(2) The one who has known the religion which Allaah revealed, entered it and practised it, then rejected it, despised it and left it, is a person who does not deserve to live on the earth of Allaah and eat from the provision of Allaah.

(3) By leaving Islaam, the apostate opens the way for everyone who wants to leave the faith, thus spreading apostasy and encouraging it.

(4) The apostate is not to be killed without warning. Even though his crime is so great, he is given a last chance, a respite of three days in which to repent. If he repents, he will be left alone; if he does not repent, then he will be killed.

(5) If the punishment for murder and espionage (also known as high treason) is death, then what should be the punishment for the one who disbelieves in the Lord of mankind and despises and rejects His religion? Is espionage or shedding blood worse than leaving the religion of the Lord of mankind and rejecting it?

(6) None of those who bleat about personal freedom and freedom of belief would put up with a neighbour’s child hitting their child or justify this as "personal freedom," so how can they justify leaving the true religion and rejecting the sharee’ah which Allaah revealed to teach mankind about His unity and bring justice and fairness to all?

I must add a seventh point

# The punishment is only to be carried out by the (Islamic) government not just a group of people filled with emotions and void of knowledge and wisdom! Allah knows best.

Our state today is that we show a lot of eagerness for voluntary deeds (Nafil), but are very lazy when it comes to salah (prayer) or other compulsory acts. Praises be to Allah. Know, may Allah guide your efforts, that the youths are the pillars of
any society - if they are upright, the society will be upright and vice versa. In a literate
society, the youths form the largest percentage, if not all, of those in high schools,
colleges and universities which are under your "watch".
Whenever I look at youths of Saudi Arabia and their contributions to the spread of Islam
and the sanctification of their land, I wonder the contributions of Nigeria youth who at a
point in time will have to pass through your tutelage. How do I mean?
Many of books of Saudi scholars available today, especially those on societal vices, are
transcribed lectures of the shaykhs. Lectures at where; in the mosque, in the market, at
work places? No! But rather lectures delivered at higher institutions. So I wondered: 'what
happen to our institutions and our scholars -or as Allah hasn't blessed us with
outstanding Dakaatir (PhD holders) and Shuyuuk?
But what did I notice? I realised that the youths have been excommunicated from the
scholars! The names of the scholars are now in the black books of schools. The Dakaatir have been painted as obstruction to proper understanding of Islam, rather impedances to
the growth of the "Society"! But you can see the effects -afa laa tubsiroon!
Can't you see that those we can boast of today as being products of MSSN were made by
these scholars, and that was when the gates of the universities and colleges were open for
them and the environment was receptive. But what do we see now?
And if not for the few upon whom Allah shows His mercy, they are those who sleek out of
your domain and strive to garner knowledge around and come back to correct the
excesses of your boys on campus, what do you think would have become of our campuses
today!
By Allah, I gained a lot from the society especially while in UI and Ikire area unit, Osun
state, and that was before the scholars were finally blacklisted. I remember vividly when
shaykh Najimdin (may Allah preserve him and grant him safe return) came to treat
'Aqeedatu tahawiyyah then, Ustadh Abduganiy Jumu'ah came for Usoolu sunnah, ust
Amubieyah for tafsir classes, etc. But what reigns in those schools now?
Isn't it "don't call this, don't call that,? If you don't invite scholars, so who are those you
call to train the youth! I will have to stop here, but let's fear Allah and remember a day
we'll stand in front of the Lord of the worlds. Let me ask you these:
"What exactly is the offence of these scholars"? "What exactly do you fear of them"? "Are
they scholars upon misguidance and calling to it"? "Or are you upon misguidance fearing
being exposed"? "Do you fear lossing your school children to the sunnah and ways of the
salaf, the pious predecessors"? "Do these scholars call for abolishment of MSSN, which
has now become your property"? Please, what exactly do you fear?
Before you remind me, I know I'm very young and may not know "the assumed politics"
involved, so please keep it for the next generation because I'm tired of old tales.
The youths are instrumental in the development of a society! Remember this and may Allah
bless you. As-Salaam alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

The hadith you mentioned is authentic and it's compiled by Muslim in his Soheeh.

The translation is: When the two when the two circumcised parts meet, ghusl has become obligatory.

The meaning is: Once penetration occurs it is obligatory to have ghusl even if no fluid is poured from either party.

As you can see there's no relationship between this hadith and your argument except if you have a circumcised mouth!

# It must not contain or support prohibited matters such as polytheism, alcohol, fornication etc. By implication it must support praiseworthy acts and attributes such as monotheism of Allah, call to sunnah and love of the companions, piety, generosity, courage, chastity etc.

# It must not be accompanied with any instruments or instrumentals such as drums, bells, guitars etc.

#It must not come close to being a replacement for the Quran in terms of recitation, listening and being a source of admonition.

Imam Ibnul Qoyyim wrote a book warning those who give verdicts and reminding them that they are acting as signatories for Allah.

It's very bad to see a person who doesn't even have an equivalent of primary school cert in Islamic knowledge giving verdicts about permissible matters and prohibited ones. Don't they know the implication of this horrible act.

Surah Al-Hajj, Verse 8-9:
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يُجَادِلُ فِي اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَلَا هُدًى وَلَا كِتَابٍ مُّنِيرٍ

And among men is he who disputes about Allah, without knowledge or guidance, or a Book giving light (from Allah),

ثَانِيَ عِطْفِهِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَنُذِيقُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ

Bending his neck in pride (far astray from the Path of Allah), and leading (others) too (far) astray from the Path of Allah. For him there is disgrace in this worldly life, and on the Day of Resurrection We shall make him taste the torment of burning (Fire).

The verse is very clear.

Sometimes when I read refutations of scholars against the shia and the accusations they are attacked with, I find it hard to believe that anybody will say these and still call himself a Muslim.
In fact, sometimes I think that the scholars are being affected by emotion and that's why they have accused the shia of some of these absurd deviations.

Until I met Albaqir and his cohorts on nairaland! Then it shocked me that demons like this actually exist in real life, rather in Nigeria and in Yoruba land.

أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ يَعْقِلُونَ بِهَا أَوْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَعْمَى الْأَبْصَارُ وَلَٰكِن تَعْمَى الْقُلُوبُ الَّتِي فِي الصُّدُورِ

Have they not travelled through the land, and have they hearts wherewith to understand and ears wherewith to hear? Verily, it is not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the hearts which are in the breasts that grow blind.

Caring for your wife is a big act of worship and I hope I'll get greater rewards for my kisses and spendings upon her in this month.

But I have some benefits to add;

# If you have sex during the nights then it would be easier to control yourself during the day and prevent unnecessary urges and fluids.

# Avoid excessive sex during the nights of Ramadan, this could make you feel dizzy and faint during the day, in an extreme case you could end up breaking the day's fast because you might not be able to continue.

# If you must have several rounds, ensure that you drink lots of water and eat very nourishing foods like vegetables, milks and beverages.

# If you know you can't control your urges, it's better for you to spend the day in the mosque or ask your wife not to adorn herself to help you concentrate.

May Allah increase us in beneficial knowledge.

And perhaps the greatest evil these devilish sounds of Shaitan have had on our society is that it has derailed us and deviated us from the Quran!
The music has completely replaced and substituted the Quran in the lives of many of our people especially the women except the one Allah preserves.

In my new place, I'm struggling to find a mosque where the Imam can recite suratul fatiha to a manageable extent. The imams have horrible recitations, even suratul fatiha!!! If this is the case of the imams what do you expect of the ones praying behind them?! Inna liLLaahi wa innaa ilayhi raaji'oon!

And when you talk the people are quick to shout, label you and give extremely flimsy excuses for their errors instead of remorse and tracing back their steps to their Lord.

As Ramadan has come, many people will wish to be more upright in their worship. unfortunately, for some people the only dhikr they know is these musics!
It's very disheartening to see people going farther away from their Lord and Creator while thinking that they are getting closer to Him.

Surah Al-Kahf, Verse 104-104:
قُلْ هَلْ نُنَبِّئُكُم بِالْأَخْسَرِينَ أَعْمَالًا

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds?

الَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ يُحْسِنُونَ صُنْعًا

"Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds!

Muhammad the son of AbduLLah alyhissolaat wassalaam is truly the Messenger of Allah!
He alyhissolaat wassalaam said in the Hadith of Abu Waqid laythiyy:

You (Muslims) will indeed follow the footpath of those before you (i.e the Jews and Christians) even if they entered the hole of dhobb (a lizard like creature) you would follow them!

Hasn't it come to past, that the Muslims have left the guidance of their Lord and followed the misguidance of their enemy Shaitan?!

Only Allah we seek refuge with from the evils of our time.

There's no verse in the Quran that supports Music. In fact the Quran does not stop at condemning music it even condemns poetry that doesn't contain any good.

Surah Luqman, Verse 6:
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًا أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ

And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah, the Verses of the Quran) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire).

وَمَا كَانَ صَلَاتُهُمْ عِندَ الْبَيْتِ إِلَّا مُكَاءً وَتَصْدِيَةً فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ

Their Salat (prayer) at the House (of Allah, i.e. the Ka'bah at Makkah) was nothing but whistling and clapping of hands. Therefore taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve.

If those who follow the poets are the erring then what about the poets who are being followed?!

The matter is as Imam Hassan al-Basree said: when a fitnah is approaching every scholar recognizes it, but when it departs everybody recognizes it.

When Iya Togo and wasiu sodiq started this misguidance years ago, those who warned against it were tagged extremist and anti dawah.

The people then claimed that it was to stop people from going to the church because it was music that was used to lure people from the mosques to churches.

But the evils of the matter was clear to those who posses knowledge. If only the people had disobeyed their desires and obeyed the people of knowledge who reminded them of Allah's laws.

If only they had sufficed themselves with the means of dawah which the messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam used and his companions especially the four rightly guided caliphs rodiyaLLaahu anhum. Even if they didn't see any apparent evil in their deviation.

Now the evil of these musics is clear like the day, like the moon of badr. Only Allah we seek refuge with from the evils of our time.

The way I look with disgust whenever I see the posters of those criminals with thick lipsticks and flashy revealing clothes on is very severe. Is this also part of calling to Allah?! Is this also part of Allah's religion?! Is this also part of the sunnah of Allah's messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam?! Is this also part of the guidance of the companions rodiyaLLaahu anhum?!

Of course there was music during the time of Allah's messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam and the Christians, Jews and polytheists used it for worship. If there was any wisdom in taking music as a means of dawah the messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam would have employed it, his companions and household would have been the best of dancers.

PRESS RELEASE BY KAKURI COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION OVER THE FALSE ALLEGATION GOING ROUND THE COUNTRY AND BEYOND.

1. We wish to inform Kaduna Citizens and beyond that there was never an incidence that occurred in Kakuri where a Christian was stabbed because he. was not fasting.

2. We wish to state the fact that Francis Emmanuel popularly known as IBOYI is a residence of Kakuri.

3. From our investigation under this community platform, we have gotten all the facts as to what lead to the incidence where Francis Emmanuel (IBOYI) was stabbed.

4. This entire issue is a case of a quarrel that ensued between some young men from Makera community and IBOYI who is from Kakuri. All the parties are not responsible people in the society.

5. What actually happened was; the group came and entered a road side drinking joint along Sokoto by Gora junction. The group were said to have come looking for their brother but did not find him.

6. They had several exchange of words with IBOYI who has finished drinking and was sitting eating Opka. IBOYI told them to leave the place and they responded by saying they didn't come to see him. He threatened to deal with them if they don't leave. He pulled out a knife with the intention of stabbing one of the gang member but missed and one of the gang attempted to hold the knife but cut his hand in the process.

Of course, since the first time he became popular with his campaign of ranting crap during Ramadan about half a decade ago.

Many people and several methods of correction were directed at him but he only goes deeper in his misguidance.

when people degenerate to this level, only two things are needed:

# Warn the people against the deviant and expose the falsehood of his misguidances so that anyone who follows him afterwards does that out of arrogance and desire not ignorance.

# Pray for the deviant that Allah rectifies his Islam because dying in this is horrible state is a big mess to say the least.

I UNFORTUNATELY listened to a "lecture" from a popular man I refuse to see as a scholar... buh I was FORTUNATE to remember wat d messenger of Allah, salla llahu alahi wa sallam, said....“Whoever among you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand [by taking action]; if he cannot, then with his tongue [by speaking out]; and if he cannot, then with his heart [by hating it and feeling that it is wrong] – and that is the weakest of faith” (Narrated by Muslim, 49)...

Dis same man once said hijab isn't Islamic dat it's the Arab tradition, he also said d prophet raped a lady n now he's claiming Abu hurairah, radiya llahu anhu, reported things he formulated not stuffs he heard from the rosuul,that ahlu sunnah don't like dogs because abu hurairah ,radiya llahu anhu, had a cat n was only trying to secure the cat from dogs!!!


My bros n sis I'll like to advise us to avoid listening to words like this n immediately u mistakenly do,please seek clarification from a Sunni dat understand his deen very well,I'll also like to advise the one that uses logic to interpret Allah's word to also be very careful, there is no way u can understand what the prophet of Allah didn't understand!!!....... instead of misinterpreting things Jes pray u understand the words of Allah and his messenger....


let's adhere strictly to the sunnah of the rosuul....d man even said ahlu sunnah don't read Quran....I wonder if he was trying to crack a joke,please and please let's fear Allah and remember we are returning to him...


I felt sorry for the people laughing n hailing a man dat said Abu said alkhudriiy radiya llahu anhu abandoned his salah n started fighting a youth "jes because of sutrah",buh logically avoided saying d rosuul abandoned his salah to move Aisha radiya llahu anha's leg to create a space for prostration....

To dose that attend progs like this because we fear these ppl n love pleasing them... it's ur choice fine..... buh I'm begging you to reason well n choose to please Allah instead.

Let's worship Allah sincerely، I pray Allah help us all accept our fasting as an act of worship.

A witness Nasiru Abubakar was busy trying to pushed away the gang to a nearby transformer but he couldn't make it alone as the number over powered him and no one on the street came to help him separate the parties. In the process one of the gang member tried to attack IBOYI with a scissors and Nasiru blocked him but another one had already taken the knife from IBOYI's hand and stabbed him severally.

8. A civilian JTF Stephen Godwin Sunday came to the scene which made the gang to run away. He was the one that took IBOYI to the hospital.

9. The star witness Nasiru Abubakar is a very close friend of IBOYI and was the one who made great effort in separating the incidence and had confirmed the incidence has nothing to do with religion or Fasting as was reported in the media.

10. It is unfortunate that some people misguided the public on the real story as to what had happened.

11. It is also unfortunate that efforts were not adequately made to reach out to the community leaders to find out the exact story before going on air.

12. We have all evidence and witness which we would make available to counter the lies going round.

13. We entirely condemn this act and support the security agencies to fish out the criminals and make a very good investigation to find out the exact story of the incidence. We also wish to plead on the security agencies to make the investigations public so that the true reflection what happened would be made public.

14. We have held an Inter Faith town hall meeting on Saturday about the incidence and the above outlines is a true reflection of our community over the incidence.

15. We call on the good people of Kakuri and beyond to remain peaceful and report any act of breach of law and order immediately to the appropriate authority.

You made a claim so you must prove it or else you're deviant. Going by the harsh economic situation in the country, if we are "paid agents", by now 90% of Nigerians, including Igbos would be Shia Muslims!

That's a great fallacy, the incorrectness of this statement is not hidden to anyone who gives it an extra second of pondering!

Debating with these deviants (shia) is more absurd than teaching a pig how to sign!!!

of course he cannot provide any hadith and he may not mind practicing bid'ah as long as the Shia are opposed to it. look at what the other one is saying. that you are Shia so he should avoid you even when you speak the truth. bad habits die hard. i am sure if the Prophet (s) were to resurrect and tell them taraweeh is bid'ah the likes of MrOlai would tell him "you are Shia".

The prophet alyhissolaat wassalaam cannot get up and say its bidah because the religion is already complete and perfected by Allah through his Prophet, and it has been clearly explained.

So let the blessed soul of our messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam rest in peace. It's you that should try to depart from your personal desires and submit to texts of Quran and sunnah according to the understanding of the salaf i.e pious predecessors.
