There are no ethnic minorities in Katsina. It is a pure Hausa & Fulani state. There are are indigenous christian minorities though, lots of them, but I don't think this fight is against them, cos if it had been, the christian associations would have spoken up long ago.

To begin with, Benue & Plateau states have the highest population in the region (check registered voters) and Benue is 97% christian while Plateau is 80% christian. Kwara & Niger have muslim majority but it is just with 60-70%.
Kogi is 50/50 while Nasarawa is 60% christian. FCT is 70% christian by indigeneship, by settlers it would be like 80% christian.

I don't agree with Dangote. Smuggled goods can only come in when they are cheaper and better than locally made goods. Nigerians don't have good pricing policy. Prices of locally made goods are too expensive. The activities of middle men is not helping. If a bag of locally made rice cost 15k, imported rice that cost much less will find it's way in.

Let's find ways to produce our goods and make them as cheap as possible, no one will bother to import. Afterall, how did Benin Republic produce theirs very cheap that it gets our patronage?

Yoruba is not even an official language in any country.

Smaller African languages like Zulu, Xhosa, Luganda, Kinyarwanda-Kirundi, Tswana, Lingala, Wolof e.t.c have the ability to last longer and be more influential than yoruba because all of these languages have official statuses in their respective countries and their children are taught to read and write first in these languages from their childhood before learning English/French.

They speak Lacumi. Lacumi is a form of Yoruba that has been influenced by Spanish. What really surprised me is how they keep the culture for hundred of years.

They were late slave arrivals of about 200 years ago and they were heavily concentrated in one area, this helped them easily maintain their culture. They were not mixed and seperated based on languages as was the case with earlier arrivals of slave ships elsewhere in other parts of the Americas.
