kingkakaone:I assume you're referring to STUXNET virus. I'm not sure what backdoor you are referring to because the Iranians created a stand-alone computer network. Last i checked, and correct me if im wrong, but the stuxnet virus had to be delivered in person via USB. It ended on only damaging a few centrifuges. Overall, it only slowed down the program before it was contained by the Iranians. http://large.stanford.edu/courses/2015/ph241/holloway1/ |
BlakKluKluxKlan:Sure, Hezbollah was at the receiving end. But I suggest you read up on the 2006 Lebanon War. Maybe then you wont be quick to underestimate Hezbollah like the Isrealis who found out the nasty way TWICE in Lebanon in the 80s and 2006. |
Hanseel1:Then I suggest you read about the 2006 Lebanon war. Hezbollah pretty much won it. |
ArinzeRaph:Proof please. Last I checked Rouhani insulted, not threatened, Trump. Keep in mind that Rouhani is a moderate seeking better ties with the western world and even accepted limitations to his country's nuclear program. One cant really blame him for tongue lashing Trump who threatened to pull out of the nuclear agreement, one that took so long to create and was bound to usher a new era of peace and cooperation between Iran and the west. |
troublemakea:I'm being a realist here. Iran may not be as clean as we want, but neither is the United States. Both equally have their own fair share of rotten baggage, it just that I'm not swayed by the narratives that folks like you get from movies, video games, and FOX news |
kingkakaone:Bros, I dont know what statement was made about North Korea, but apparently you've not learnt from history, so let me say this: if Iran is invaded, NOBODY WINS AT ALL, the Americans inclusive. You seem to have forgotten the after effects of the wars in Iraq, Yemen, and the Arab Spring (Syria, Libya). Tell me, how did it go for the Americans? Last i checked the Iraqi insurgency was a totally bloody one killing thousands of US servicemen plus almost a million Iraqis. From the ashes of the Syrian battlefield ISIL was also born, not only unleashing major blood baths in Syria and neigbouring Iraq, but also MAJOR terror attacks in the United States, Belgium, France, The United kingdom, and Germany. Then there's the Libya debacle that has turned that country into a failed nation and a hotbed for terrorism; a conflict that has led to the spread massive stocks of weapons down south, fueling islamic insurgencies in Mali, Cameroun, Chad, Niger, and our own Boko Haram. Keep in mind that the Americans have troops stationed in Niger and just lost a few members of their Army Special Forces ODA team in an ambush caught on camera. Overall, everyone is trying to clean the clusterfvck in the middle east? Now you want the Americans to start a new war in Iran? Sure they may win in a conventional battle, but nothing stops the Iranians from switching to asymmetric warfare, and I can assure you that the Americans cannot tackle that. Keep in mind that the Iranians have a pretty seasoned military. The Revolutionary Guard Qud Force comes to mind. Even the Isrealis have had run ins with these guys and it hasn't been a pleasant one. So imagine another Fallujah or Lebanon war in the streets or mountains of Iran. You thing Afghanistan is bad, wait till US service men meet Qud operators seasoned from conflicts in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen. It will be a clusterfvck of epic proportions. Oh, dont forget that the Iranians are equally likely to mine the strait of Hormuz, a MAJOR international shipping lane. Imagine the effect of that on world trade. So bros, a conflict between both parties wont favour either of them or the region as a whole or the security of the western world. it isnt like Call of Duty because this time everyone loses. |
BlakKluKluxKlan:Actually Isreal gives a "poo", especially after the 2006 Lebanon war when Russian Kornet ATGMs were knocking off Isreal Merkava tanks, and Russian weapons in the hands of Hezbollah wrecked havoc, thus making it the first conventional armed group to destroy the myth about the IDF's invincibility. There's a reason the Israelis are still courting Russia, especially when the later is considering selling the S-300 SAM system to Iran. |
princfred:The Israelis don't need the backing of the United States. The Israelis ran their own numbers and frankly an airstrike on Iran won't work. The Iranians are not stupid and have learnt lessons from the Israelis air strike on Iraq's nuclear plant in the 80s and Syria. That's why the Iranian nuclear program is not concentrated in a single area, but scattered across the country and buried underground. Even Iran's Sunni neighbours, despite all the issues between them and Iran, won't be so keen on granting Isreal permission to use their airspace for fear of angering their populace, thus feeding the spread of Wahabism. Even the Stuxnet viral attack against Iran was pretty much contained by the Iranians. |
unknownsolja:So you're basically relying on Benjamin Netanyahu, a proven Israeli hardliner who's more than happy to see Iranian influence in the middle east diminished. That agreement not only limited Iran's nuclear activities, and also helped in slowly normalising relationship between Iran and the west, thus ensuring a little peace in the middle peace. But Trump's senseless move has tarnished all that and frankly may push the Iranians to pull out from the NPT agreement. But hey, do tell us how the Iranians lied. |
kingkakaone:Actually I can. Folks like you seem to forget that Iran is no Iraq. There's a reason that nation has not been invaded for quite a while. The terrain alone is enough to serve as a barrier. And Iran has moved on to be an advanced and technologically self reliant nation. Also keep in mind that it is a major power in the middle and has enough influence to make the region a hot one for the Americans (Iraqi insurgency, Syria, Yemen) and even the Israeli (2006 Lebanon war comes to mind). |
LadyExcellency:With its nuclear installations spread out and buried deep underground after lessons learnt from Israel's airstrike on Iraq's nuclear facilities in the middle east, and with a far better air defence network, you really think Isreal will be able to stop Iran's nuclear program? Well, good luck with that. |
Yeah.......sooooo....where's the "shock"? |
I don't know...these guys look more like hunters. |
Has this man not done enough damage to the nation? Its time this man returns to Daura for good. |
LonelyHeart627:Oh really? You're pissed off when you're surcharged for lateness? You seem to have forgotten that most private schools value productivity and discipline. So here's an idea: BE PUNCTUAL. And stop hating if a proprietor drives an exotic car. Do you know the pains and sacrifices he/she went through to set up the establishment, especially in a harsh country like Nigeria? Why don't YOU equally work hard so that one day you'll be equally successful? |
Do not lump all private schools into the same group that don't pay well. Some schools actually pay decent wages. For example entry level teaching staff members in a private school I know in Akwa Ibom earn over N50,000.00/month plus an annual 10% increment (a higher percentage depending on your performance). Some earn over N100,000 per month. It isn't perfect, but it's better than what's obtained elsewhere. However how much you earn and how far you go up the ranks depends SOLELY on your performance. Any teacher that comes with the lazy mentality/attitude found in SOME public schools/civil service is shown the way out. That said we shouldn't be so quick to judge some schools who pay pittances to their staff. Yes some school owners may be heartless, but with the terrible economy, high costs and overheads, excess taxation, and stiff market competition it's a miracle that some schools make payroll. We can only hope that things get better in the future. |
GenBuhari:Of course its a "lazy" response. You don't expect me or any reasonable Nigerian to take the long epistle craps you just posted serious. Abacha of all people?? Tufiakwa. |
soberdrunk:Say what now? Visit Akwa ibom or Cross River and get lectured on some of the numerous delicious delicacies this nation has to offer. |
Good Lawd, the savagery of Nigerians online is EPIC ![]() That said, pic 3 definitely looks like diarrhea turd ![]() |
*smh* Some folks have totally lost it. Abacha "honest and best" leader? REALLY?? That tribalisitic and murderous criminal whose death was celebrated by Nigerians, my inclusive? @ OP, you have TOTALLY lost it.

emerged01:I'm not one who's quick to believe beer parlour gossips. So if you have solid proof that OBJ's farm hands are on the FG's payroll, then please do share. But if not, then I still suggest you utilize your brain adequately. Just keep in mind that Nigerians are tired of all the useless and baseless propaganda. |
When Buhari stopped the FG from paying Obasanjo's farm staff... What do you expect from this Baba and the wailers?! Buhari till anytime.........
Proof please. |
Why Ground Training School? Tell this administration to move both Basic and Advance Flight schools there and I'll take it serious. |
ItsMeAboki:Yet Nigeria is far more corrupt under his watch. What a joker. |
emerged01:Has this so-called "evil act" been proven without any doubt by competent sources to be true? Yet you're quick to believe the post of an anonymous poster? Bros, you have a brain & the ability to reason: USE THEM. |
BeeBeeOoh:True. Although available I heard Ford Ranger parts are ridiculously expensive compared to Toyota parts. |
Well personally I've developed a healthy respect for the Toyota Hilux. I used the vehicle to navigate extremely harsh terrains in Taraba state and the vehicle did not fail one bit. No wonder the vehicle was the car of choice for US Special Forces ODA teams in Afghanistan. I'm still drawn to the Ford Ranger though cos its aesthetically appealing to me. |
orisa37:Pls provide proof that he killed soldiers. |
"Technically defeated".... |
Good riddance of bad rubbish. |
fairfora:NOI presently sits on TWO (2) Boards of international organizations as their Chairman, and had served as Finance Minister, Foreign Affairs Minister, and Coordinating Minister of the Economy. Do you think money is her problem, or that she's hungry like the politicians over here? Please get real. |
I've always said that posterity/history will be fair to Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. The truth can NEVER EVER be buried, no matter how hard some folks may try. GEJ, in my opinion, was the VERY BEST and the most ethnically unbiased president we've had till date as far as the 4th Republic is concerned. My fellow Nigerians, have you now seen the good man & team we sacrificed for that DISASTROUS CALAMITY and vegetable called Buhari?? |
