While you do have a valid point in a normal world/democracy, OTOH, DSS might have intelligence report of incriminating exhibits at the judges residences, BTW, the judges are bottom line of our predicaments; I got no love for corrupt judges. They are the reason why politicians think they can get away with everything.

They are lucky this is not China . . . not everything can be done properly with due process.

It is the president's decision, if he gets it wrong, it will be his mistake and undoing, if he gets it right, it will be his glory -- I just want the people to win for once, and this damn corrupt old f00ls won't let that happen.
In China Judges are not abducted, they are arrested in daylight and tried publicly for their crimes.

This midnight abduction is wrong in all ramifications.

And both Buhari and his APC followers will attract the apathy of Nigerians when they finally leave office, the same apathy the PDP is facing at the moment.

Send corrupt judges to jail, else they will ruin this country.
What's wrong with issuing warrant of arrest and inviting them for questioning.

How is abducting them fighting corruption.

Buhari forgot he won't be in power forever, this people would seek justice when he leaves office.

Must you people pull rubbish out of your arsess? grin grin

Fashola alone delivered more projects in Lagos than the FG did all over Nigeria since independence.... grin grin.[/s]
Kiddo, get my off my post.

I am sure your Fashola built all the institution's in Yaba.

Your Fashola also built the Governor's lodge(his residence for 8 years) in Marina, down to Broad Street(NSE, CBN, e.tc.) and Awolowo way Ikoyi.

Guess u are right.

Lagos had her own fare share of Federal presence/attention before now and think she is still enjoying some till date.

For me I'll love to see the federal government carryout capital projects in other states, especially in the area of town/city planning, road and utility networks.
More than 80% of the infrastructure in Lagos came from the FG.

From stadiums, airports, FESTAC, seaports, road networks, e.t.c they are all from the FG.

Story of TINAPA is an evidence of the lopsided nature of Nigeria.

Imagine TINAPA is located in the SW the story will have been different.

Abuja is truly a "pampered child" if we want to be sincere with ourselves. God! U need to be in the FCT to see things for urself. The security, infrastructures... It makes me wonder why the absolute federal neglect of other states.
That comment really provoked the Northern senators.

Because the same money spent on FG projects in Lagos was spent in Abuja.

And most of these funds can for Crude oil.

The Northern elites and Politicians know this, because they ruled Nigeria more than every other group.

If you claimed Abuja is a pampered child, what will you call Lagos.

Unfortunately for you and your kind with such ignorant and childish understanding.

Lagos being transit or entry point for goods means nothing and contributes little or nothing to Lagos state.

In what way anything landing in n Lagos contributes anything? Are all the goods going to be sold and consumed in Lagos or is Lagos taxing the buyers and sellers of the same goods in your village, in Kano, maiduguri, lokoja, enugu, ondo or oyo .

What is the meaning of this thoughtless and bogus argument?

Lagos state's economic power is from industries, factories, banking and finance, goods and services, entertainment and so on and these activities was there before independence and before Nigeria as a country and even the same reason the FC was moved there in the first place.

Sad that many of you with zero knowledge about your own country just wont shut up..
Ode ni e.

At your age you don't know that any state/country that serves as transit route for goods/services attract investment opportunity and revenues growth.

That is why bank and industry wants to stay close to Lagos.

Why do you think Benin Republic is generating so much income from their seaport.

1. The seaport and airports you mentioned are nothing but myths and baseless argument you people confuse yourselves with, Lagos is Lagos today because Lagos is Nigeria's industrial capital, financial capital, entertainment capital, real estate capital and Nigeria generates more growth, more jobs and GDP many times over than the ignorant nonsense you people shout all over the place.

Last I checked, there are ports and international airports in other places in Nigeria so of what relevance and common sense is your argument?

2. Even , if you uproot the seaport and airport in Lagos to any other place in Nigeria, are you also going to uproot the factories, industrial estates and the industries including entertainment, real estate, banking and finance, ICT HUBs, people, culture and everything that makes Lagos the 7th largest economy in Africa?

You people just reason like 2 year old kids..

I really hope you are not the smartest person in your village with because if you are, they are doomed..
You probably don't know the meaning of the word myth.

As at today most refined petroleum product entering Nigeria lands first in Lagos
80% if imported product coming through the Sea, come through Lagos.

If all other seaports are getting just 80% of Lagos traffic most importers/exporters won't dream of Lagos.

The last time i checked Ogun state got more industries than Lagos, but you won't Notice it because Ogun is far Bigger in landmass.

The people in calabar, looks and every corner of Nigeria troop to Lagos for survival and not to Calabar, looks or even FTC.

Lagos state is the smallest state and it shoulders Nigeria's problems across the board, they stretches infrastructures and social amenities that the state have to maintain endlessly, more schools, more health facilities, more on roada, bridges and transportation and so on.

Lagos is a productive state while abuja is non productive, FTC is a place where people sit around to consume 80% of our budget as recurrent expenditure and still contributes nothing in terms of GDP.

You would think these thoughtless people are not short-sighted enough to deny their own golden goose that lays the wings, the same state responsible for their own growth and productivity and even largest infustrial output.

Sane and progressive countries do everything under the sun to support their commercial capitals because they are vital to their future and economic well being, but not in backward countries like Nigeria.

They obviously though they denied Lagos, but they actually denied themselves and Nigeria as a country.
The the Federal government centralisation of Seaports, Airport and Banking/Finance industry are the reasons why people are coming to lagos.

If other seaports and Airports from Ondo to Calaba are giving the same leverage as Lagos, Lagos population will reduce .

Dear Valued Client,

Diageo Plc has shelved the proposed plan to increase its equity stake in Guinness Nigeria Plc from 54.3 per cent to a maximum of 70 per cent through a partial tender offer which was announced on 9 September 2015.

Guinness stated that it has received a letter from Guinness Overseas Limited (the wholly owned subsidiary of Diageo Plc) confirming that Diageo has taken the decision not to proceed with the potential offer.

Guinness Overseas Limited noted the challenging economic environment and resolved to focus its resources on continuing to support Guinness Nigeria.

In light of this, we expect a down trading by investors in the weeks ahead and maintain our target price of N64.46 on the counter.

You made some important points! I just want to ask you, is it not in the same economical condition the landlord is in too? So the landlord has a different condition? What if the landlord is feeding and paying bills only through this means (sole investment)? That is why I am against human feelings when discussing serious business matters. Property management is a serious business that makes billionaires! So I want to be one and I have no reason to understand any reason apart from pay my rents when due and properly use the machine(maintenance of the buildings) and we have no problem!
Oga landlord/property Bussiness is not easy money making machine.

Some big clients are currently owing Jide Taiwo and they are still staying in the property.

The law protects the tenants than the landlord.

Once the tenant enters the property, there certain things you can't do.

The best way is to get an eviction notice form a court.

Three months is not long, but get the eviction notice and let them know they have no choice than to leave.

Do you have touts in your area? If yes, pay them 2k and give them instructions to pack the tenant properties to the next street.

LOL, you don't know Lagos.

If you try that, those tenants will claim everything you have including your property in the name of damages and incurred losses.

Which companies/online portals can i log in and trade my shares on?
are they also safe ?

Thanks
From someone who stopped trading some years back
You can't really trade with on CSCS portal.

You need a stock brokers account with a broker.
Brokers like LEADCAPITAL, Morgan etc got online portal for trading.

But your trades will only be executed during trading hours 10am - 2pm. Monday - Friday.
