trilobite: Imagine if this goes to court (eg. human rights violations) and people are able to identify their relatives who were under EFCC detention when this was taken?
So you see why this tweet shouldn't suffice as a defence in this case. Cheers. But that's exactly what I'm saying. The picture doesnt prove anything, so it will be thrown out in court. This picture could as well be a SARs or DSS or police detention centre; nothing ties it to efcc besides the word of mouth of one fellow who took a picture. Overflowing emotions dont win cases. |

toxicbrain: Go and ask about suspects of the 9/11 bombing .. they are never seeing daylight again. That's what a country who is really fighting terrorism does. Truth is that they should never have been captured in the first place; they should have been killed in the field cos that's the only workable solution in our case. Rules of engagement entails that prisoners must be treated reasonably well, and in our case, those useless global agencies are watching. A govt that cant even feed innocent people in IDP camps, i realistically wouldnt expect them to feed captured terrorists indefinitely, and since its too late to kill them now, releasing them is inevitable. |

Ogonimilitant: Do You see how stupid these people are. When we say that the government of APC of Fulanis are behind this terrorist? They think we are hateful.
I do not pity the North at all. Go and find out this, you can never go to any cell in Nigeria and see a Fulani man their even if he commits murder.
These people will use their hands and destroy the North and Nigeria. The lord is fighting the battle for us but people don't see it that way.
By the time this people are done with the north, we will realize that God has used the Bokoharam to fight our war for us.
Do you see how the Arabs destroyed their cities, during the Arab spring? Almost all the Arab countries we're killing themselves from Egypt to Syria, Yemen Tunisia and many more of them destroyed their Cities and killed the own people while Israel was peace in their country. that was God fighting their battle
Do not cry for the North. The North is gone. The caliphate of Boko haram will overrun them soon.
Why the south will eventually emerge as a new nation without a war. Do not be afraid. Most of their politicians don't step into their villages until drill election year.
They cannot visit their people. The north is gone! I guess a bullet should have just been put in their heads... it's a hopeless situation but even if you were the president, you would still do the same - you wouldnt slaughter them after capture. |

trilobite: But the EFCC hasn't disproven it as a "random compound picture". You see your folly? You're carrying a blade not realizing it is pointing at you. Your much touted English skills seem to be failing you by the second. Efcc has already said the picture isnt their office and that it's a fake and misleading picture. The efcc doesnt even have to disprove anything cos there's no evidence that that is their office. How exactly do these emotion-driven outbursts on this thread "its a lie! Its a lie" prove that the picture is efcc office? Like I said before, I'm not an efcc staff and have no benefit fighting for them (cos I know that's what your brain thinks, you see everything as an 'us vs them' battle). I wasnt defending anybody in my earlier post, I was only expressing shock at how humans like yourself have replaced common sense with emotions and sentiments. It's meaningless to just post a picture of a detention centre and claim it is efcc office, and then start asking efcc to disprove it. It's even more meaningless and ridiculous when a mob of people jump in and start saying, "yes! It is truly efcc office, they are lying!" |

This one defended and attacked with two paragraphs without knowing it. People and English. I wasnt defending anyone; too bad you couldnt figure that out despite your self acclaimed English prowess. Why should I defend inhumane treatment of people by rogue officials? I was only pointing out the folly in asking Efcc to provide evidence that the picture wasnt their office. #CommonSense101 - You cant accuse a person and then turn around and start asking them to provide evidence. The accuser should have provided something more implicating than a random compound picture; that way the efcc wouldnt be able to deny. |
Crime › Re: EFCC Denies Port-Harcourt Office Picture Of People Packed by obailala(m): 8:15am On Feb 11, 2020 |
Funny how so many people are asking the EFCC to show a real picture of their office/detention as proof. That's such a childish and dumb request, the EFCC can simply provide a picture of a nice looking serviced apartment and claim that's their office.
When a person makes an accusation, the onus is on the accuser to provide evidence that proves his accusation is real, and not the other way around. Its only when the accuser has provided implicating evidence that the accused may be obliged to respond meaningfully. |

The only thing which differentiates this road from others across the country is the road marking; and it cost next to nothing to mark roads properly. Sadly though, its only in Nigeria you get to see billions being spent to build a road, but thousands wouldn't be spent to just mark the damn road. |

Prompto: Lol.. You won't have to join bro, you n millions of your tribesmen are nurtured from the womb with irredeemable bigotry, acute foolishness n chronic by your mother. It's the reason the reason why your tribe wail daily about being hated by Ikwerre Hausa Fulani yoruba South Africans Malaysian Singaporeans Indians Arabs Chinese n more other. The same reason why your tribe single out a segment of it own tribe (Osu) to be hated which is plain foolishness, the only tribe to be that foolish in the entire world.
Now imagine a dolt from such pathetic tribe making the quoted comment, is it glaring am obviously wasting my time with a nitwit that his life will forever be condemned with bigotry hate n extreme foolishness. Pls I leave u with your foolishness u can hang yourself when done. And look at this idiot here thinking he knows me or knows where I'm from simply because I advised him to drop the needless inter-tribal slurs he was introducing to this thread. Do you actually think the reason I responded to your comment was to join you in the gutter of your inter-tribal stupidity? This thread talked about a police station and everybody seemed to be making fun of the camera quality and all of a sudden, gbam!!! One idiot found found a way to turn the thread into another retardedd tribal contest. You obviously dont realise how stupid you and your kind sound when you run around with these your yoruba vs igbo slurs on this forum. What exactly are the achievements of Aminu Tambuwal as a parliamentarian for ages and as a governor? Just asking an honest question here. Jimi Agbaje has never held any notable public leadership position; how exactlt was his suitability measured?... And then there's FFK on the list? How exactly does any compos-mentis homosapien think a mentally deranged bigoted drug addict like FFK, who constantly regurgitates the foulest kind of language online when fighting with people, how exactly does any normal human think an unstable dishonorable human like that is fit to lead anybody? Oh I forgot, FFK speaks good English, and according to many Africans suffering from inferiority complex, a good orator is automatically a good leader. My top picks from the list are Peter Obi and Yemi OsinbajoNotable mentions may be Ben Murray Bruce, Fashola and Duke. |

Global news is awash with stories of how Christians are being persecuted and slaughtered on a daily basis in northern Nigeria. Disturbed by this ugly trend and its continuous stigma on their religion, all I see here is a desperate attempt by some persons to push out a narrative that "Muslims arent the ones bombing churches or killing Christians in Nigeria, but rather it is Christians going around wiping out themselves in the north." This whole orchestrated church bomb episode is just a very lame attempt at saving face, the so called bomb didn't even look anything like a real explosive.
We all know the people really responsible for the widespread insecurity around Nigeria - bokoharam, miyetti allah and their militia herdsmen, fulani bandits etc. Instead of trying so hard to defend and cover up the acts of these devils (because you think they share your faith), why not just publicly denounce and dissociate yourselves from them continuously? Why is the north more concerned about shifting the blame of killings to Christians?
The day the north dissociates itself from these fulani marauding terrorists, the day the north stops feeling the need to defend them as their brothers, that's the day their powers will wane and killings will stop. Except of course everyone in the north is in full support of the genocide. |

What's the relevance of your point to this thread? Wonderful!! Whether he's the company owner, or just a boss in the company, it totally doesnt matter here, so I can make any of the above assumptions I want.
