Yimu veecovee: I do stock, so that I'll not be after peoples funds before I hold my crusades. At the same time I know that I'll leave stock one to meet God for eternity. This is why I esteem the Word of God high in any thing I m doing, cause the Word of God will judge us, according to our Lord Jesus Christ in john 12:48. As for some people, a time is coming when they'll seek for the Word and would see the Word no where. |

HazzanTazzan: Away from the tiles... I spent 351k on the ones I bought for now... Will monitor them all day, everyday and if they need more, I will buy it...
Now to burglary issue which I have been avoiding for long due to the fact that the cost of pipes and iron rod skyrocketed...
I'm thinking of using a design which requires few pipes and more of flatbar designs ...
Cos an inch pipe is now 1450 from 1650 naira and a flatbar length shld be around 500 or 550 naira now.
Kindly post any burglary pic u have with a design using more of flatbars than iron pipes...
Below are the ones I saw on Google but not sure if I will like it on the long run... Am in the same shoes , also looking for burglary design, i buy your idea of flat bars design but yet to seen any appealing design , kindly share your designs if you dont mind , would keep searching as well. thanks |

BullBearMkt: Sorry, for not able to help on your query... |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by nio68(m): 12:49pm On Mar 31, 2017 |
BullBearMkt: It is not a norm for price of oil & gas companies to fall after declaring good results. We should try and understand the basics. There are many factors that can lead to this... Firstly, if price has been rising and favourable dividend is declared & many investors bought the same stock at a lower price, then, we should expect those "smart investors" to anticipate that many people will want to buy in order to enjoy dividend. Invariably, they will drive the price down... However, if the economy outlook is good, you might get investors that want to hold the stock for a long period & when results are declared, nobody will want to sell & the price will continue to rise... Not sure your response addressed the question sir .. I understand all of above...anyways was just checking if I wasn't having tunneled vision on Total |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by nio68(m): 11:12am On Mar 31, 2017 |
Any other ideas beyond the dividend declared on why Total has been falling ? Is there something I should be wary of in Total? House please your comments would be appreciated |

locodemy: After today,i will withdraw my offer as there is no negative sentiment towards the stock.I believe other people will also have a rethink which will allow the bids to resurface. It is just market reactions towards the tasere dividend.........zenith,Access also suffered the same punishment by the market. They are now retracing. We will bounce back healthier.A better Q1 result ahead, We also have good market makers for the stock. The market should just do its worst on the stock this week.We shall be in control from next week to redirect the position of our company because we dont lack fundamentals. going by the Q3 and Q4 result , FCMB made a loss . Dont know why you are hoping Q1 would be any different ... cash is King , I would suggest you exit if u can . |

The negative sentiments alone on this forum is enough to bring down FCMB , was heavy here but got uncomfortable with the delayed result despite an already audited 9 months and bailed out. @Loco I respect your risk appetite, thread softly softly though.. NSE can be mean.
FCMB MM can pull stunts, they perform NSE magic in the last few mins of trading |

ihedioramma: The Central Bank of Nigeria will be pumping fresh dollars into the foreign exchange market this week. In the past two weeks, the CBN pumped $1.2 billion into the foreign exchange market to stem liquidity challenges faced by businesses and individuals across the nation. Isaac Okorafor, the bank’s spokesperson, confirmed the proposed action of the CBN, further stating that the bank is resolute in its decision to stabilise the naira and leave speculators with regrets. Okorafor also cautioned dealers in foreign exchange not to engage in any unwholesome practice that is detrimental to smooth operations in the market, warning that the CBN would impose heavy sanctions on any organization or official involved in such act. The CBN on Thursday pumped in fresh $170 million into the foreign exchange market, as foreign reserves hit 2017 high. The bank offered the sum of $100,000,000 as wholesale interventions, while it gave another $70,000,000 to meet requests for business and personal travel allowances. The nation’s foreign reserves hit 2017 high of $30 billion on Wednesday, the second time the reserves is crossing the $30 billion mark since Buhari took office in May, 2015. The current reality is even more worrying , despite pumping over $1 billion the rate has remained at 450 to a dollar and refused to drop further.. imagine if they didn't pump...with the drop in oil price and Nigeria's exemption from OPEC quota likely to lifted 1000 to a dollar would not be surprising in the nearest future. |
