Cashio:Only bastards feel comfortable mentioning people's parents in discussions that has nothing to do with them. Having said that bastard, I'm done replying you. It's a complete waste trying to school a complete block headed bastard who found himself with a phone and data, and therefore feels must visit the internet. If you don't like my post and don't have any superior argument to counter it without resorting to insults like a street urchin that you are, kindly avoid them, it's that simple. |
Pernotti:You failed to stamp your authority in that relationship that's why she's doing what she's doing. Women naturally take advantage of weak men cos they'll be like, what can he do, and to be honest she's right...weak men are powerless against manipulative women. Such is what you get when you go into relationships thinking your partner is after love not realizing that most girls out there are just husslers and lack respect. If you fail to draw the line in that relationship, they'll treat you with disdain despite being the one contributing 99.9% of the total financial commitment in that relationship. The secret of any successful relationship isn't love, but respect...once a girl you claim to love doesn't respect you, you're finished cos she'll open your wallet In your presence, remove whatever amount she feels she needs and drop it back for you, some will even go as far as telling you how your salary will be spent. And you'll be there smiling like an ape. Finally, if you dislike any attitude your partner is displaying, caution her about it. If she fails to change, let her be. Any girl who respects you will listen and do whatever you tell her to do cos your happiness will be her priority. |
Mrscarter:Food is just to make it look presentable. I can comfortably tell you that the money was used to settle various debts and the rest was used for food. It's so sad that so many Nigerians are currently wallowing in severe debts. A friend of mine stopped picking up my calls since last month, he borrowed some money from me to settle his family's needs, I later discovered that I'm not the only one he's owing he borrowed from other friends as well. As bad as I felt, I knew that that's the current situation with most households in Nigeria. So if you mistakenly pay in any excess money into their account, it will be withdrawn in seconds cos there are so much needs awaiting attention. Rumor has it that the average Nigerian has less than 50k lying dormant in his account. And as embarrassing as that sounds, it's the blunt truth. |
Quim2:You will...just focus on decent younger girls. They're your best bet. These so called mature ones are just pretenders, once you wife them, they'll drive you to an early grave with nagging and emotional blackmail. |
Kate06:Who kidnapped them, was it their own people or fulani herdsmen? |
Do we have proper parties in Nigeria in the first place? |
toobusy:If you have nothing sensible to say just shut up, do I look like a buhari supporter to you, or did I mention any word synonymous to buhari in any of my posts. I don't know why you Nairaland guys love reasoning with your anus. To read and comprehend is alien to you. Gosh |
uckennety:Never marry a women in her 30s because of her money. She might choose to play the calm role and be extremely generous towards you because she desperately needs a husband, but once you wife her and she has a few kids, that's when her true nature will be releaved to you. She'll insult you and tell the whole community how irresponsible you are and how she's the one feeding, housing, clothing...etc you and the kids. I'm not moved when I see girls in their 30s forming generosity, caring and respect, cos I know enough to be fooled by that. |
Broke and jobless girls are the ones who behave in such manner. The thread of the job applicant who lost out due to her mannerless approach can be referred to as a jobless broke girl. They have this mindset of thinking that once you try to strike a conversation with them, you're automatically in love with them. No working class financially stable girl will reply you in such manner cos they're already used to meeting people and are highly social in nature. So whenever you come across any girl on WhatsApp, Facebook or even in real life with such mannerless attitude, just block her and thank God for helping you dodge a bullet cos such girls will milk you dry without conscience. |
Heathrow44:He's far better than Buhari who lost touch with political affairs for a far longer time and many Nigerians were willing to kill or get killed for him to get into power. |
This is the only thing the government does, condemn and condemn without any physical evidence of any form of arrests. Buhari has been condemning all the attacks in the North, what has he done about it....it's even increasing everyday. Now this one has joined the condemning gang. May God deliver this country. |
Cashio:A Nigerian used car has less valued than a foreign one because of its high mileage reading, a foreign car has less value than a brand new car. A girl in her 30s with a history of multiple sex partners isn't capable of geninue love, cos her partner will have to deal with a trailer loads of ex bugging her every now and then, depriciated body value...etc. therefore she has less value than a virgin girl in her early or even mid 20s. Next time you quote me son come up with something more sensible.... |
Congrats to her. She's so cute. |
I can't imagine having a phone without Data, it can be likened to loosing your car keys. Not to mention that these days recharging directly from your bank account is as easy as drinking water. Back to the topic, 5minutes at most. |
From past experiences Nigeria finds it tougher to defeat fellow west African teams than North Africa teams, Senegal and Ghana will be tough that one is very obvious, then many Egypt. The test will play their normal game and we'll defeat them. |
I have this feeling that Soludo will perform exceptionally well if given the chance to govern Anambra state. His "Soludo solution" when he was CBN governor is a prove that he's got some problem solving skills in him. I wish him the best of luck. |
This is a very serious case. But I'll blame her parents, even if they were expecting someone abroad to send money, credit alerts comes with a sender name, as long as the sender name on the credit alert didn't correspond with the name of the family member in diaspora, they had no right to touch the money. But would you crucify them for that? There's so much hunger and suffering in the land that the word "integrity" seems alien to most Nigerians. My advise is for you to consider what some posters have been saying here. If she's worth it, just go ahead and propose to her and that money can be used as introduction, her father on the other hand will be lenient with you on bride price considering what he put you through. If she isn't worth marrying, well you'd just have to forget about that money and move on, see it as your payment for all the sex she's been giving to you, cos you stated it clearly that her parents are currently in a pitiful financial state, meaning asking them to raise such money back for you is like driving them to an early grave via stroke and other depressed related afflictions. The choice is yours. And next time be very careful whenever you're doing a transfer, this is one area I don't joke with, I confirm the sender name on my bank app before submitting, if you had done that, it could have saved you all this stress. |
It depends. Let me use myself as an example, I'm a quiet person, I hate unprofitable and unnecessary arguments/conversations but that doesn't mean that if you trample on my rights of try to cheat me I'll play the mute role on you. It's then you'll know that I'm a tamed mad man. Weakness in my own opinion can be defined as inability to speak up for yourself admist oppression. |
Magnoliaa:So has he (the op) proposed to you yet?
|
Magnoliaa:I don't o...apart from maybe my own car or a colleague's car, I don't fancy front seats in all these commercial vehicles. I see it as being unsafe considering how reckless Nigerian commercial bus drivers can be sometimes. |
tosaino95:Which husband will marry a 32 year old women that has over 16 years sexual experience? Such act can be likened to buying a faded, worn-out and slacked polo shirt, it can't serve any purpose in your life cos you'd be ashamed to put it on for outings. When you tell girls in their early teens to preserve their virtue till their wedding night, they'll hate you for giving them an advice that will benefit their future. When they hit their 30s and their life suddenly becomes a dead end, they'll start lamenting. Truth is you can't reap what you didn't sow. If you want happiness and peace of mind, preserve yourself, study and work hard, remove your eyes from guys wallet and the sky will be your limit. |
Stop joining silly groups, that's the only way to get rid of them. I belong to just two WhatsApp groups, my office group and my yard group where we discuss about bills to pay, sweeping and all that. Any other group you find yourself in where you have a large amount of users you're not familiar with will definitely be invaded by scammers thereby exposing your account to possible hacking. |
Friends with benefits is worse, don't engage in it. |
Magnoliaa:In a public danfo bus? |
The main reason is that so many girls are becoming lazy these days. I don't know if it has become a crime for the average Nigerian girl to work and earn money for herself. Truth is nobody wants a liability, worse of all an ungrateful liability. I'd rather remain single than marry a liability. |
Village girls of these our generation are worse than city girls, once you visit the village with a car from your base in the city, you can fúck anyone of your choice provided you've got a sweet mouth, cos most of them are living in abject poverty and wouldn't mind doing anything to get out of their current state. But there are still decent ones tho, just as there are still decent city girls, it take patience, and discipline on your part to locate them and also work towards a future with them. |
PrimadonnaO:How? I was just stating the obvious. |
Truthspoon1:Nope that's not me. |
Magnoliaa:I don't believe you.
|
Klass99:How...I was only being truthful. I don't have the strength to start breeding all these foreign dogs, when there are goats, chickens... etc, loitering around seeking love. I'd rather prefer them. |
PrimadonnaO:It's a common trait among you females. @topic, I can't remember...could be ages ago. |
Klass99:I prefer goats you can easily convert them into a savvy pepper soup whenever the need arises, dogs (apart from 404 ekuke) aren't edible. Therefore feeding and grooming a animal I know wouldn't end up in my belly is a big turnoff for me.
