Friendship come with a lot of intrusion and baggage these days. Most people get attached to you as friends cos of what they stand to gain in way of assistance, fun or quality of company you accord them.

As you grow, you want to be in control of your space and people who have access to you.

Having many friends is intrusive, sometimes invasive as many people who call themselves friends don't understand personal space or self respect.
All the friends I have over the years are now long distance, only two are bossom. In my place I don't seek friends. I just go on my way, mind my business.
But if we cross paths and find a way to gist by chance, you may take my sanguine nature as friend loving. No. it's only momentary. Afterward I move on, and forget you.
We will attract less problem if we learn to mind our business and keep our lives private.

That's how it's supposed to be...in developed countries, you don't just appear on someone's doorstep simply because you know them. Everyone should know their boundaries.

But this is Nigeria, a good number of people that engage in such are victims of our failed leadership, most just want dinner or lunch or some cash to keep body and soul together.

Is it right to shut your doors on them? For me I have very few friends any of them becomes a victim of circumstance, I won't turn my back on him.

But if you're naturally lazy and looking for someone to keep shouldering all your responsibilities, then I'll not only ghost you, but talk to you harshly so that you'll get the message that you're a parasite.

I believe it has to do with how they're brought up and their current financial condition. From my experience, broke and jobless girls only think about money, why because they're idle, they lack intellect, they don't have the mental capacity to engage or sustain an intelligent conversation because their thoughts are occupied with needs and how to and request they're planning to demand from you. Dating such girls can be really frustrating like you rightfully pointed out because they're so entitled. You can give her 100k today and tomorrow she'll still grumble that what she needed was 150k, you can't satisfy them cos they don't know what it feels like to Hussle for money.

Financially independent girls on the other hand are quite different, they're used to doing things for themselves, most of them live in rented apartments which they paid with their money, they furnish it with their money, they're used to living a life of responsibilities, unlike the jobless ones who sit at home all day chatting with random guys and making several humiliating materialistic request, these ones understand what it means to be independent.

So when next you want to date, assertain her financial level, before wasting your time on her, if she can't provide basic amenities like data, hair fixing, sanity pads, creams, soaps...etc for herself, and can't spend her money on you no matter how small, please don't waste your time on her unless you're just there for her coochie.

Op take this advice...if at all you have HIV, it will still be on window period, so you're most likely going to test negative if you decide to go to the hospital.

The best thing to do is to call the girl in question and take her to the hospital for test...then prepare yourself for whatever the outcome will be.
