See what I have been reading on page 1 and 2. 160- 200km-275 km/h
I thought speed limit was between 80-100kmph on expressway. I don't think can't sit in a vehicle driving more than 110kmph max, doesn't matter if the road is smooth like Lagos Ibadan expressway.
I hope some people won't be encouraged by this thread to do fast and furious with their vehicles, sha remember we barely have emergency response oo and there are other cray people on that road.

WibusJaga: .
Quite ridiculous that a whole General Hospital will refer one of newly born twins to a Private Clinic because of lack of bed space.
Won't be surprised the private clinic is owned by a doctor in the General hospital, or the owner is a close ally of someone in the General Hospital. What would you have the hospital do if there's no space? According to the story there was one bed space left for one of the twins. The health of the twins take priority, if they needed admission and there was no space, it makes sense to refer to the hospital they know is capable. Though a Lagos State hospital might have handled it better, there's Massey, Lasuth and luth they could have been referred to even if the Gen hospitals don't have space |

ruqoyahadenike: The bilirubin test was repeated and the result showed a very high level of bilirubin, contrasting with the test done earlier at the lab. He was blindfolded and placed under the phototherapy light in the nursery as it was night time already before we got to the hospital.
The following day, the pediatrician in charge of treating him expressed his confusion because aside his yellow eyes and urine, no other symptoms accompanied his jaundice. He's perfectly fine. After two days of placing him under the lamp, his blindfold was removed and we had to go for other tests, abdominal scan and blood culture.
He was later placed on antibiotics for 8days as they suspected and confirmed that it was infection.
On the 11th day, he was discharged with his eyes and urine still very yellow and we were told to come for a follow up test and check up on the 3rd of January...
He's now a month and six days old with his eyes and urine not showing any sign of getting lighter. That's on one hand.
Sorry again for the loooong post Hello ma'am, I would advise you take that child to a teaching hospital, I had a baby with prolonged jaundice some years back, was referred to Lasuth to see a pediatric gastroenterologist after all the initial phototherapy and treatment at the mother and child hospital but the eyes and urine were still very dark Yellowish tint at 6 weeks. No other symptom except the yellowing. We ran all manner of tests, scans at Lasuth but they all came out clean so they couldn't find what caused it. It later cleared up on its own at almost 6 months miraculously. If you are a praying type also pray, very important. All will be well. |

Kobonaire234: It is because Nigerians do not pay back loans on time, hence the disgrace methods.
If Nigerians were paying loans on time, and IF we had a better records system, and a better address system in this nation, we won't need to resort to this (a similar company in say the UK would just track you via your address records/postcode)
The problem is, if we don't pay back loans on time, these companies won';t have money to pay new customers, and we would once again be at the mercy of criminal agents and so forth if they fold up. Let's not take loans we have no intention of paying back or we cannot pay back. Better to starve for some days (like I did once! ) than to take on a burden that is too much.
Having said that, this is something that, speaking as a christian, CAN should look into. For muslims, even NSCIA. If the church and mosque could set up a loan company that their faithful and even non faithful could take a loan of say N10000 and pay it back in N1000 instalments over ten months, without interest, maybe we may get somewhere. Every church could contribute ten percent of offerings every sunday to the loan company...which could work in the form of an app. Bad idea, Nigerians won't pay and then you will hear Jesus paid it all. They will quote Bible or Quran for you. You never see something. |

Alfred74: Don't take the loan if you can't adher to terms and conditions. No one is forcefully coerced into taking a 50% interest loan. This is more like a case of paying 2m for a rent. when rent is due, tenant goes into defence mode saying 2m is too high, did the landlord force the tenant in the first place?
You enter Mr Biggs chop rice and chicken, you were aware of the price of their food before eating. After u chop finish you talk say their food too expensive say u no go pay. Does that make sense? If the rate is too high, leave the loan company and go get loan from friends and families,it's not a rocket science.
Nigerians will see fire, put head inside cone still dey complain, chai!!!
People wey dey even borrow friends and family money without interest, dem no dey gree pay back. Go check eye-opener for Instagram dem full there. Nigerians are mean people. So right at bolded, the set of entitled people won't pay friends, won't pay family will also not pay loan companies. |

AbdulMagaji: You don't borrow money by mistake you sef see an Nigerians have bad repayment attitude EOD, look at people jumping up and down the thread giving tips on how to avoid repayment, how they are illegal blehblehbleh, a simple advise as Do Not Take a loan from the so called illegal apps is not on their mind. The loan people sef as much as they no try, they must have realized that they need to go crazy to get their funds back. They are illegal abi so stop patronizing them, if nobody takes a loan from these people will there be opportunity to defame any one? NO but for some people they see is as an opportunity for free MONEY, some never even had the intention to pay. STOP TAKING THEIR ILLEGAL LOANS AND REST. Thats why I hail Lapo, they will collect their money if it means to come carry your property. They are kings when it comes to recovery. |

Wait first let's leave Yul matter aside he is on his own crying on SM up and down. He knows what's eating him up.
How many men can provide fully for 2 women? NL boys that are shouting up and down supporting polygamy, can they support polygamy financially.
Men are even struggling despite the fact that their wives work full time and also provide now we are talking polygamy, seriously?
Whether your religion supports it or not, it really doesn't make economic sense for an average earner. Everything should not be about sex sex sex because I know that's what's motivating some people, different varieties.
Leave polygamy for the rich, even the rich some of them avoid polygamy even if the religion supports it.
Personally I would never advice my enemy to be a polygamist. |

Eyah, she (your girlfriend) too should have known better.
As a lady, giving gifts to Inlaws potential inlaws etc needs wisdom because a random act of what you think you call kindness can be seen as something else e. g desperation to be accepted. Some would say the gifts were out of line, some would accept it some would reject it. Buying clothes seems out of line for some people.
I know someone who was chastised for spraying her boyfriends mother money while dancing during a party.
Now I doubt your mum would reject a small basket of fruits.
Well you would have to return it to her with style. |
