I will never blame Sanwo-Olu as he seems honest in his handling. We say he is the Governor but he has no control over the force (everything is being handled by the FG). The man came out plain to us to make us understand that this was beyond him.

They claimed they work from home or go to office on important issues and company's vehicle will pick up staff. Tell me if all those who work from home, work in isolation of all family members or they also provided each staff accommodation and food stuffs without any contact with other people in their area or vicinity. Tell me if they placed cctv in the said accommodation also to monitor other staff if they do not come in contact with other people in the society.

The reason is silly and wrong to have been used for suspending him.

Besides, why suspend him till further notice when he can go on quarantine and have himself tested before his resumption at the office?

Even though I'm a born again Christian, I'm very sad about the insecurity the disbandment of SARS will resort to. Majority of we southern Christians that spearheaded the end SARS campaign seems to be ungrateful of the hard works of the security agents down south. Did you carry out any research to confirm that it is just Southern Christian asking for end SARS? Are you saying Muslims can only be found in the North and not South?

Also, where have you read of SARS addressing Banditry, terrorism and kidnapping in the North? Please, show me proof. Rather, what we have is more of attack by SARS in the South even to innocent Nigerians. Are you saying by your Christianity, innocent people should keep dying and that God is happy with this?

I have had an experience where a SARS officer made use of scare tactics on a young guy in a market one very day. This Young man dressed decently. I have had an experience of a man who was on a bike only to stop at a point to get pepper after the day's work was chased by SARS and given a hot slap despite this man not knowing what he did wrong.

Police operates on the taxes of the citizens. Yet, still kill the citizens that pay them through taxes. It is worse to the extent that when a citizen dies due to a police officer and the case is taken to court or the police on its own try to appease the family, they release funds to the deceased family from the taxes of the citizens including the dead.

So, please tell me if it is reasonable to fund police for killing and at the same time settling the deceased family with the taxes of others and the deceased?

It didn't contradict. You only made up the views for yourself. Peter learnt directly from Christ Himself but you sat down to create your own view.

We discuss Bible and not personal views. You haven't shown me from the Bible concerning your previous statements and how Christ statements contradicts that of Peter. If you read 1 Peter 5, you will understand better the calling and whom we are all answerable to at the end.

Peter did not arrogate the place of Christ to himself neither did any disciples. Rather, they all pointed to Christ.

When you study the scriptures well, you will get to understand why you need to read within context. The Author's intended meaning alone is what you should seek for. Don't impose your own view on the Bible. Let the Bible alone speak for itself. Shalom.

You continue to miss the point of all of this back and forth. Did Jesus Christ lie when He instructed His disciples never to set themselves up as Shepherds over His Sheep? Are we to take the words of say Peter and Paul over the words recorded as those of Jesus Christ in the Bible which sit contrary to what you posted there of Peter?

Can you bring this out from the Bible? I have quoted from the Bible and within context but you keep coming up with your personal view and out of context explanation of what the Author Himself had clearly stated.

Jesus Christ never said that. He said He was the ONLY shepherd to His sheep.
Saying instead that He is Chief Shepherd is akin to calling Him a liar.

No Sir, saying He is the Chief Shepherd is calling Him the Truth He is. As the Chief Shepherd, He called many to the assignment of winning more souls for Him.

Do you know what the word 'Pastor' means? It was gotten from a Latin word that means Shepherd. To deny the calling 'Pastor' is to say God never called people to service. Which means you call God a liar of calling people to become Pastors.


You should understand that Christ message to Peter should never be likened to what you just Quoted as they carried two different messages. His message to Peter was on the assignment ahead while His message in the verses you quoted talks more about love for the brethren. This was why Christ broke the Law into 2 - Love your God and Love your neighbour.


1 Peter 5:4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

Did you note the word 'chief Shepherd'? To deny this is to call the Bible a lie.

Christ remains the overall shepherd but then, He called many to function in that office.

N.B - When Christ called Himself the only Shepherd, He was making a comparison with the Thief 'Devil'. Understand the context as the Author's intended meaning stands.

This isn't Osibanjo's view. He is saying Federal Character based on Merit. Meaning, if it is a representative needed from the South West for a position, let it be on Merit same with any other region needed for a position.

The Federal Character applies not a one-sided appointment where just anybody is given a position or one done on political basis.

It's sad that we appoint people who speak from both side of the mouth. It's sad that a man who claimed that any serious government can provide constant power within 6 months but failed when given the opportunity has come out to spew this rubbish.

It's really sad if he could tell us to shift focus from the FG to State and LG when in the real sense the FG controls many resources. Why should the FG hold onto certain percentage of revenues if we should focus on the State and LG?.

If he is also considering outside the country, why didn't he compare Nigeria to Luxembourg where public transport is free and their education is practically very cheap while their citizens are proud of their country.

It is even shameful to mention herdsmen and farmers tax in this matter. Tax is meant for development and can never be classed. Tax is tax irrespective of whoever is paying this.

He needs to then, tell us how much tax the so called herdsmen pay and how the government go about collecting tax from herdsmen. Isn't it sick for him to have mentioned herdsmen in this? It justifies how this government supports those who are ready to kill her citizens than being realistic.
