This fits the definition of having a cushy job, "24m per annum salary." 1stGenAmerican: |
Since "there aren't always about the legal age but age a person is truly considered to have all the freedoms that go with being an adult," then, maybe, that is why they government want to try the 15 year old murderer as an adult (to attract stiffer punishment) instead of a juvenile. Kobojunkie: |
To each their own, but I wouldnt advise anybody to trade their cushy job in Nigeria for life abroad. A bird in a hand is worth two in the bush. |
It varies from one country to another. In the US, an eighteen year old is legally an adult while in Nigeria, I think it is 21 years old. There have been calls for certain juveniles to be tried as adults. Read these: https://www.courts.ca.gov/selfhelp-delinquency.htm?rdeLocaleAttr=en https://www.wklaw.com/minors-be-tried-as-adults/ https://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/oakland/2022/07/19/jennifer-james-crumbley-appeal-oxford-school-shooting/10096276002/ Kobojunkie: |
Read the story of James and Jennifer Crumbley who are being charged for the school shooting carried out by their son, Ethan. They are insisting they shouldn't be held accountable for his heinous actions. |
But it did, his wives were at loggerheads and quarreled with his son, Kola, for misappropriating Abiola's wealth while neglecting to pay his siblings school fees. It got to a point that it was mandated all his (Abiola's) children should do a DNA test to ascertain if they were biologically his or not. That created a huge division and ruckus in the family that was played out in the media. OYINBOGOJU: |
I don't think I have heard of this party until now. |

Has the inhumane conditions in Nigeria's prison deterred robbers from commiting crime in the country, has the fear of jungle justice (which is common in Nigeria) stopped criminals from engaging in their nefarious acts? Blakpot: |
How can you tell who is a terrorist and who is not? Don't let looks deceive you. OgunLaakaye: |

Very beautiful, thanks for sharing. |
No regrets for me. I got my Masters over a decade ago and it was one of the happiest days in my life. Praises to God in Jesus Name Amen. I like what I did which was a media campaign for a non-profit organization for my dissertation. |
He is a member of the family irrespective of his position in the family but trying to misappropriate his father's properties because he is the first son and calling the cops on his brother is completely wrong. That man should be grateful that he was adopted into the family and then humbly converge with his siblings on how to share their father's property. Some nerve! ihedioramma: |
The adopted child is still a member of the family. |

Hillary Clinton won the Senate race shortly after leaving the White House for their successor, George Bush the 43rd President and son George Bush, the 41st President of the US. So politics as a family affair isnt restricted solely in Nigeria but is also entrenched in the US as well. quote author=Flokibanks57 post=113087929]Nigeria politics is now a family and friends affairs, where did we go wrong in this Country ? So sad[/quote] |
I have done that before when I visited the Calabar zoo and spent some time taunting a lion. I made faces at it,slipped my fingers inside the holes of the barricade. |

Beating an adult for having a boyfriend is RIDICULOUS. That man should be punished. |
