Hmm... HBG, great job you did there. You were very detailed... More detailed than I can ever be. Tied up lots of lose ends. Impressive. However... (1) I feel the image you painted of Victor Obatola kinda lives up to hype expectation of HIM (kudos), but it's not consistent with the detail you added about him replacing the late Mr Ibe the 'regional policeman', Lucan's boss. A policeman does not cut the big bad boss image for me, unless he's the IG. I feel that replacement part is better off not included. (2) You changed Sharon's last name from Ojemen to Johnson. (3) A nine month pregnancy cannot be flat. (4) Your image of Bamo as a killer out on a revenge mission is not in sync with the image of the limping man as a professional assassin sent to do the bidding of HIM. From your piece you have already implied that they are the same person. (5) Eclampsia (not Eclimpsia) does not just manifest suddenly the way it did in Enike's case. There are unmistakeable pre-eclampsia symptoms which can help one avoid eclampsia. Most times, the blindness comes after resuscitation from a seizure-birthed coma in an eclampsia patient, not before. (6) The guy who got Enike pregnant seemed young and incapable of transforming into Chief Koko after 13 years. (7) The part about Ayodele, Tracy and Bamo being siblings did not do it for me, especially the part where Ayodele was killed for knowing amongst other things, that Tracy is his sister. It raises a question as to when he knew, before or after he killed her? Also, did Bamo know that he murdered his own half brother? Was that part of the revenge mission he was on? (8.) The unveiling of the identity of a character to the readers ought not to have any direct effect on the character's routine actions. For example, it's surprising that HIM suddenly updates and writes his full name, just because the readers now know who he is. Why would he do that? Nice job HBG. A bit confusing though, but I love the new twist you introduced. |
OCTAVO: Yeah, this is exactly my point.Yeah, processor too, and N3 does not even have a secondary camera for video calls. |
ItsModella: I'm sorry, come again ![]() |
Em... HBG, you kinda lost me there. Maybe it's cause I read it on the move. Would re-read later and have my say. You turned David and Sharon to lovers? These romance babes sef ![]() |
Francheezy: and bettercheck up N3 specs and compare. Q1 has a better camera, larger internal memory, better battery... Besides hotspot which I'm not sure if this one has, all Q1 features are either the same with or better than N3. Price is the only meaningful advantage N3 has. |

AngelEbi: See, I'm nt saying he shuld come right out n say 'hey sweetie, wat kind of ring do u want?' Bt he shuldknw wat I like. Before I get a gift for hm, I make sure its sometin he's goin to appreciate. Nw dats wat I'm saying, is dat too much?don't mind if I do *servicing guilotine* ![]() |

AngelEbi: Which one be captain n ship again? Why are u making a big deal abt d ring stuff seeing its only an example? My point is, in a relationship, u dnt take decisions witout consulting ur partner especially if its an 'us' decisionha! Don't turn tables jor. You cited it as an example and I simply tagged along. I got your point the first time, but the ring thing you mentioned was a poor example of an 'us' decision. ![]() |
princesa: i know, but indulge me just once"Am just simple, but can be complicated at times......i try not to confuse reality for fairy tale." ![]() Na madam Ishi you go tell to indulge you o. Chilo's future lies in her pen. ![]() |
AngelEbi: Help me tell amlol... I know your type and how to handle them. Two captains cannot be on my ship sha. If she makes the number of studs on an engagement ring a big deal, I'd buy a nice single stud ring on purpose and watch her reject it. ![]() |
Idowuogbo: U better stop mschewwwing, if I no like I no go wear am. U copy?See what I mean when I say many gals too dey stress petty things? So if I wan buy babe engagement ring I go tell am first so she go describe the design she like? The ring is just a symbol. Reject the ring, reject what it stands for. ![]() |
AngelEbi: Is true na. I'm nt d kind of girl dat gets excited over evry engagement ring. U ave to ask me for my preference so I'll be proud to wear it. For instance, I hate rings wit just one studmtscheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew! ![]() |
timpaker: lolz. I deserve fresh air joor (i need it even if GEJ can't guarantee me that). people often wonder how i got stuck with her, infact it surprises me the more. And i don't want a negative around my necke don do jor. Stop pushing blame like it's hard drugs . I'm sure there are things you do that she doesn't like either. |
debayun: It is a big crime and a crime against humanity if I dnt say those 3 words (I love u) chai nah die b dat its lyk unleashing adolf hitler on myself ![]() |
Inosenduatall: Lol... Awesome thread! I hate when she starts telling me about all her numerous toasters. Like seriously, who cares?? I don't wanna hear it!! *covers ears* lalalalalalalalalalalalahahahaha... Damn! Girls are actually alot more similar than I had thought. ![]() |
Goldienana: I hate it when he use d latter K to respond to me, n hardly opens mouth to say I love u 1st,,, he likes being d one always saying I love u too. His ma handsome though and I love him..smh. Gals can like petty things sha. Even if a guy dies for his girl, he still does not love her if he does not tell her "I love you" first. ![]() |
timpaker: 1. Always been introduced to everyone that cares to listen as her Husband especially her colleagues.hmmm... Can totally relate with this. |
mysticgal: really pisses me off when i want to talk to a guy and he ignores me,it makes me go back to my shell.wetin you de feel like sef?A guy or YOUR guy? Look the question again o ![]() |
Terrible editing. The editor for use sense bend the letters follow the cloth na. |
@op, nice points, but I disagree with 1 and 4. POINT 1: I see the unrest in the north (whether in a religious mask) as a religio-political attempt at rubbishing the current administration. The attitude of their leaders towards boko haram proves this. The northerners believe power belongs to them and when they finally get it, their leaders would know how to control their people. POINT 4: Subsidy removal/reduction has not necessarily boosted our economy the way the govt claimed it would. If our economy would collapse, GEJ's feeding budget and other unnecesary spending would have since made it so. |
