Nice try... But he just proved that his own faith is not up to a mustard seed as described by Jesus Christ himself. Join the community of the second advent of Jesus Christ and get to know the truth which will then set you free. |
juniior:That is why the simple request I will make to you is to present reference of verses from the Holy Quran that supports what you just mentioned. I know you are not aware of any such reference in the Bible, but it will be given to you after you complete this simple task. If Islam comes to your mind upon hearing the word terrorism, then I'm sorry to tell you that that's the result of you being manipulated by the media against Islam and nothing else. History of various parts of the world and many religions are available for every unbiased individual to study and learn. |
Hanibbal:You are not to be blame, it's those that are misrepresenting the truth that are to be blamed. If you study both the Bible and Quran, you will find the latter to be better in its teaching than the former, while the former even advocates more of such teachings that you are afraid of than the latter. |
insidelife22:Can you study your Bible well and see that it advocates terrorism more than the Holy Quran? |
abbatoir:Not Muhammad (pbuh) but the Holy Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community. |
Righteousness2:The second coming of Jesus has already appeared but the world is still unconcerned. He has already appeared and gone like it's mentioned his coming would be like the coming of "a thief" at night. You shall see me no more until you say blessed is he who comes in the name of the lord. #IslamAhmadiyyat #MirzaGhulamAhamd(as) |
crafteck:The religion of Islam still remains a peaceful religion and it is the most peaceful religion of the world. If you are not having enough understanding about Islam doesn't make it less peaceful. And what some people or group are practicing "in the name of Islam" does not justify their claim if the revealed scripture of that religion is not in support of those acts and ideology.!!! Islam Ahmadiyya; the true Islam. www.alislam.org |

What the documentary "The Social Dilemma" (2020). You will get to understand more about your predicament ![]() |

Jesus interpreted the second coming of Elijah to be referring to John the Baptist. how is it now possible that his own second coming not be interpreted! The second coming of Jesus has already occurred in someo who is the founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community. strange right? Yes, Jesus said let him who wishes to believe should believe. www.alislam.org same Jesus of 2000 years ago will never return! |
O mankind! hearken, this is the prophecy of God Who made the Heavens and the Earth. He will spread this Movement in all the countries and will give it supremacy over all through reason and arguments. Remember, no one will descend from heaven. All our opponents who are living at present will die and not one of them will see Jesus, son of Mary, descend from the sky and then their children who survive them will also pass away and none of them will see Jesus, son of Mary, coming down from the heaven. Generations of their posterity will also perish and they too will not see the son of Mary descending from heaven. Then God will create restlessness in their hearts; that the day of the glory of the Cross had passed away and the world had taken another turn but Jesus, son of Mary, had still not come down from the sky. Then all the wise people will discard this belief and the third century from today will not have completed when all those who had been waiting for Jesus, both Muslims and Christians will despair of his coming and entertaining misgivings shall give up their belief and there will be only one Faith in the world and one preceptor. I came only to sow the seed. That seed has been sown by my hands. It will now grow and blossom forth and none dare retard its growth. https://www.alislam.org/articles/future-of-ahmadiyyat/ |
shadeyinka:the poison example... take your dictionary and check the meaning of "poison" and see if it allows for that or not. It definitely allows for such interpretation. because to poison might either be to harm or cause death. if the person does not die, it would definitely cause harm to him and hence the right usage of the word. look... if you still insist on your own meaning and understanding of the word crucify, no problem. But the fact still remains that the denial of the Holy Quran is not for this that he was hanged. No! the Holy Quran is only denying he dying as a result of that. let all the translators themselves claim to be much versed in the language that no one knows better than them ... There are Arabic dictionaries written by non Muslims who aren't Arabs. and there are renowned Arabic grammarians who were also not Arabs and also acknowledged by the Arabs. So that isn't something new. so why they adopted such translations, it is because that was what they believe. The made the translation to suit their beliefs... but Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) announced before everyone that Allah has blessed him with special understanding of the Holy Quran. He challenged all the so called Islamic scholars and also the Arabs all together... but no one could accept the challenge |
shadeyinka:those of his friends that died were crucified cos they died as a result of it. the one who did not died wasn't crucified.! the example of the firing squad you presented is actually in my favour and does not support your point. Because the person faced the firing squad but that never resulted in his death. Likewise, Jesus Christ experienced the pains of being hanged/nailed on the cross but that never in any way resulted to his death!!! You saying that the Holy Quran is emphatic on 1. Jesus did NOT die! (The end result of Crucifixion) this is wrong because the Arabic word used "maa Qataluuhu" does not in anyway refer to the end result of crucifixion!!! while the second that you mentioned: Jesus was not Crucified! "(Not hung on the tree with the intention to kill him)" .... is also not correct for the word "maa Solabuuhu" does not negate him being hanged on the cross! The Jews were divided into two groups with regards to the crucifixion. One is of the view that Jesus was first killed and the placed on the cross... while the other is of the view that he was placed on the cross and then died. Both views are rejected in this the wordings of the Holy Quran that "maa Qataluuhu wa maa Solabuuhu" |
shadeyinka:you asking me this ? when the Holy Quran is also saying that they follow conjectures on this issues! Know for certain that even the other translations presented have no evidence from the Quranic text that shows that a theirs person was involved. The Holy Quran never makes any form of inference to that. Yes I agree that there is difference between death and something that causes death and this.what I am also trying to draw your attention to. and my argument is that for one to be described as being crucified, the process must have been completed and result gotten. otherwise, if it falls short of that, the person cannot be described so. I hope you are a Muslim and believe in the Holy Quran.... If yes, read Quran Ch 5 Vs 4 where Allah speaks of the types of animals forbidden to us... He has used the words Munkhaniqatu, mauquuzatu, mutaraddiyatu and natiihatu. if the preliminary acts of these four categories are done but the animal still survives, would they still be considered to be forbidden? No. by using the word salaba, our attention is drawn towards the aim of the Jews. the Jews were not only aiming at hanging Jesus alone for that doesn't prove anything. Rather they want to see him die there because their law is that one who dies on the cross is an accursed of God. |
shadeyinka:Yes, the one who survived was not crucified. When the Quran says "maa solabuu hu" it doesn't mean to say that Jesus never went through the experience and that another was placed on the cross etc... No! The Holy Quran only denies the Jews failure to bring about the Death of Jesus by means of crucifixion!!! Having said that, now read the translation of the verse again: And their saying, ‘We did kill the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah;’ whereas they slew him not, nor crucified him, but he was made to appear to them like (one crucified); and those who differ therein are certainly in (a state of) doubt about it; they have no (definite) knowledge thereof, but only follow a conjecture; and they did not convert this (conjecture) into a certainty; Surah An-Nisa', Chapter: 4, verse: 158 |
shadeyinka:you are telling me to redefine English language... but have you forgotten what you mentioned in your definition of crucify? Look again at the definition you gave. If intention to kill is not there it can't be described so... this is just the English language. The Arabic is even more clear on this that Jesus cannot be described as been crucified as long as the process wasn't completed. He cannot be described as "masloob" ( one crucified)! |
shadeyinka:Good. So how would a person who was tied/nailed to a tree/stake/large wooden beam, but was brought down while still alive, be described? What word has been designated to describe such a one because such a person was also definitely not crucified! |
shadeyinka:yes, I agree he wasn't crucified... But what is the meaning of "crucify"? |
shadeyinka:No, I do not find it contradicting the plain teaching of the Holy Quran. Rather, the plain teaching of the Holy Quran is that Eesa, the son of Mary, survived the death on the cross, and migrated East ward in search of the 10 lost tribe where he later died a natural death. |
Guest007:understood. Thanks |
Guest007:I am not selling any idea to you, I am rather telling what The Holy Quran says. One who Denys after true knowledge has come to him/her would definitely suffer the punishment. Yes, it is not for me to decide and neither am I making any decision. Get it clear, "after the person has gotten knowledge of the truth or after the truth has been presented to him or her In a very clear manner but still chose to reject!" how can such a one be accepted by God!!! |
another major difference THE HOLY QURAN SAYS JESUS CHRIST IS DEAD AND NO MORE ALIVE!!! |
ysyowel:I don't need to go to the north to tell you that this one is false! Very false! There are convincing evidence that Jesus Christ has died a natural death. He is no more alive. The God of Islam is the only true and Living God. |
Guest007:lol... understand it in context. That perfection referred to is termed "itmaam-e-Nemat" perfection of bounty. and it's explanation has been given in scripturally. In order for you to deny what he said, you have to present the teaching of any of the religion you support. You cannot just deny without evidence saying you feel it should be like this or like that !!! |
Guest007:I don't know what you are correcting... Definitely, if such person from the People of The Book is in reality not aware of the advent of the Holy Prophet, then he/she can be excused. But if after they got to know about his advent, while it is also mentioned in their book that "The Prophet is coming" or "The comforter", making wrong interpretation would in no way make them not guilty. For if "wrong interpretation" would be an excuse for them, the same would apply for the Jews who rejected the advent of Jesus based upon their own clear understanding of their scripture that Elijah himself has to descend from heaven before the advent of the Messiah and that Jesus's interpretation of that to mean John the Baptist is no way acceptable.... However, it is a fact that they are wrong for denying Jesus Christ and the earn the wrath of Allah by that. So if the people of the book fail to recognise the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) after explanations have been made to them, then they have no excuse. to the best of my knowledge, such a one cannot be accepted into Allah's Mercy and would end up in hell for reformation. |
tintingz:it is. You should try to understand it. It is a perfect teaching for the need of their "time". and right now, they have become imperfect! Why? because, the doors of divine communication is closed in those religions. God no more takes care of them! |
I cannot describe a person who leaves Islam as an Ignorant merely because he left, but can describe him so if the reasons he is presenting really depicts his ignorance. likewise, a convert might also be ignorant of facts about Islam. He may not be accepting it out of conviction but maybe out of some benefits he is seeking... Allah knows best. A born Muslim can very much be ignorant of what Islam actually is if he/she does not study it or is not properly taught. There is more to Islam than the way it is being presented. |
tintingz:Yes, it was perfect for that time and people it was sent to. what you need to understand is that teachings were sent before Islam to specific people and not to last for eternity. That's why they all never claimed perfection in the sense that that was the final message. Rather, they contain information about the coming of another who is to give them another form of guidance! so the teachings given to them then was perfect for that time, but when the person foretold to appear later actually appeared, and another teaching sent, then if they still insist on following the old teaching, that would be their own fault and not God's. |
