Most of the results we see are not true. The board and d mgt decides how much they want to declare. Some can make hug money and declare less, some can make small and declare big, then reduce the payout. Don't forget the financial engineering by coys.
This is why I get angry when i see people becoming loyal to this coys.
The same coys that doesn't care if the shareholders exist.

Remember how some people are claiming loyalty to OANDO until OANDO do them something.

The only people I follow when investing in the NSE are the institutional and foreign investors.

They have am entire faculty of woles and his teachers sef. Oga she go see case she go run. By the way while the case is at supreme Court, she will be certificate less, jobless and ageing. After she loses, she would be at least 50 years old when the case is decided, thus even if the school choose to abandon the case then and let her win. She lost in the grand scheme. Learn from nnamdi kanu. You can never defeat a system, no matter how shabby the system might be. Talk less of a system of academia.
Did you read the Dean's comment about her father well connected.

Most of these rich kids don't look for Jobs, when their parent owns big companies left and right.

And don't forget faculty of woles and his teachers are not all members of the Bar, they testify in court.

The Nigerian is system is far bigger that university of Abuja system.

You might wake-up one morning to hear that NUC and Min.Edu are taking disciplinary actions against the school.

Oga court no enter that one. The school will withdraw her certificate and claim she wasn't found worthy in character and learning. They will bring out things she never knew about and even the court I heaven can't help her. The university is a system. Well oiled in its practise despite bad practices. She better pipe low and walk away lest she remains certificateless for decades with pending court cases.
Mr Lecturer dis matta do reach Supreme Court.

If they bring out things she never knew about, they will need to prove them in court.

If she can afford Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN cool. The school will be pleading for out of court settlement.

listen no department has all lecturers in the same caucus. How come nobody supported her. It's not about being good or bad as a lecturer. If she loses the case the school reserves the right to withdraw her certificate. Hope you are aware of that
The lecturers supporting her is not the issue here.

There is a case the NHRC against the school, a good would have properly looked into that case instead of threatening the student.

The school's right to withdraw her certificate is not absolute.

Let them go ahead to withdraw her certificate, then they will have bigger courts on the necks .

When you all hear the truth of what transpired, this girl will run away in shame. If nobody supported you then, not even one person in the entire university. Then my dear you were the problem. I have been in the University system. We know what students can do and most often if a case is between a male and a female, it's treated seriously. No caucus could result in a total support of the said lecturer against you.

We await to see the end of ur drama
You are commenting as if all Nigerian university lecturers are better humans.

Didn't you read that the case was taking to the NHRC.

She can easily bring up that case again and the lecturer will disciplined.

Since mid-last yr some of us have been calling for devaluation out of patriotism but some don't get it.

Now you can see the CBN stringent rules has boomerang, Round-tripping has become the order of the day and the sharp ones are getting richer at the expenses of the masses.

On my last trip to Nigeria I discover western now pays in Naira at the official rate of N199 per USD when one can comfortably remit @N320 via the black market.

Now tell me a right thinking person that will still use such channels for remittance.

Dollars scarcity has made alot of businesses and importers gone limbo.

I was in kenya few days back their official rate was 98shillings per USD and its 100% available so the bottomline is without the right pricing of Naira the Nigeria economy will continue to suffocate.

Oya Comprehend once and for all.

Islamic Marriage was first recogised by Allah before Nigeria Constitution. Islamic marriage is not made legal by a court esp not a "court of Man" if you need an education on islamic marriage, Pls ask me. lol at the Bolded. Unlike you and the OP. I am happily married and I know what you know not. Court Marriage is null and void in islam because of many reason and one example is the below

as stated by the OP. Oga Goodnight.
At what point did I say Muslim must have court marriage.

You probably forgot that Nigerian constitution your religious law.

That same constitution recognize Islamic marriage which you probably have.

I don't need blowing much trumpet online.

Islamic Marriages are recognized by the Nigerian constitution.

So they are legal. And coupl issued nessecary documents.

You probably haven't been to one before.

It's totally different. In this case, the couple are not expected to sign anything and no witness is expected to sign too.

You only have to present passport photographs of the couple and some pictures taken during the traditional marriage ceremony especially the one where the wife is handing over the cup of wine to the husband and when they both kneel before the wife's father for blessing.

Talking from experience.
Bro the certificate is the same, once it is coming from a recognized legal institutions.

Even the certificates issue by Churches are from the same courts and local government.

i.e. Ikeja local government registry

Couple A (traditional) collect certificate days after ceremony at Ikeja local government with prove of traditional marriage

Couple B(church) . Church issues the Ikeja registry certificate .

Couple C ( court). Couple goes to the registry with parent and friends. Sign the nessecary document and collect certificate .

All the same.

oga.....its obvious you knw nothing abt family law... Orthodox Churches
particularly Anglican, Catholic, Methodist and so on..
you are issued a certificate of marriage which is same
as that issued by the Court registry so you do not
need to do a marriage in the Registry...
All these certificates you mentioned comes from the registry.

Those Churches just made the process easier for their member

When you do not know a thing, you ask questions.

There are three types of marriages recognised under Nigerian laws. They are;

1.) Marriage under the Act.
2.) Marriage under Customary laws (Traditional marriage)
3.) Marriage under Islamic laws.

[/b]For traditional marriage, once the marriage is done, you go to a customary court or LGA headquarters within the area where the wedding was done and register the marriage within 60 days of the wedding. [/b]You will be issued with a certificate of registration of marriage. That certificate is legal and recognised by law.
Isn't that the same certificate the Op is talking about?

Read the post you quoted again, i mentioned the court issued certificate .

So what's your argument now.
