Mtncardseller:Are you this much of an illiterate? I gave you a source(Wikipedia) to prove where MMM has crashed other than Nigeria and all you can say is type gibberish without any proof to counter my claim? No wonder you are into MMM, intelligence is so far from you. |
Ofornaira:South Africa In 2015 MMM began operating in South Africa with the same business model as MMM-2011, claiming a "30% per month" return through a "social financial network".[4] The group was identified as a possible pyramid scheme by the National Consumer Commission and accounts of clients were later frozen by Capitec Bank.[5] In response to mounting criticism and official investigations by state authorities in 2016 supporters of the South African MMM scheme staged a protest march in Johannesburg.[6] and has started up again late November 2016. Zimbabwe On July 2015. MMM East Africa, launched subsidiary "MMM Global Zimbabwe" targeting the Zimbabwe population.[12] MMM offered it's participants "30% per month" return on all investments. [13] It soon became widely popular in Urban areas of Zimbabwe, The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe warned it's citizens to stay clear of the program as it could be a fraudulent scheme. [14] On September 2016, MMM Global Zimbabwe issued a freeze on all accounts, speculations suggest that this occurred due to a fall in number of participants. On 5 September 2016, all MMM accounts were unfrozen, and members were encouraged by MMM to continue "investing" their money, however the MMM unfreeze came with a catch; Members would get an 80% loss of their available funds should they decide to withdraw their funds.[15]This made some participants let their funds remain in the program while others withdrew their funds to suffer an 80% loss of their money "invested". [16] This affected 66,000 Zimbabweans and caused some economic instability.[17] China In January 2016 the Chinese government banned MMM on the grounds that it is a pyramid scheme, (Ponzi scheme), and it is not registered in the country (and as a fraudulent scheme cannot be registered). Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MMM_(Ponzi_scheme_company) I hope I have cured you of your ignorance? You are welcome! |

Hatched from the egg of impunity: A fowl called Corruption! Later on someone would say Goodluck was a good president, how can a leader let massive looting to be freely perpetrated at the highest level to this regard? ![]() During GEJ's regime: I wanted to implement TSA. I wanted to implement BVN I wanted to complete Abuja-Kaduna railway. I wanted to start Lagos-Calabar coastal railway. I wanted to build 2nd Niger Bridge. I wanted to build refinery. I wanted to diversify economy. I wanted to clean Niger Delta. I wanted to defeat Boko Haram. I wanted to build Marine University I wanted to fight corruption electronically. I wanted to implement Confab Report. The only project successfully completed was LOOTING! ![]() |
Some Nigerians though, they are more bitter than a mouthful of salt! |
Like the dollar hasn't fu*ked the Naira enough, y'all want to see exchange rates on the scoreboard right? ![]() |
tosin400:Since this is about correcting and finding something wrong from what others have said, please allow me to correct you as well: It is Ghanaian and not Ghanian okay? ![]() |
The way girls dress these days, I just pity prostitutes ...their customers can't identify them again. |
SamMilla1:JUST SHUT UP!!!! I cant believe this, our legislators are blatantly stealing from us and you don't count it a worthy fight for this government to end that. You talk about economic hardship, how won't there be hardship when our legislators pad the budget in excess of hundreds of billions for their personal gain thereby cheating us of our collective right. The system was dirty prior to now and i believe its cleaning will come with some hardship and opposition from supporters of thieves like you! For crying out sake Buhari is just one year in office, he is not a magician! Judge Buhari after his four years tenure. I support Buhari not because he is a magician, i support him because if other administrations were this bent on getting rid of corruption we won't be in the mess we are now, the billions of dollars stolen is nothing to you right? And if Buhari's administration steals as well then they would know the next administration would "witch-hunt" them seriously as well, if politicians are scared of the next administration coming after monies they stole then i think that's good for us all as a nation. Prior to now they stole with impunity and slept with their eyes closed in peace, that's not the case any longer. |
At long last Blackberry Hamburg (DTEK50) is here! Its been dubbed as "The most secured Android phone" and I don't doubt it, Blackberry's security is second to none! The former Android Blackberry(Priv) is a magnificent machine but its price is high. I'm still waiting for the other Android Blackberry though, Blackberry Rome. I can't do without physical keyboard(QWERTY) so I'd wait for the beautiful Blackberry Rome with its picture attached below. I don't think any phone can match Blackberry's rugged strength, security and durability, with years of hard usage and it still rocks on without issues.

First of all, do you have a letter of employment? Was there a probation period you have successfully completed prior to you being confirmed as a staff? From what you said, the owner of the school asked you be given a probation offer letter on knowing you are pregnant. I don't think you have much to do here, employers always set a three to six months probation for new staff, you are just two months there, so I think legally they have a right to say you haven't successfully satisfied the probation period, that's the harsh truth. If you were given a letter of employment without a probation period then as a confirmed staff you are legally capable to sue them, in this case you can't. Logically as well, I don't think any company would smile at new staff taking a long leave when they just joined the company. I hope you are given a severance pay package if you are to be laid off though. All the best to you. |
Here is what I think happened: 3 girls get driven from school for school fees, one of them tells the others they can go stay at her boyfriend's house. When they arrived, the other girls decided to join in the fun with the boyfriend and girlfriend and also got naked. Too bad the stupid guy is so much of a pervert he is dating an underage girl and also wanted to taste variety as well. |
The top has 9 rows and 17 bundles which is 153 bundles, then 10 rows downwards takes us to 1530. So N250,000 a bundle, multiply that and what we have is N382,500,000. Simple! ![]() |
damoneymag:Are you just grossly ignorant or you are just trying hard to be foolish? Isn't this topic about Buhari? So I can't talk about the person in question? And why don't you ask the people pouring insults on Buhari as well what relevance their insults is to the topic. Learn to shut up if you can't comprehend properly okay? |
Nice one! May God keep on giving you the strength to clean Nigeria of decades of mess. Cleaning a dirty system comes with hardship at first, right minded Nigerians know this. To all those folks always bad mouthing the president, PDP had 16 years to lock up all APC/AC,ANPP crooks up if they were interested in fighting corruption as they were elected and paid to do. If they couldn't do that and APC is now locking PDP crooks up, I for one don't want to hear their sob stories. So long as some crooks are getting locked up, that is progress. Ok, let's call it a witch hunt, witch hunting is good for the common man, when leaders are scared that the next administration would witch hunt them of their corrupt practises they would take be deterred, so even Buhari's administration should be scared of future witch hunt, that's a healthy system for our common funds. Prior to now under past administrations, it was "Steal and don't have fear for tomorrow". That has totally changed now! |

wayaa007: I don't think the Mods need to be porn addicts or snake addicts though, they are just being smart to the heavy traffic generated by such related content.Drop ten different topics on frontpage at the same time, you'd see that the snake and cleavage topics would have the highest views while the other topics would be rarely viewed, tell me if you are a Mod won't you keep bringing such highly viewed topics to frontpage? Its called giving Nairaland readers what they love viewing and that's more money for Nairaland as they would have more clicks. |
Listen up, ego might make men feel bad to accept a woman who cheats but when a woman who you are dating/courting/married to cheats there are only two reasons involved, either one or both; Reason 1: She is sexually loose, cheap and promiscuous, meaning she does not have high morals in regards to sex. Mind you, for some women, this licentious character could be natural from the start of their lives (don't ask me how) or they could without plan pick up such a character from wrong peer influence, greed/discontent or personal resolve to be promiscuous. Reason 2: She has developed feelings for the person she cheated with. Its only a promiscuous woman who sleeps with just any man who she hasn't developed feelings for. Except she is being raped, no classy and well groomed woman sleeps with a guy she doesn't have a pinch of feelings for. Even if the feelings are not that deep but there always exist some level of affection. Now take a look at these two reasons which come into play for a woman to cheat and you'd see why most men don't see the need to stick to a woman who cheats, its either she is promiscuous or she has to some level developed feelings for the person she cheated with. No man wants to be with a cheap woman and no man wants a woman who has already developed feelings for another man. You may say if its the case of the 2nd reason that the first man should accept her back if she confesses and apologises, but women are beautiful beings whose feelings are a deep ocean, somethings after she is caught cheating and apologises and decides to drop the 2nd guy she cheated with, along the line the initial feelings which made her cheat in the first place with the 2nd guy come ravaging her again and women love things which cause mystery in their hearts, that's where the cheating continues. There are few cases where a woman whom her man cheated on her also decides to pay back and because of the hurt she decides to sleep with someone else, this can happen and it won't mean she is a cheap prostitute or has developed feelings for the guy she is cheating with, it would just be a pay back thing to hurt her man as well. So except in the situation of a pay back kind of cheating thing, any women caught cheating is cheating because she is promiscuous or because she has developed feelings for someone else and that's enough reason to make any wise man not wanna give her a second chance. Men can have sex just the fun, yeah, that makes the man promiscuous (as regards to being cheap and loose for a woman) but a man can also have sex with a lady and have no feelings whatsoever for the lady, that's the edge women lack in this. So to a large extent, there is wisdom for men not wanting to take back a woman who cheats. |
Nice info! I like the toilet photo, everywhere clean and nice! But why are there support rails around the toilet? Do people who use it vibrate so much that they need support not to fall off the toilet seat? ![]() |
How long will this continue in Nigeria? Contract staff for bank operations, contract staff for bank call centres and contact staff for telecom companies keep on complaining about this same issue. Especially these call centre agents, I have heard about the huge hearing health risks on the job and all, but they are still treated like trash. Tomorrow NLC would ask that Nigerians should go on strike to fatten their fat pockets over fuel hike when its core issues like this which they should be protesting over and seeking adequate measures to withdraw licences of companies engaging in such. In other countries jobs like this are done by people with high school diplomas, but because of the high level of unemployment over here you see 2:1 University graduates doing such jobs in suffering. Its so sad that foreigners come and bank on the sorry state of unemployment here, they slap people around knowing they'd rather take being slapped around than being unemployed and dying of hunger, how sad! |
Is Wizkid this small and petite in size? Wizkid has a pathetic dress sense here, even though Chris is also wearing something very informal his dress sense is cool and fits him, Wizkid looks rather not cool! And is the California sun giving Wizkid sunburns or something? ![]() |
twentyk:Your ignorant self better shut up! Messi is NOT a prisoner, Messi has never been imprisoned! If you think otherwise give me proof. Messi has won a trophy for his country, are you a kid who started watching football last year? Go and do your research. Messi is younger than Ronaldo yet he has won more trophies and personal awards than Ronaldo. |
Really? "It's tempting in a rapidly changing, rapidly growing mobile market to change for the sake of change – to mimic what's trendy and match the industry-standard, kitchen-sink approach of trying to be all things to all people." John Chen- Blackberry CEO |
"Be wary of the man who urges an action in which he himself incurs no risk." ~ Wise words by Seneca |
SamMilla1:You must be suffering from acute lack of comprehension! Please show me anywhere in the report where Buhari used the word "I". He said "Whoever deter us from fighting corruption will suffer the consequences" You call Buhari a dullard yet he is the president of your country, and you Mr wise man who are you please? What have you achieved in your pathetic life Mr wise man? First of all go and learn basic comprehension from an 8 year old before you spit out nonsense! |
I wish women understood there is no such
thing as a "main chick" OR "side chick" OR "first chick" either. If you ain't the ONLY chick, you're a DUMB chick! |
Mine is Isaiah 60:16 - "Thou shalt also suck the milk of the gentiles" ![]() |
Every woman has a price, everyone! When a person sees the utmost need to cross certain set boundaries for survival, I bet you they will. After all, our so called moral compasses are all arbitrarily minded. Some women's price might be financial, some might be emotional, some might be status, some might be appearance, once you can attain her price you can have any woman! |
idensko:Yeah, run away with your tail between your legs, run along like a cowardice filled rabid dog! And also, please its "valuable" and not "valueable" okay? Jeez! I can't believe your poor dad wasted his little savings to give you some education and you can't spell basic words which even 3 year olds know, what a pity for your and your generation! |
How sad! As much as I sympathise with them I'd like to say that their affirmation is wrong! Most of these corrupt politicians would stash large stolen wealth away enough to feed their 3 generations. Their pension bank account would be filled with cobwebs because that money would be chicken change. I just pray Buhari's anti corruption fight should be efficient enough to end this trend of thieving politicians we have. |
