Okoroawusa:I swear down, the matter tire person. ![]() Obi is good candidate but they keep screwing the man up by making him look like an ethnic/tribal candidate. |
optionalY09:You must be a very big fool! A very capital fool to try and justify this with the most stupid argument. Was it the owner of this tricycle that shot people in the field? All the innocent people that have been killed by these imbeciles you support, are they the ones that shot people at the field? Idiot on the loose everywhere! |
The statement by Reno has absolutely no mention or reference to Igbos. How exactly have my people chosen to take it personally?... If this isn't a self esteem crisis, what else can one call this? |
If Obi moves to SDP, there may still be a chance. PDP is already a sunken party party. After the disgruntlements that would follow the primaries, half of PDP and APC would switch to SDP, with powerful resources. With primaries holding in the 2nd quarter of 2022, elections are still really far away so all hope isnt lost yet at SDP being a solid party. |
This is sad news, but quite expected. PDP is all about money politics, share the money etc... and with Obi's frugality (call it tight hands if you like), Obi wouldnt even be allowed to clinch a governorship ticket under PDP. NIgeria isnt ready yet for people like Obi being at the helm. |
While Buhari wasnt my preferred candidate for APC in 2015 (would have preferred a Fashola then), I supported Buhari after he was chosen as flagbearer for just 1 reason; his infamous tyrannical brutality in dealing with thieves in high places. Unfortunately, the man ended up being the most useless and shameless failure in the only area he was expected to thrive. Now we have a Peter Obi; the one and only thing I extremely admire in Obi is his brutal frugality, which I believe is something Nigeria desperately needs today. Will Obi live up to his reputation or would he be a scam like Buhari? Only God knows. Really wish the PDP would give their ticket to Obi. I'd gladly vote PDP if that happens! |
Okoroawusa:For some persons, 600k may mean stupendous wealth, but for some others, it's poor, and they'd need to 'manage'. |
gidgiddy:Oga, the Video I saw was a very clear cellphone recording with a crowd of people gathered speaking Igbo and the victims still lying fresh in the pool of their blood. Empty bullet shells also littered the floor. The name of the location where the incident happened was also clearly voiced by the person making the video. Like I said before, I'm not here for any pointless debates; it adds nothing to my life whether you believe it or not. If it makes you feel better with yourself, feel free to keep deluding yourself that this did not happen in Anambra state; also feel free to keeping deceiving yourself that we dont have a clear and present problem in our hands. |
gidgiddy:In the video I watched, the narrator (speaking in Igbo) mentioned the location as nkwo-agu nanka. I dont keep such videos in my phone, I delete them instantly. It's okay if you want to doubt it; there's no point proving anything to you if you want to deliberately keep living in denial. |
gidgiddy:There are videos in circulation. It's just sad the kind of problems these beasts are causing. |
Country bad! country bad! ...but those who are progressing are progressing, while those who are stagnant are busy calling the growth 'fake'. THis life no balance last last! |
osinbanjoisaliar:The real big idiots are the ones who insult Umahi for simply saying the truth. |
baliyubla:For saying the unknown gunmen causing mayhem in the SE are Igbos, you're claiming Umahi is "taking sides with invaders"? Are you sure you're okay? What sort of delusional disorder are you suffering from? Is what he said a lie? Are the people committing those crimes in the SE from the moon? Just imagine the reasoning of a person calling someone else 'animal' |
rolams:I can bet with 100% certainty, if you say unkind things about the deity of a traditionalist, they wouldn't pick a knife and start chasing to kill you physically. Rather they'd invoke their gods to spiritually strike you down with sickness or with thunder or something else. Similarly for Christians, if you insult their God, they'd simply just say their "God would judge you"; or alternatively, if it's the overzealous ones, they might insult you verbally. But what I do not understand is how in this day and age of civilisation, Muslims 'specifically the Muslims from northern Nigerian', still feel the need to physically fight and slaughter humans for a God they believe to be ALL POWERFUL. Fighting and killing for religion is the sort of barbarism one would have expected about 1000 years ago, not in 2022. |
Unfortunately, the delegates who have the responsibility to pick the flagbearer only respond to cash politics. And Obi doesn't seem like the type to throw cash around. |
The most disturbing part of this Deborah saga is the fact that the majority of northern Nigerian Muslims, both educated and uneducated, totally support the murder of the girl. How exactly do we live with such barbaric humans? Even fully Islamic Arab countries in the middle east dont have this sort of murderous mentality; how did we get here? |
ufotunang:Dont let those useless thieving state governors deceive you with their scam excuses; the states currently have sufficient autonomy to build their own refineries if they truly want to. Any person who tells you otherwise is a bloody liar. Regarding the idea of states having more money following restructuring, that's another tall tale scam from the pit of hell which the dubious governors deceive you with. Currently, about 30 or more states of the federation receive more money from Abuja than they generate themselves; if there's restructuring today, over 30 states will get poorer (the tide MAY change after a decade if the governors choose to wake up). So if the governors cant get their acts together today to build refineries now that they get more money, how will they build it when they get less? The money will appear automatically? |
1stGenAmerican:How exactly is his wealth growing with the help of public funds and how should his growing wealth even be anyone's problem? Government after government has always had incentives for people involved in production of certain vital commodities that impact the economy. If Nigeria can stop importing petroleum products, the impact on Nigerians economy will be astronomical. So it's a no brainer that any government would fully support any establishment that genuinely contributes to the achievement of that target (i.e. zero petroleum importation), just the same way the givernment supports farmers who contribute whatever they can to food sufficiency. The real question is, is it Dangote's fault that successive governments have failed to fix our refineries or build new ones? Is it Dangote's fault that he's the main businessman who bravely took the bold step to fill in for governments? Hating him for getting rich off the failures of government is just witchcraft. |
ufotunang:What is stopping the states from building the refineries now? That thing stopping the states from building refineries today will still stop the states from building refineries even if Nigeria splits to 36 countries. |
SweetVibe:He knew nothing! That was a very poor and nonsensical decision which has left the refineries as moribund carcasses and filthy liabilities. |
Reno claims he supports Atiku but has never spoken of or tried to sell Atiku since this season began. Rather it's been Tinubu, Tinubu, Tinubu, Tinubu, Tinubu, Tinubu, Tinubu!!! And as soon as Osinbajo declared, it's been Osinbajo, Osinbajo, Osinbanjo, Osinbanjo, Osinbanjo, Osinbanjo, Osinbanjo, Osinbanjo!!! |
Nigeria isnt ready for people like this yet. |
Funny how Reno with these tweets, succinctly described his own political strategy (i.e. pulling down the opponent and dissidents and not bothering to sell his own candidate), and then proceeds to call out people who employ his strategy. Reno claims Atiku is his preferred candidate, but for one day I haven't seen him selling Atiku.; rather if you visit his page, he keeps drooling over Tinubu and Osinbajo.

OgunkeelAllMod:Lol.. most people are wicked and envious, but you'd agree with me that it's not enough evidence to conclude that a neighbour hates or despises you simply because he didnt say congratulations of bus you bought. |
DarlingtonC:Did he tell you he wasnt happy for you? You kind of sound like a woman, are you a woman? |
haslaw:Ahh, we no dey fight oo! I was referring to the Op who feels a kind of resentment simply because his neighbour didnt say congratulations (sounds typically like what an insecure woman would do). I kind of place myself in the shoes of the so called 'neigbour'. I'm not the kind of person that would go around telling people congratulations on everything; but that doesnt automatically mean I am jealous or that I wish them bad (heck! why do black people always reason like this?). I even forget simple things like birthdays very easily so I just find it out of place when people jump into conclusions and make assumptions prematurely. |
haslaw:What exactly is the evil the neighbour even committed?.... Not rolling on the floor and clapping for the Op with congratulatory messages because he bought a danfo bus?... Nigerians and their paranoia! 'My enemies, my enemies syndrome!' |
DarlingtonC:Did he say he wasn't happy for you? So because he didnt start clapping and rolling on the floor with congratulatory messages, you automatically assume he's angry? Black people and their paranoia everywhere! Always thinking everyone is against and wishing them bad. |
See the crazy extent the girl is going to drag Oga Sule! To the extent of releasing her own nudes? THis life sef! .... T*t* matter has destroyed too many men; God help us! |
CBN governor, a card carrying member of a political party! Nigeria is truly a theatre of the absurd! |
Jimasun:Lol. . Abeg make una take am easy with all these insults ![]() |
plaindealer:Oga you're actually the comedian here trying to mask your frustration (courtesy of Osi's candidacy) under the guise of objectivity/maturity. You say it isnt a Tinubu promotion thread and obviously it isnt. Rather it's a Tinubu promoters' wailing thread where you've gathered to indirectly lament over Osinbajo's decision to contest. Meanwhile oga in his frustration has labelled me 'ipob' Oga has navigated it to the usual direction which small minds always resort to when they lack capacity to make proper arguments (i.e. tribalism). Apparently, anyone who prefers an Osinbajo candidacy over Tinubu in 2023 and anyone who questions why Tinubu urchins wouldnt just let Osinbajo be, is now 'ipob' to the court jesters. ![]() |
