There is a fiction by Charles Brokaw. . . . Atlantis Code.  This is supposed to parallel works such as DaVinci Code.  In fact author gives some Vatican related conspiracy that releasing the truth will finish off the Church as a global authority.  It's hard to give that any credibility being a fiction, but then one must wonder why the two indigenous works that talk extensively about and track the origins of Yorubas were suppressed and destroyed from circulation.

Ojukwu did not release Awo.  Ojukwu was still under command from Lagos and executed the release order from Gowon.  If Ojukwu had release Awo against instructions from Lagos, then why was Awo appointed by Gowon as Minister?  If the FG's desire was for Awo to remain i lock up, then when he arrived home he would have been rearrested, or in fact Awo would have told Ojukwu to keep him in East and out of FG's reach.

First these amenities were there in good condition and it attracted all these mofos to abandon their papa land to seek refuge in Lagos. This goes to show that Ojukwu in his lifetime was very deluded and quite ungrounded in political savviness. How can you go on a killing rampage so that you can istall a selected person as President? How is that a consolation or a fix for whatever needed to be replaced in the soured political landscape?

I agree, crime is crime, whether at the low level or high level of society.  Law can be used to correct a behavioral trend or to incent one.  This law is intended to correct the behavior of landlords, not the criminal.  Apartment prices will adjust to the market rate if the index driving it is tagged to verifiable source of income.  So people with verifiable income can afford homes at a rate that is in scale with their lifestyle.  The crime of violation has nothing to do with income but if a despoiler live in an apartment building he becomes a terror because he can use violence as well to get what he wants.   We eed to clean our communities.  Apartment in Nigeria is not like apartment abroad.  An apartment dweller in Europe or America has no obligation or sense of idetity with other dwellers. In Nigeria cohabitation promotes sense of identity and true communal support.  The moral code and protocol that balances that sense of belonging must be promoted.  A criminal has already violated the code ad protocol and has  no place i it, in fact he is a threat to the safety. The landlord owes his tenants the duty of sustainig that balance.  This law changes the landlord's vision i that regard.

Of course they can get to other parts of West Africa without passing through Yorubaland.  You go through Hausaland or you fly back ad forth or board the ship at Port Harcourt and go over the waters.  

This started with my caution to Ibos not to repeat Ojukwu mistake and put their wagons before the horses.  In the interest of erecting a Biafran nation, before you leave Nigeria it is is best to formulate good relationships with those you will need in future for sustainability of your trades and busiess through their territories.  You don't leave a job and make enemy of your boss if you know you might need him at a later time.  You leave bridges intact that you are coming back to use.

Yoruba is not a target of victimization in North but because we cohabit with Ibos in Sabon Gari, when clashes erupt we end up collateral as victims.  Some Yorubas try to stay in their own enclave separate from Ibos but soon the Ibos drift there because they see it as a secure abode to shelter and safeguard against violence.  Yorubas welcome them and give the shelter but the you fools come here and speak ill of the same people that put their heads and lives in line of battle to protect you against danger and call them cowards.  You are the cowards for runnig to find shelter in their eclave  May God punish everyone of you!

It is a good law. He is not talking about petty crimes like shoplifting. . . . he is talkig about heavy crimes such as robbery, abduction, serial rape, scams. It is the responsibility of the landlord to check ad vouch the character of the tenants. A landlord should not rent home to a criminal that is risk to other tenats and commuity. You can deny your brothers that are being killed in the North but we Igbos won't.  In Kaduna, the one I witnessed, Yorubas were the majority of people massacred and after the crises, they were complaining that Igbos did not protect them; but who told them to live among Northerners?

In Azare, in a recent crises after the election, I asked a relation there what happened and I was surprised that only one Igboman lost his life. I asked him who was killed there then, he said Yorubas.

No matter how you try to deny your brothers, there are as many Yorubas in the North as Igbos but Igbos are better off because they live in Igbo quarters among themselves and protect themselves. Any rumour of impending crises, they hear it from their customers and flee before it starts unlike your brothers.

We have checked and cross-checked these vague numbers you all throw out and debunked your claims many times over here.  You all like to swell ad reduce numbers to suit the purpose of your arguments and not necessarily to present truth.  

Ibo remais the major casualty in regional conflicts.  In North, Northereners kill Igbo, Yoruba ad eve their own Hausa/Fulain but Igbo remain in higher proportion of casualty than the rest.   In West our clashes are usually politically motivated, we don't have religious riots.  In our political turmoils it is directed at our ow factios ad Yoruba remai the higher casualty.  Once in a while when Ibos or Hausas trespass beyond their allowed boudaries on our land we respond with action. In those cases Ibos have trespassed far more than Hausas and hence out of the two they are higher casualties.


So you should take a second look at your propaganda aalysis ad redo your casualty ratio by tribe.  We are talking about orth - regioal - you are listig village by village icidences, you have o shame.

40yrs later, Igbo is still the major casualty of regional clashes.  Post 1970, you have lost in North alone almost half as much what you lost in the war.  So where is the value you put in your life?

What is all these trash? Igbos should depend on you and the North?

Jason, calm down and be objective.  Their trade and business today depends on markets in North ad West.  does it not?  Compared to how well they fare in East, more than half of Biafra external earnings come from investments in North and West.  Is this true or not?

Stop repeating the mistake of Ojukwu, who put all Biafran wagons in front of the steeds. Learn from your past and humble yourself. You are at a great disadvantage when it comes to competing with North and West. Learn from the Yoruba character - learn to weigh options, know when to fight and when to make peace. Learn when is good to raise hell and when to make compromise. Sometimes you swallow insults because of the future of your women and your children, not because you are weak and cant fight but because you are wise and have the opponent in the palm of your hands.

There is a sign i all of this for my Igbo brothers who have continously advocated for Biafra to seceed. If as an integral member and citizen of Nigeria your business and lifelihood is occassionally handicapped in the North due to religious differences, what makes you think it will be better when you are a foreigner to Nigeria? Moreso, if the success of your business depend on the Northern market, then even as a Biafran that dependence will not change. You face two options (1) becoming a surbordinated Biafran for the sake of earning a living in Nigeria and (2) completely foregoing the North and depending on Yoruba to open its market and access into the rest of West Coast of Africa. In either of the two cases, you are already putting your wagon before the horses by antagonizing the same people without whom Biafran trade will stagnate and die off. There is nothing to your East, your life source is Northward and Westward, everyone know this.

There was a book photograph posted by TC of a partly ruined structure with the subject sitting on a high chair and the foot rested on a stool.

I want you all to take a good look at that elaborate installation, does it not look like a toilet seat? There is a pipe routed in-between the subject's legs going up in a curled line and the other end of it is coupled to the seat pillar forming what look like a drainage system. Is that right or did I see too much into it?
