That is because since time immemorial, the African has always been stupidly infatuated with people of other racial groups. This is why our ancestors sat there like a bunch of air heads and watched the europeans leave their countries and continent, came to Africa, enslaved our people, allowed the europeans ship our people in chains back to the new world as free laborers while the europeans stayed back in Africa stealing our resources all in the name of colonization and forced us to become countries with other African ethnic groups whom we have nothing in common with culturally, linguistically and otherwise. Africa get's ra*ped by everyone. First it was the Arabs, then the caucasians/europeans and now the asians/chinese/indians. We have no shame as a people walahi!

And then we wonder why we Africans are looked down upon, mocked, verbally insulted, scorned, ridiculed and disrespected everywhere in the bloody world we go. Not even the descendants of the enslaved Africans taken to the new world want to have anything to do with us and look down on us. We seem to have no self respect, no dignity, no nothing! How I became a member of this particular group of people remains a mystery to me. There must be a mistake somewhere.

I think there's some kind of swag or something extra that Yoruba language adds to music content that might be difficult to replicate. Take Asake for example. He sings in Yoruba just same way Flavour sings in ibo language, but Asake's brand is more appealing internationally coz of that Yoruba swag. Maybe Flavour should start adding Yoruba to his music so he can also enjoy some of that crossover appeal. Just saying.

A man in China ended up in a legal battle after walking out on a blind date who expected him to pay for her and 23 of her relatives.

During job hunting yesterday, I became very hungry and felt like I was about to faint in the nearest possible time if I don't have something down my stomach, having left the house without food. Normally I don't like eating outside because it's more expensive and you get less for your money but due to the level of hunger I was, I had no option than to look for the nearest place to eat.

A broke applicant, I went to the least of restaurant to eat and the least price for Garri and soup was N800, here in Calabar. Hmmmmm. Na wa o. The poor are really suffocating.

Anyways, I watched one video where Tinubu said "let the poor breathe. Don't suffocate them". Standing beside him was Buhari who was looking at him with a stern eye. I don't know why he wasn't comfortable with the statement.

Josef Onoh cant hold a candle to Chimamanda Adichie on the global stage.

President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s spokesman in the south east, Dr. Josef Onoh has countered the Award-winning novelist, Chimamanda Adichie’s letter to President Joe Biden of United States of America, telling Adichie that she was a bad loser.

Onoh said that Adichie’s letter in-bad-faith was a result of the colossal failure of her choice presidential candidate and native relation, Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour party, in the February 25 presidential election.

The famous writer had written to the American President, chiding him for congratulating Nigeria’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu, while she argued that the election was flawed.

But Onoh said that Adichie’s dilemma emanated from her ignorance of the rules of international diplomacy, self-serving interest while attempting to use any medium, no matter how irrelevant to promote her brand.

Onoh said that Adichie failed to understand that the United States of America has a strategy to prevent conflict and promote stability as a policy which has contained partnership with countries and regional groupings.
