My Rav4 consumes too much fuel, full tank (55 litters) does 150km only I have done scan twice, they said the 02 sensors are not working.

I will appreciate contact of a good rewire in Lagos that can help me fix this 02 sensor issue. Any other solutions will be appreciated.

Honda Odyssey 07

1. Power doors don't open fully
You can watch youtube videos but a panel beater should fix this less than 5k if the mechanism isnt the issue

2. D light blinks once in a while
if the D light blinks without driveability issues, you need to check the transmission fluid color and check the level, if dark you will have to replace it. stop driving the car for now to avoid transmission failure

3. Radiator fan connected directly, but when I turn on AC temp starts rising
you have to check your cooling system, thermostat, water pump, radiator itself and the cover, the reserve tank, fans, their blowing speed and direction each check will let you know what to do next

4. Worn linkages
replace linkages but for me suspension work accompanies many other things like absorber condition, sway bars, bushings etc.

5. Scan code says no thermostat and 02 sensor.
you can replace all this ones but switching that vehicle to factory will be expensive, when dollar official rate was #500 O2 sensors were selling @ 30k each and your car uses 3 as its a V6, maybe each one will be 50k currently


Please, like how much will it cost me to fix these?
Are there any that can be done DIY to reduce cost?

Location is Lagos, ejigbo, ikotun and environs.

Any recommendations for a good Honda mech that won't kazeem the vehicle.

Please I need your advice on this too, but first what do you mean by drying. I bought a tokunbo 2004 Corolla, last year and I changed the engine oil on spot before driving out of the car lot, i didn’t know the required specification of oil as at then but I noticed they serviced it with mobile oil and changed oil filter, I wasn’t satisfied with the oil so I asked around and I was told to go with total quartz 5000 and I changed the mobile oil within the first 31 days and I serviced the car every 3 months with total quartz 5000 fro 9 months before discovering the right oil was total 5w30 and then I changed again to mobile fully synthetic 5w30 the only changes have experienced so far is that my car doesn’t steam white smoke 💨 anymore in the morning when I turn the engine on to warm up before driving off, don’t know if it’s the hot weather or the new mobile 5w30.

Snr man, so I got this new honda accord engine last year, the mechanic used SuperV 20w50 engine oil on installation. I have done oil change twice using same oil but my mind no reach ground cus i feel it's too thick and I know better now.

What do you suggest chief? I plan on switching to Mobil 2000 5w30.
