lol, Ekiti diasporians are really doing it big o. My mother is from Ekiti and I have lately been hearing a lot of Ekiti people coming together to make Ekiti better.

yes, I wear them all the time. Just take them out before you go to sleep and put the lenses back in the case with the solution or it will become dry and prone to breaking. Every morning after putting your contacts on, pour out your old solutions. Please do not reuse. Make sure you wash your hands before putting them on and try not to let your contacts or solutions get in contact with water. There are organisms in water that can cause an eye infection, so in other words, make sure your hands are completely dry when putting them on. You might want to invest in some eye drops for contact lenses because there are times during the day when the lenses will be too dry or it may have some dirt on them and eyedrops can be an efficient way to clean the contacts and get some mositure rather than taking the contacts out cleaning it which can be a hassle sometimes.

I don't believe in spanking. It never works. A child that is going to turn wayward will turn wayward regardless of how many spanking he or she receives, but with love and discipline from the parents, it can be avoided. There are ways to discipline children without spanking. I have heard stories of the way Nigerian parents discipline their children and I honestly think most of it them are plain children abuse. Putting pepper in a girls vagina, beating the day lights out of a child till the child went unconscious. Uisng a cable to beat a child. Abeg your child is not an animal.

I have a Galaxy s, which is a samsung droid phone and so are HTC phones. I love my Galaxy. I don't even know I used other phones before this. Blackberrys are popular in Nigeria and they were popular in the US for a while, but in the US we have graduated to bigger and better phones. Most of my friends that are still on blackberry are looking for ways to switch their phones to a droid or Iphone. Everyone knows blackberry shares have been falling since 2010.

I am from Ondo state, Akoko specifically and the yorubas from Ondo state generally tend to have a large Edo influence since Edo is their next door neighbor.

[b]Men are hypocrites. Men always claim they like a woman with less make up, more natural, etc. Basically bull sh#t. Have you noticed the kind of black women that gets the most attention from guys? They are far from natural. These women wear the most makeup, wear the most weaves, etc.  When you ask guys who they consider beautiful, who do they name? People like Kim Kardashian and Beyonce. All these women with fake long hair, fake eyelashes, fake booty, fake bosom and this contributes to women wanting to look like these celebrities subconsiciously. Guys will say they like natural,  but when at the club or at a party they walk up to the fakest girl.  Why don't guys take their own advice and start chasing towards the more natural women and I bet you will se a change in Women's attitude.

I have learned that guys just like the idea of a natural woman more than a natural woman herself.  They don't want to know that make up and fake hair is what his making their girlfriend or fiance look beautiful. For example, a guy will complain about his woman putting on makeup, but once you put on the make up, they give you a compliment.

I lost over 60 lbs in 8 months. I went from weighing 226 to now weighing 160. My exercise routine was walking out 6days a week with an hour of Cardio. I run for 20 minutes and I am on the elliptical for 40 minutes. I eat regularly, but not too much.

I love facebook and  all it's craziness. The people that annoy me  the most are those that never update their status or change their picture. I even forget they are on facebook self. I also hate people that over promote their party with their annoying notifications, but apart from that, I love the people that update their status. They keep me entertained. I have also learned that the most quiet people on facebook are the one that are the most nosiest. Just because they are not updating their status doesn't mean they are not logging on every five minutes reading other people's status.

wow@500. Whats the point of building the school? waste of money. My highschool in The US had atleast 2,000 students and there were at least 3,000 students enrolled as freshmen in my college.

Atheism is a religion according to my definition of what religion is. Religion is a faith based belief and that belief is the ultimate value.
first, atheism is a religion because there is no empirical evidence that God does or doesn't exist so to belief that God does not exist is to be acting by faith. Remember faith is something that cannot be proven. Second, atheism is a religion because it is a belief that God doesn't exist.

Considering we have yet to get details on what most all intend to accomplish ( I know IBB, and Atiku have made attempts to explain theirs), I think it is a bit premature to make final decisons on the best or better of all the candidates. However, I am rooting for a change in ruling party and a reduction in the number of current crooks we have in charge today. I think Buhari/Chris Okotie might be it for me for a while. If they turn out to be like the old, at least we get a new Party's Report card and maybe new set of thieves rather than continuing to allow the same old Gang continue to pillage with no spreading of the wealth.

I agree with you. Nigeria has had the same party for the past 12 years and things are not getting better. Why don't we try a new party to see what they offer. Right now PDP has a strong hold on the country so they feel like they can do whatever they want. If a viable opposition party emerge and actually win. PDP will be force to actually get their act together in order to win for the next election. Competition between parties is good in a democracy. I don't know too much about Goodluck, but since he is associated with PDP thats already lower his rank in my book. I don't know too much about Ribadu, but I am willing to give him a chance.

^^^^^, sorry, but there is no reason to jail him. If he owns a Koran and he wants to burn it, why should he go to jail. The government of the United States protect his right. It's called freedom of expression, religion, speech, etc. I understand that what he did was wrong and he put thousands of life at stake, but what I don't understand is why do thousands of innocent civilian Christians all around the world have to live in fear because some people that are apart of the religion of peace are threatening innocent life because of what some crazy nut Job decides to do in florida.

in all honesty, if it was a bible event day, nobody would cares. Well at least it wouldn't receive as much attention as it receives now which I find hilarious that Muslims say they are a religion of peace, but everybody is scared of the religion of peace because they know they are easily provoke. lol@ this question. The question should have been does God actually exist regardless of religion? The basic concept of any religion is faith. What is faith? Faith is the building block of all religion. Believing that God or any supernatural being exist without empirical or testable evidence. People voluntarily chose to be either Muslims or Christians, Hindu, etc because they have faith that their belief is the ultimate value without any proof. All religions exist by faith alone. When people start asking testable or empirical question on religions which are based on faith then they will always get disappointed by the answers. The point is you are not going to sway anyone to see your point of view or your belief by providing evidence to back up your view because people practicing those religions are not practicing their belief because of empirical evidence. It's all faith.
