taken over the school, major part of the roof has been ruined, all the buildings are dilapidated.
Students sits on bare floor to learn, and it's a shame I learnt there are no teachers in the school that parents now employ and pay teachers through community efforts.
What is edo state govt doing? We didn't vote you guys to destroy our system.

The fault is with we the parents, we killed our government school system and now the private schools are here to rob us of our hard earned cash. Ask urself this simple question..... did u attend a private school to become who u are today? Have u not seen kids who attend a regular government school and are still very bright academically, even more brighter than those that attend the so called private schools. I think we all need to wake up and go back to the old ways! Same curriculum, same books, same subjects..... the only difference is the building and environment and most private schools are not up to standard of what a private schools should be in actual sense. Meanwhile I have noticed that most of us parents do send our kids to private school just to show off and to feel belonged. Too bad

You got it wrong... The GOVERNMENT killed our government educational system simply because NONE of their children go to schools here in Nigeria.

Most of us went to the govt schools while growing up because the system was GOOD then before govt murdered it.

Most of these private owned schools are actually DAYCARE because they are the ones taking care of our children during the day while the parents are busy hustling from morning till night. Hence, they feel they can bill you extra for the services cum favour
rendered.

Even the PTA (Parents-Teacher Association) has lost its credibility has no one knows their rights anymore...

Well,this is coming at a time,when I'm seriously single like number 1, my place is quite comfortable, I have a DStv,a PlayStation 3,my room is always cold all thanks to my two horse power air-conditioning.

My ex gf left me like an evil spirit been cast out by a strong man of God,since then I've been lonely like akon's debut single.
